Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention mainly proposes a method for controlling crease resistance of a clothes dryer, which is applied to the clothes dryer, to prevent the clothes from being wrinkled due to long stay in the dryer after being dried. There are many forms of clothes dryers, taking a drum type clothes dryer as an example, the clothes dryer includes a drum 100, a cotton and wool fabric to be dried waits for a drying object to be in the drum 100, and during rotation of the drum 100, the drying object moves along with the drum, and contacts with flowing high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air takes away moisture (the moisture is taken away by evaporation) on the drying object, so that the drying object is dried rapidly. The drum 100 dryer includes a drum 100 and an outer tub 200, and the drum 100 is disposed inside the outer tub 200 to rotate as compared with the outer tub 200. A heating device is provided at the air inlet of the drum 100 to adjust the temperature of the air introduced into the drum 100. The dryer further includes a gas driving device 500, and the gas driving device 500 is disposed in the air duct of the dryer to draw out the gas in the drum 100, so that the heated air may enter into the drum 100 from the air inlet and may be discharged from the air outlet of the drum 100 out of the drum 100. The gas driving device 500 may be in the form of a plurality of pumps, such as a vacuum pump. Of course, in some embodiments, in order to avoid a large amount of hot and humid air from being directly discharged into the room, a condenser 600 and a condensing fan 700 are provided at the position of the air outlet 320, the hot and humid air passes through the condenser 600, and the condensing fan 700 cools the condenser 600, so that the hot and humid air reduces the temperature and humidity as it passes through the condenser 600.
The specific steps of the dryer crease-resist control method will be mainly described below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dryer includes a drum 100 and a gas driving device 500 for driving a gas flow in the drum 100, and the dryer crease-resist control method includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring an anti-wrinkling instruction;
s200, acquiring the weight of the load in the roller 100 according to the crease-resist instruction;
s300, determining that the load weight is larger than a first preset load, and controlling the roller 100 to rotate alternately in the forward and reverse directions;
the load weight is determined to be less than or equal to the first preset load, and the gas driving device 500 is controlled to intermittently operate at the first preset driving power.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, after the drying process of the dryer is finished, the laundry remains in the drum 100, and after the crease-resist command is obtained, the dryer enters a crease-resist state, and crease-resist treatment is performed on the laundry. The manner of acquiring the crease-resist command may be many, for example, receiving a control command of a physical key on the dryer, receiving the crease-resist command sent by a remote controller or other mobile terminals, and of course, in some embodiments, the control command inside the dryer may be triggered by a condition such as a duration. After the anti-wrinkle command is acquired, the weight of the load in the drum 100 is acquired according to the anti-wrinkle cooling. That is, after the anti-wrinkling command is obtained, the collection of the laundry weight in the drum 100 is started, and of course, in some embodiments, the laundry weight in the drum 100 is already collected and only needs to be retrieved from the storage device. After the load weight in the drum 100 is obtained, the load weight is compared with the first preset load, and if the load weight is greater than the first preset load, it is indicated that the current laundry is more, and possibly a plurality of laundry. If the load weight is less than or equal to the first preset load, this indicates that the laundry is very few at this time, and may be a single piece of laundry.
When it is determined that the load weight is greater than the first preset load, it is necessary to prevent the laundry from being entangled while preventing the laundry from being wrinkled, and at this time, it is necessary to control the drum 100 to alternately perform the normal rotation and the reverse rotation, to rotate for a preset period of time, and to rotate reversely (normal rotation). Of course, there are many forward rotation and reverse rotation modes, and the rotation speed and the rotation duration of the two rotation modes can be set according to specific working conditions. When it is determined that the determined load weight is less than or equal to the first preset load, in order to prevent wrinkles of the single laundry, the gas driving device 500 is controlled to periodically drive the gas flow according to the first preset driving power, and during the flow of the gas flow, the gas flow passes through the laundry that has been dried or passes through the surface of the laundry that has been dried, thereby driving the cloth movement of the laundry to avoid wrinkles.
