当今社会,随着人们物质生活水平的提高,人们对空气质量需求越来越高。目前人们生活的室内环境越来越封闭,城市生活空间缺少与自然和谐相处的环境,自然界中产生的负氧离子群几乎被污浊的空气所中和,破坏了生态平衡,空气中含有大量的病毒、细菌、有害物质、有害气体及含有多种成分的尘埃,它们都带正电荷,随空气浮游在人们周围,是诱发各种疾病的根源,人们的健康受到威胁,空气净化器是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇,空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。
然而,现有市面上销售的具有负离子净化空气和臭氧杀菌消毒的空气净化器,虽然可以过滤空气中的毛发、微小颗粒物和异味等气体分子,也可以过滤空气中的一部分细菌和病毒,但这些细菌和病毒实质上只是附着在滤网上,并没有被真正杀死,消毒杀菌效果较差;而且现有净化器不便于对内部的过滤组件进行清洁和更换,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能杀菌空气净化器,解决现有技术中净化器过滤组件更换不方便,消毒杀菌效果差的问题。

所述过滤杀菌组件包括HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网,其中HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网均为筒装结构;所述HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网由外至内依次套接,其中活性炭过滤网套设于除臭氧过滤网外侧,HEPA过滤网套设于活性炭过滤网外侧;所述HEPA过滤网下端与进气口连通,该HEPA过滤网顶端与过滤风机的进风口连通。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在空气净化器本体前端设置密封门,便于对内部的过滤组件进行清洗和更换,和对设备内部的电器元件进行维修;在空气净化器本体的下腔体内设置过滤杀菌组件,通过HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网对空气进行多重过滤,利用过滤风机将过滤后的空气送入上腔体内,上腔体内的紫外线灯能过发出紫外光来杀菌,光触媒过滤网能够在紫外线灯的照射下产生自由氢氧基和活性氧来氧化分解各类有机化合物和部分无机化合物,实现对空气进一步过滤,有效滤除空气中的有害物质和细菌,实现对空气的有效净化,最后通过排气风扇将洁净的空气从出气口排出。本空气净化器不仅可以应用于家庭环境中,保护易敏人群;还可以应用于医疗系统中杀菌消毒,保护医患;使用者能够很方便的更换紫外线灯和过滤组件,不需要借助于任何工具,简单实用、操作简单。有效过滤消毒流行传染病病毒包括冠状病毒,流行性感冒病毒等在内的常见医学病毒,净化提升空气质量。

具体地,光触媒过滤网8在紫外线灯12的照射作用下能够产生的氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,氧化分解空气中残留的各种有机化合物和部分无机物,以消除空气中的有机化合物带来的异味。同时,还可破坏残留细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,达到对空气杀菌消毒的效果。

