本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,具体提供一种大风量复合式空气消毒净化机,包括:机壳,机壳由风机固定结构分为下部负压进风区域和上部正压出风区域,下部负压进风区域设有初效过滤器和紫外线及光触媒消毒模块,上部正压出风区域设有消毒过滤模块压紧密封机构、等离子体消毒模块、IFD集尘模块、高效过滤器、活性炭过滤器。本发明优点:采用下进风上出风的进出风模式对人友好,采用六种消毒过滤装置进复合消毒,空气循环风量大,风道密封性好,风噪小,可实现高速、高效的空气消毒净化效果。

本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种大风量复合式空气消毒净化机。
背景技术
随着现代科学技术的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,但伴随而来的还有环境的污染和病毒细菌的泛滥。近年来,大气的污染、流感和新冠等病毒对人类健康的侵蚀,使得人们对空气的洁净程度尤为重视。医院作为人流量大且卫生环境要求较高的场所,对空气质量要求更为苛刻,而皮肤感染科室、重症监护室、婴幼儿室等对空气洁净度要求较高的地方更是必须配备空气净化装置。同时医院作为病毒细菌数量较多的地方,为保障病人的身体健康,防止细菌和病毒感染,对空气中细菌病毒的过滤灭活,阻断细菌病毒传播成为医院必须考虑的事情。为响应市场需要,空气消毒净化机也就应势而生。
现有空气消毒净化机大多通过多次空气循环过滤达到空气净化效果,有效消毒模块单一,效率较低,不能满足部分场所对空气质量要求高、消毒体积大的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有空气消毒净化机存在的消毒效果差、效率低、不适用于大体积消毒场所的缺陷,提供一种大风量复合式空气净化消毒器,通过大风量空气循环及复合式空气消毒过滤模块,在提高单次空气消毒净化效率的基础上,满足消毒场所内整体环境高速高效的空气净化要求。
为实现上述目的,提供如下技术方案:

优选的,所述机壳包括主腔体、主前门、初效检修门,主前门及初效检修门均通过铰链安装在主腔体上,主前门通过隐藏式搭扣实现锁紧,初效检修门通过磁铁与主腔体吸和。
优选的,设置于底部进风口的初效过滤器包括过滤棉及铝网。
优选的,紫外线及光触媒消毒模块腔内设有若干根紫外线消毒灯管,腔体上下方分别设有光触媒。
优选的,所述等离子体消毒模块、IFD集尘模块、高效过滤器、活性炭过滤器依次设于大风量离心风机出风口上方,所述等离子体消毒模块、IFD集尘模块、高效过滤器、活性炭过滤器均设有独立壳体,壳体外设有滑轨,所述滑轨与机壳滑轨装配。

本发明采用六种消毒过滤模块对空气进行复合消毒,合理安排消毒过滤顺序,对空气依次进行大直径颗粒物和毛发等过滤、紫外线和光触媒消毒灭菌、等离子体电场高压杀菌、IFD 静电吸附、高效过滤器过滤、活性炭过滤,在保证单次空气消毒净化效率的基础上,提供大风量空气循环,实现高速高效的空气净化,消毒器内设有风速传感器、压差传感器、压差开关、温度开关、门电源开关多种电气元件,保证设备安全,设有空气质量监测模块,可实时显示空气质量,设有双电源模式,当主控制系统故障时,风机电源线可与备用电源插座连接,通过初效过滤器、高效过滤器、活性炭过滤器三个非供电过滤模块进行空气净化。

大风量离心风机9将内腔分为下部负压进风区域和上部正压出风区域,下部负压进风区域从上至下依次设有紫外线及光触媒消毒模块7、初效过滤器6,上部正压出风区域设有所述消毒过滤模块压紧密封机构10、等离子体消毒模块11、IFD集尘模块12、高效过滤器13、活性炭过滤器14。所述等离子体消毒模块通过高压放电杀死空气中的病毒、细菌,空气中通过所述等离子体消毒模块后带电的杂质在所述IFD集尘模块12内被吸附,然后通过所述高效过滤器13和所述活性炭过滤器14,进一步对空气进行过滤;所述消毒过滤模块压紧密封机构10可将放入机壳内的所述等离子体消毒模块11、IFD集尘模块12、高效过滤器13、活性炭过滤器14向上顶紧,实现消毒器整机的风道密封,保证空气进入消毒器后仅在消毒风道内流动,可提高空气消毒净化效率。

如图1消毒器外观图所示,本发明主腔体1为钣金焊接结构,内有加强结构,保证壳体强度,因本发明风量较大,为防止对人体直吹,出风格栅2设在消毒器顶部,空气净化后右出风格栅2出口斜向上吹出,消毒器主前门3一侧通过铰链与主腔体连接,另一侧通过隐藏式搭扣锁紧,初效检修门4设于消毒器下部,与初效过滤器6对齐,一侧通过铰链与主腔体 1连接,另一侧通过强磁铁吸和在主腔体1上,便于初效过滤器6的清洗维护,万向全制动脚轮5可以使消毒器方便移动。
如图2消毒器内部视图所示,主腔体1底部为进风口,顶部为出风口,从进风口向上依次为初效过滤器6、紫外线及光触媒消毒模块7、大风量离心风机9、消毒过滤模块压紧密封机构10、等离子体消毒模块11、IFD集尘模块12、高效过滤器13、活性炭过滤器14组成空气消毒净化风道,电气控制系统8安装于大风量离心风机9前侧。

如图6紫外线及光触媒消毒模块示意图所示,紫外灯管701安装于紫外线及光触媒消毒模块7腔体内部,光触媒702安装于紫外线及光触媒消毒模块7的底部和顶部。
如图7等离子体消毒模块示意图所示,以等离子体消毒模块11为例阐述消毒器风道密封原理,等离子体消毒模块11两侧设有模块滑轨1101,上部粘有空心密封圈1102,将等离子体消毒模块11装入主腔体1时,模块滑轨1101与主腔体滑轨101配合,当各模块均装入主腔体1内时,各模块上下留有间隙,操作消毒过滤模块顶紧密封机构10使各模块均向上移动,模块滑轨1101与主腔体滑轨101脱离,消除间隙,消毒过滤模块顶紧密封机构10与大风量离心风机9出风口采用防风布柔性连接,保证整体风道密封。当各消毒过滤需拿出维护时,可松开消毒过滤模块顶紧密封机构10,手拉模块把手1103将消毒过滤模块取出。