In this embodiment, firstly, a crease-resist command is obtained, the clothes dryer enters a crease-resist state, and in the crease-resist state, the load weight in the drum 100 is obtained according to the crease-resist command; comparing the obtained current load weight with a first preset load, determining that the load weight is greater than the first preset load, and controlling the roller 100 to rotate alternately in the forward and reverse directions; the load weight is determined to be less than or equal to the first preset load, and the gas driving device 500 is controlled to intermittently work with the first preset driving power, so that different anti-wrinkling strategies can be respectively and correspondingly implemented according to the quantity of clothes, thereby fully improving the energy efficiency ratio and saving energy while ensuring that the clothes are prevented from being wrinkled due to long-time placement.
There are various ways of preventing wrinkles of a plurality of clothes, specifically, how to rotate forward and reverse, and the following will specifically exemplify.
The clothes dryer comprises a heating device, the step of determining that the load weight is greater than a first preset load, and controlling the drum 100 to rotate alternately in the forward and reverse directions comprises:
determining that the load weight is greater than the first preset load and less than the second preset load, controlling the drum 100 to rotate positively and negatively alternately at a constant speed, and simultaneously controlling the gas driving device 500 to intermittently work at the second preset driving power; and determining that the load weight is greater than or equal to a second preset load, controlling the drum 100 to rotate in a positive and negative alternating manner at a variable speed, simultaneously controlling the gas driving device 500 to intermittently operate at a third preset driving power, and controlling the heating device to intermittently operate at a preset heating power. The second preset driving power is larger than or equal to the first preset driving power, and the third preset driving power is larger than or equal to the second preset driving power.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, for different numbers of clothes, crease resistance in different ways with different strengths is required. And when the current load weight is greater than the first preset load, comparing the current load weight with a second preset load, wherein the second preset load is greater than the first preset load. When the load weight is greater than the first preset load and less than the second preset load, the current clothes amount is a small number of pieces, and at this time, the drum 100 rotates at a constant speed in a positive and negative alternating manner, so that the clothes can be scattered and winding can be avoided. Then, the air driving device 500 works with the second preset driving power to comb the clothes, so that the clothes can be effectively prevented from being wrinkled. When it is determined that the current load weight is greater than or equal to the second preset load, the current laundry amount is a large number of pieces, and at this time, the drum 100 needs to perform the positive and negative alternate rotation of the speed change to break up the laundry, so as to avoid entanglement. Meanwhile, the air driving device 500 is controlled to intermittently operate at a third preset driving power, and the heating device is controlled to intermittently operate at a preset heating power, so that better 'carding' and 'ironing' of the clothes by air flow are facilitated, and the plurality of clothes are not wrinkled even if stacked for a long time. The positive and negative alternate rotation of the speed change refers to that the positive rotation and the reverse rotation of the roller are alternately performed, wherein the positive rotation and the reverse rotation are both speed change rotation, and can be positive rotation acceleration, positive rotation deceleration, reverse rotation acceleration, reverse rotation deceleration and the like. The shift pattern may be many, such as sine shift, cosine shift, or vary according to other types of curves.
In summary, when it is determined that there are a plurality of laundry items in the drum 100, the laundry items are subdivided again according to the number of laundry items, and different wrinkle preventing measures are performed according to different amounts, thereby improving the energy efficiency ratio while securing the wrinkle preventing efficiency.
It should be noted that, the first preset driving power, the second preset driving power and the third preset driving power of the air driving device 500 are all smaller than the drying driving power in the drying state of the dryer; and/or the preset heating power of the heating device is smaller than the drying heating power of the clothes dryer in a drying state. That is, in the wrinkle preventing state, the preset driving power of the gas driving device 500 is smaller than the drying driving efficiency in the drying state of the dryer; the preset heating power of the heating device is smaller than the drying heating power in the drying state. Thus, the laundry is prevented from being damaged due to excessive drying.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the laundry blocks the air outlet 320 of the drum 100 to cause the disturbance of the environment in the drum 100 and avoid the damage of the laundry, the air outlet 320 of the drum 100 is provided with a flow rate sensor 800, and the step of controlling the drum 100 to rotate alternately in a positive and negative direction at a variable speed includes:
acquiring the wind speed of the air outlet 320 of the drum 100;
if the wind speed of the air outlet 320 is less than or equal to the preset wind speed, the drum 100 is controlled to rotate alternately at the first speed;
if the wind speed of the air outlet 320 is determined to be greater than the preset wind speed, the drum 100 is controlled to rotate alternately at the second speed;
wherein the second speed is less than the first speed.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the wind outlet velocity of the wind outlet 320 of the drum 100 is detected by a wind velocity sensor disposed at the wind outlet 320 of the drum 100. When the wind speed of the air outlet 320 is less than or equal to the preset wind speed, it indicates that the current air outlet 320 is blocked, and the blocked area is larger, and the clothes can be separated from the air inlet 310 only by the drastic rotation and speed change (first speed), so that the air inlet 310 is unblocked. When the wind speed of the air outlet 320 is greater than the preset wind speed, it indicates that the current air outlet 320 is not blocked, or is blocked less, at this time, the position of the clothes will not affect the flow of the air flow, so that the air flow will not affect the environment in the drum 100 greatly, and at this time, the crease-resist requirement can be met by comparing the 'gentle' variable speed rotation (second variable speed).