具体地,空气净化器本体1顶端安装有空气质量检测器19,该空气质量检测器19与控制器16电性连接;空气质量检测器19能够检测空气中的甲醛、甲苯、二甲苯等有机挥发气体,以检测空气质量,由此以根据空气质量的好坏来控制过滤风机11的风速,空气质量较差时提高过滤风机11的风速以提高对空气地净化效率,空气质量较好时降低过滤风机11的风速以降低能耗。
具体地,密封门13设有LCD触摸屏20,该LCD触摸屏20上设有多个触控按键21,所述LCD触摸屏20下方设有报警灯22、智能语音提示器23,其中LCD触摸屏20、报警灯22、智能语音提示器23分别与驱动模块17电性连接。
具体地,LCD触摸屏20用于显示空气质量参数,LCD触摸屏20上的触控按键21通过驱动模块17分别与负离子释放器7、紫外线灯12、过滤风机11电性连接,用于控制负离子释放器7、紫外线灯12、过滤风机11的开启和关闭。
具体地,空气质量检测器19对空气质量进行检测,当空气质量检测器19检测当前的空气质量良好时,控制器16通过驱动模块17控制报警灯22显示绿色,同时,控制器16将过滤风机11自动调整为低风速运行;当空气质量检测器19检测当前的空气质量一般时,控制器16通过驱动模块17控制报警灯22显示蓝色,同时,控制器16将过滤风机11自动调整为中风速运行;当空气质量检测器19检测当前的空气质量较差时,控制器16通过驱动模块17控制报警灯22显示红色,智能语音提示器23发出警报提示声音,同时,控制器16将过滤风机11自动调整为高风速运行,从而提高产品的智能化。
具体地,出气口3内安装有排气风扇24,该排气风扇24与控制器16电性连接,其中排气风扇24外侧设有防尘罩25,通过在出气口3设置排气风扇24,在控制器16的智能控制下,根据不同需求调节排气风扇24的出风速度,方便将净化后的空气快速排出。
优选地,所述空气净化器本体1底部四角分别安装有万向轮26,使用万向轮26便于对空气净化器本体1进行移动。
本发明中出现的电器元件均与自带的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
本发明中涉及到的相关模块均为硬件系统模块或者为现有技术中计算机软件程序或协议与硬件相结合的功能模块,该功能模块所涉及到的计算机软件程序或协议的本身均为本领域技术人员公知的技术,其不是本申请的改进之处;本申请的改进为各模块之间的相互作用关系或连接关系,即为对系统的整体的构造进行改进,以解决本申请所要解决的相应技术问题。
综上所述:本发明通过在空气净化器本体1前端设置密封门13,便于对空气净化器本体1内部的过滤杀菌组件10进行清洗和更换,和对空气净化器本体1内部的电器元件进行维修;在空气净化器本体1的下腔体6内设置过滤杀菌组件10,通过HEPA过滤网101、活性炭过滤网102、除臭氧过滤网103对空气进行多重过滤,利用过滤风机11将过滤后的空气送入上腔体5内,上腔体5内的紫外线灯12能过发出紫外光来杀菌,光触媒过滤网8能够在紫外线灯的照射下产生自由氢氧基和活性氧来氧化分解各类有机化合物和部分无机化合物,实现对空气进一步过滤,有效滤除空气中的有害物质和细菌,实现对空气的有效净化,最后通过排气风扇24将洁净的空气从出气口3排出。本发明不仅可以应用于家庭环境中,保护易敏人群;还可以应用于医疗系统中杀菌消毒,保护医患;使用者能够很方便的更换紫外线灯和过滤组件,不需要借助于任何工具,简单实用、操作简单。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种智能杀菌空气净化器,包括空气净化器本体,该空气净化器本体底部开设有进气口,其中空气净化器本体顶部开设有出气口;其特征在于,所述空气净化器本体内部开设有容置腔,该容置腔内设有隔板,其中隔板将容置腔分为上腔体和下腔体;所述隔板上开设有通孔,该通孔内安装有负离子释放器,其中负离子释放器两侧设有光触媒过滤网;所述下腔体底部设有固定座,该固定座下端与空气净化器本体的进气口连通;所述固定座内安装有过滤杀菌组件,该过滤杀菌组件上方设有过滤风机;所述上腔体内壁两侧固定安装有紫外线灯,其中上腔体顶部与出气口连通;
所述过滤杀菌组件包括HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网,其中HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网均为筒装结构;所述HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、除臭氧过滤网由外至内依次套接,其中活性炭过滤网套设于除臭氧过滤网外侧,HEPA过滤网套设于活性炭过滤网外侧;所述HEPA过滤网下端与进气口连通,该HEPA过滤网顶端与过滤风机的进风口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器本体前端设有密封门,该密封门与空气净化器本体通过销轴铰接;所述密封门内侧设有密封橡胶条,其中密封门上安装有锁具。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述下腔体内安装有控制器、驱动模块和蓄电池,其中驱动模块与控制器电性连接;所述控制器与蓄电池电性连接,其中蓄电池通过电源充电接口与市电连接;所述控制器分别与负离子释放器、紫外线灯、过滤风机电性连接,其中蓄电池分别为负离子释放器、紫外线灯、过滤风机提供电源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器本体顶端安装有空气质量检测器,该空气质量检测器与控制器电性连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述密封门上设有LCD触摸屏,该LCD触摸屏上设有多个触控按键;所述LCD触摸屏下方设有报警灯和智能语音提示器,其中LCD触摸屏、报警灯、智能语音提示器分别与驱动模块电性连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出气口内安装有排气风扇,该排气风扇外侧设有防尘罩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器本体底部四角分别安装有万向轮。
