Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention mainly proposes a moisture-proof ironing control method and apparatus, an ironing device 100, a readable storage medium, and a moisture-proof ironing control method applied in the ironing device 100. The form of the ironing device 100 may be numerous, such as a hand-held ironing machine or a garment steamer. Taking a hand-held ironing machine as an example, the ironing device 100 comprises a main body part for realizing an ironing function and a handle part for being held by a user. The main body part comprises a housing and a steam generator, the housing is provided with an ironing panel 10, and the ironing panel 10 is provided with steam holes 11. The steam generator is installed in the casing, and the steam outlet of the steam generator is communicated with the steam hole 11. The handle part comprises a handle shell and a water tank arranged on the handle shell, the inner cavity of the handle shell is communicated with the inner cavity of the shell, and the water tank is used for storing water. The casing is also internally provided with a water pump which communicates the water tank with the water inlet of the steam generator, so that water in the water tank can be sucked into the steam generator, and the water can be sprayed out from the steam outlet of the steam generator after forming steam and finally sprayed out from the steam holes 11 of the ironing panel 10.
The handle part can be provided with a control button which is electrically connected with the steam generator and the water pump through the circuit board. When it is desired to use the ironing device 100, the handle portion can be held and the control keys opened, and the ironing board 10 can be brought close to the garment surface. The steam holes 11 of the ironing panel 10 may spray high temperature steam, which may increase the temperature and humidity of the laundry to increase the plasticity of the laundry; and then, external force is applied to the clothes to deform the clothes, so that the clothes can be flatter after being cooled.
The specific steps of the moisture proof ironing control method will be mainly described below.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a moisture proof ironing control method is applied to an ironing apparatus 100, the ironing apparatus 100 comprising an ironing panel 10 and a steam generator, the ironing panel 10 being provided with steam holes 11, the steam generator being in communication with the steam holes 11;
the moisture-proof ironing control method comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a moisture-proof ironing instruction;
s200, acquiring the ventilation capability of the current clothes according to a moisture-proof ironing instruction;
s300, acquiring the ironing difficulty of the current clothes according to the ventilation capacity of the current clothes;
s400, determining that the current clothes are easy to iron, and adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to a first preset outlet quantity;
s500, determining that the current clothes are difficult to iron, and adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to a second preset air outlet amount, wherein the second preset air outlet amount is larger than the first preset air outlet amount.
Specifically, in this embodiment, there are various ways of obtaining the moisture-proof ironing instruction, which may be an instruction sent by an external terminal, such as a mobile terminal (mobile phone, remote controller, tablet computer), a fixed terminal (server, cloud end), an operation of the ironing device 100 by a user, or an instruction input, and so on. It is also possible that the ironing device 100 checks and judges according to the current situation (e.g. detecting that the ironing device 100 is moved close to the laundry by means of an imaging means or a sensing means, ready to iron the laundry). The content of the damp proof ironing command may be just a control command for starting the damp proof ironing program, and in some embodiments, the damp proof ironing command may also be related information carried with the clothes to be ironed, such as material information, clothes type information, and the like.
There are many ways to obtain the ventilation capability of the current clothes according to the damp-proof ironing command, such as obtaining the ventilation capability of the clothes, or obtaining the fabric information of the clothes. After the ventilation capability of the current clothes is obtained, the ironing difficulty is obtained according to the ventilation capability of the current clothes. Generally, the more breathable the garment is, the more easily ironed, and the less breathable the garment is, the more difficult it is to irone. Of course, in judging the ironing difficulty of the laundry, the thickness, the degree of wrinkles, and the like of the laundry may be referred to in addition to the air permeability.
If the current clothes are determined to be the clothes which are easier to iron, the steam quantity required by the current clothes to achieve the ironing effect is smaller, so that the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator can be adjusted to the first preset air outlet quantity. If the current clothes are determined to be the clothes which are difficult to iron, the fact that the current clothes need more steam to achieve the ironing effect is indicated, and therefore the steam outlet of the steam generator can be adjusted to a second preset outlet which is larger than the first preset outlet. In this embodiment, the steam outlet refers to the outlet per unit time. The adjustment mode of the steam outlet amount can be various, for example, the opening degree of the steam outlet of the steam generator can be controlled to be adjusted, and the operation power of the steam generator can be controlled to be adjusted. The difference between the first preset air outlet amount and the second preset air outlet amount can be a specific numerical difference or a power gear position corresponding to the steam generator. For example, if the steam generator has a low power gear and a high power gear, the first preset air output may correspond to the low power gear, and the second preset air output may correspond to the high power gear.
In the embodiment, firstly, a moisture-proof ironing instruction is acquired, so that clothes treatment equipment enters a moisture-proof ironing working condition, then, under the moisture-proof ironing working condition, the ventilation capability of the current clothes is acquired, and the ironing difficulty of the current clothes is acquired according to the ventilation capability of the clothes; if the current clothes are easy to iron, adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to a first preset air outlet amount; and if the current clothes are difficult to iron, adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to a second larger preset outlet amount. In this way, the steam outlet amount is adjusted according to the clothes with different ventilation capacities, so that the clothes can be effectively ironed and simultaneously prevented from being excessively wet, and a user can directly wear the ironing equipment after the clothes are ironed, thereby improving the use effect of the ironing equipment 100 and improving the user experience. In addition, different steam outlet amounts are set for clothes with different ventilation capacities, so that the waste of steam can be reduced, and the effects of saving electric energy and water resources and improving the effective utilization rate of the steam generator are achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, after the step of obtaining the ventilation capability of the current laundry according to the damp proof ironing command, the method further comprises;
S600, determining that the current clothes are airtight clothes, and adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if the air permeability is obtained by the air permeability of the clothes, when the air permeability of the clothes reaches a certain critical value, the current clothes may be considered to be air-impermeable clothes, such as the air permeability of the clothes being zero. If the air permeability is obtained through the material information of the clothes, when the material of the clothes is a specific material, the current clothes can be considered to be air-impermeable clothes, for example, the material of the clothes is a chemical fiber fabric. The air-impermeable garment is generally unsuitable for steam ironing, and therefore, in order to avoid damaging the garment, the steam outlet of the steam generator may be adjusted to zero after determining that the current garment is an air-impermeable garment. There are many ways to adjust the steam outlet of the steam generator to zero, and the steam outlet of the steam generator may be closed, or the steam generator may be directly turned off.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, after the step of determining that the current laundry is an impermeable laundry, the method further includes:
and sending prompt information that the current clothes are not suitable for steam ironing to the appointed object.