In some embodiments, to further enhance the anti-wrinkling effect of the dryer, the first speed is varied according to a sine curve or a cosine curve, and/or the second speed is varied according to a sine curve or a cosine curve;
wherein the first speed is V1 and the second speed is V2;
V1=100coswt+300r/min,
V2=100coswt+200r/min。
specifically, in the present embodiment, by setting the first and second speeds to be changed according to the law of a sine curve or a cosine curve, laundry is turned over and shaken as the drum 100 rotates, so that the laundry is more easily scattered by the driving of the drum 100. Therefore, the air flow can iron clothes more uniformly and thoroughly, and clothes wrinkles caused by clothes winding are avoided.
There are a number of ways to obtain the weight of the load, and the following examples illustrate the steps of obtaining the weight of the load in the drum 100 according to the anti-wrinkling command, including:
entering a crease-resist mode according to the crease-resist instruction;
acquiring current of a motor of the drum 100 at the end of drying in a crease-resist mode;
acquiring the weight of the load according to the current value;
wherein, the following relation is satisfied between the load weight M and the current magnitude I of the motor of the drum 100:
i=0.2807m+1579, the working current I is the current data collected by ADC (Analog to Digital Converter analog-to-digital converter), which is positively correlated with the drum rotation torque, the greater the current, the greater the load weight in the drum at this time, the load weight M is the weight of the object to be dried at the end of drying, the unit is g, and the relation is obtained by establishing a function model approximately by multiple sets of experimental data.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the crease-resist mode is first entered according to the crease-resist instruction, and in the crease-resist mode, the current of the motor of the drum 100 at the end of the drying mode of the dryer is acquired.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, to ensure that the oven dry state has ended before entering the anti-wrinkling state, before the acquiring the anti-wrinkling instruction, further comprises:
s400, acquiring a drying state instruction;
s500, determining the drying state instruction as a drying end instruction;
and acquiring an anti-wrinkling instruction.
Specifically, in this embodiment, first, whether the current state is a drying state is determined, and if it is determined that the drying state has ended, a crease-resist instruction may be acquired. The step of acquiring a drying state instruction refers to acquiring the state of the current clothes dryer, if the current clothes dryer is in the drying state, the operation of the current clothes dryer is not disturbed, the clothes dryer continues to operate, and if the drying state is determined to be finished, the crease-resistant instruction can be acquired.
Of course, in some embodiments, for more timely and accurate crease-resist, after the step of determining that the drying status command is a drying end command, the method further includes:
detecting an operation instruction and starting timing; the operation instruction comprises one or more of a door opening instruction, a panel touch instruction and a wireless control instruction of the clothes dryer;
determining that an operation instruction is not detected within a preset time period;
and acquiring an anti-wrinkling instruction.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the drying state is finished, the wrinkling phenomenon does not occur immediately, and the laundry is wrinkled after the preset time period, so that the crease-resist treatment is not required immediately after the drying state is finished, but is performed after the preset time period. Meanwhile, within the preset time, whether the user operates the clothes dryer needs to be judged, if the clothes dryer does not receive any operation instruction within the preset time, the fact that the user possibly forgets the current state of the clothes dryer or the user is inconvenient to operate the clothes dryer when going out is indicated, and at the moment, the clothes dryer enters a crease-resistant state after the preset time. If the user performs a new operation on the clothes dryer within the preset time period, such as a physical operation of opening a door body of the clothes dryer, or a control of the clothes dryer through a touch panel or a control of the clothes dryer through a remote controller and other mobile terminals, the user is informed that the state of the clothes dryer is not forgotten. At this time, the user may have a new demand for the dryer. Of course, if the user has taken out the laundry to the outside for a preset period of time, the crease-resist treatment is not required.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, in order to better prompt the user to timely air the dried laundry, the control trigger may be performed immediately after the drying state is finished for a preset period of time. The clothes dryer further comprises a human body detection device, and the clothes dryer is connected to the home Internet of things and is in communication connection with the home appliances and the server in the house;
the step of determining that the drying state instruction is a drying end instruction further includes:
s600, detecting a user through a human body detection device;
s700, determining that a user is not in the detection range of the clothes dryer;
s800, initiating a request for detecting a user to other household appliances in the Internet of things;
s900, receiving responses of detection users of other household appliances;
and S950, sending a prompt request to the household appliance which detects the user according to the response, so that the household appliance sends a prompt to the user according to the prompt request.
The step of sending a prompt request to the household appliance or the server which detects the user according to the response so that the household appliance sends a prompt to the user according to the prompt request comprises the following steps of: acquiring state information of the user according to the response of the detected user; generating a timing control instruction for selecting the timing for prompting the user according to the user state information; sending a prompt request to other household appliances or servers according to the user state information; the hint request includes a timing control instruction.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the clothes dryer first detects whether the user is present by himself, and the detection manner may be many, for example, by an infrared sensor, a camera, or the like. If the clothes dryer detects that the user is in the house, prompt information can be directly sent to the user, and the prompt information can be light prompt information, sound prompt information, vibration prompt information, short messages and the like. The prompt information can prompt the user in time, and clothes in the clothes dryer are dried, so that the clothes can be dried. If the dryer does not detect the presence of a user within its detected range, the dryer may request assistance from a server and other home appliances at this time.
The clothes dryer is used as a household appliance and is in communication connection with other household appliances and servers through the Internet of things. There may be many other household appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, floor sweepers, televisions, electric water heaters, etc. All household appliances in the house are connected with the server through the Internet of things, and the server can receive the sent requests of the household appliances and correspond to the requests and can also send the requests to other household appliances and request the responses. Of course, in some embodiments, the communication interaction between the home appliances may also be performed directly.
When the user is determined not to be in the detection range of the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer can send a request for detecting the user to other household appliances at the same time, and the request can be sent to the server and then sent to other household appliances by the server. When the receiver detects the request of the user, other household appliances start the respective detection devices to detect the user in the respective range. Each household appliance feeds back the detected result to the clothes dryer through the response, and the clothes dryer confirms whether other household appliances detect the user according to the response. Of course, in some embodiments, the user's current status, such as cooking in the kitchen, bathing in the bathroom, resting in the bedroom, etc., may be included in the user's request initiated by the dryer and in the response sent back by each home appliance to detect the user. If no user is detected by all household appliances, the user is indicated to go out, and the clothes dryer can enter a crease-resistant state. If the household appliances detect the user, a prompt request can be sent to the household appliances detecting the user, so that the corresponding household appliances are requested to prompt the user that the clothes in the clothes dryer are dried and can be dried. Of course, in some embodiments, the time for prompting may also be selected according to the current state of the user, for example, the user is in a bath, and the user is reminded after the bath is finished, for example, the user is at rest in a bedroom, and the user is reminded when the user is at rest and gets up. The user's items and the treated clothes can be set with priority, the priority is higher than the items of the treated clothes (sleeping, bathing, etc.), the user is reminded of the current items, the priority is lower than the items of the treated clothes (drinking water, watching television, etc.), and the user can remind when the user carries out the current items. Therefore, the user can be timely reminded, and priority matters currently carried out by the user cannot be interfered.
Of course, the dryer may be put into a crease-resistant state according to actual conditions in the timing of waiting for the prompt to the user. If the user has a rest in the bedroom and is not in bed, the user can enter a crease-resistant state in a preset time period, so that the underwear is prevented from being creased in the waiting time period.
Of course, in some embodiments, after a preset period of time, bacteria are prevented from growing in the laundry or odor is generated, and the ultraviolet lamp 900 of the dryer may be turned on to sterilize the laundry. Of course, the specific sterilization mode of the ultraviolet lamp 900 may be various, for example, the sterilization is continuously started after a preset period of time, or the sterilization is periodically started after a preset period of time.