In this embodiment, after determining that the current laundry is airtight, not only the steam outlet amount of the steam generator is adjusted to zero, but also a prompt message that the current laundry is not suitable for steam ironing is sent to the specified object, so as to prompt the user to stop ironing the current laundry. The specified object may be a terminal device, such as a fixed terminal, a mobile terminal (mobile phone, remote controller, tablet computer, smart watch, etc.); the device can also be a prompting device (such as a light, a sound, a vibration and the like), such as a signal lamp, a loudspeaker, a boomer and the like; it can also be a designated area such as an object, a restaurant, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living balcony, etc. The purpose of the sending of the prompting message is to prompt the user that the current clothes are not suitable for steam ironing.
There are various ways of obtaining the ventilation capability of the present clothing, and the following description will be given by taking two examples.
The ironing device 100 further comprises an air suction device, the ironing panel 10 is further provided with an adsorption hole 12, the adsorption hole 12 is communicated with the air suction device through an adsorption channel 20, and an air speed sensor is arranged in the adsorption channel 20. Referring to fig. 5, the step of acquiring the ventilation capability of the current laundry according to the ironing command includes:
s210, acquiring the current wind speed in the adsorption channel 20;
s220, comparing the current wind speed with a first preset wind speed;
s230, determining that the current wind speed is larger than a first preset wind speed, and enabling the current clothes to have stronger ventilation capability;
s240, determining that the current wind speed is smaller than or equal to the first preset wind speed, and enabling the ventilation capacity of the current clothes to be weak.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the suction device may generate an adsorption force on the laundry to be ironed through the adsorption hole 12, so that the ironed portion of the laundry may be adsorbed on the ironing panel 10, so as to improve ironing efficiency of the laundry. When the adsorption device works, external air flow needs to pass through clothes before entering the adsorption channel 20, so that the smaller the air speed in the adsorption channel 20 is, the less the air flow passing through the clothes is, and the weaker the air permeability of the clothes is. That is, the wind speed in the adsorption passage 20 can effectively reflect the ventilation capability of the current laundry. The current wind speed is obtained through a wind speed sensor arranged on the adsorption channel 20, and the current wind speed is compared with a first preset wind speed. When the current wind speed is larger than the first preset wind speed, the current clothes are higher in ventilation capacity, the current clothes are easier to be ironed, and the steam quantity required for ironing the clothes is smaller. When the current wind speed is smaller than or equal to the first preset wind speed, the current clothes are weak in ventilation capacity, the current clothes are harder to iron, and the steam quantity required for ironing the clothes is more.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the step of obtaining the ironing difficulty of the current laundry according to the ventilation capability of the current laundry includes:
s310, determining that the ventilation capability of the current clothes is strong, and enabling the current clothes to be easy to iron;
s320, determining that the ventilation capability of the current clothes is weak, and comparing the current wind speed with a second preset wind speed, wherein the second preset wind speed is smaller than the first preset wind speed;
s330, determining that the current wind speed is larger than a second preset wind speed, and enabling the current clothes to be hard-ironing clothes;
s340, determining that the current wind speed is smaller than or equal to the second preset wind speed, and if the current clothes are airtight clothes.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after determining that the ventilation capability of the current clothes is strong, it may be directly determined that the current clothes is a relatively easy-to-iron clothes. After the ventilation capability of the current clothes is weak, comparing the current wind speed with a second preset wind speed, and judging that the current clothes are hard to iron clothes if the current wind speed is larger than the second preset wind speed. If the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed, the current clothes can be judged to be airtight clothes. Of course, in other embodiments, the current wind speed may be compared with the first preset wind speed and the second preset wind speed at the same time, so as to obtain the ironing difficulty of the clothes more quickly.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, after the step of determining that the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed, the step of determining that the current laundry is an airtight laundry further includes:
s341, adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, referring to the above embodiment, in this embodiment, after the step of determining that the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed and the current laundry is the air-impermeable laundry, a notification message that the current laundry is not suitable for steam ironing may be sent to the specified object.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment, the step of obtaining the ventilation capability of the current laundry according to the damp proof ironing command includes:
s250, acquiring clothing fabrics of the object to be ironed according to the damp-proof ironing instruction;
s260, acquiring the ventilation capability of the object to be ironed according to the clothing fabric.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the garment fabric information is first extracted from the moisture-proof ironing instruction. The clothing fabric may be pure cotton, pure wool (wool, rabbit hair, camel hair, etc.), pure silk (mulberry silk, tussah silk, rayon, etc.), pure hemp, cotton-type chemical fiber blended yarn, synthetic fiber filament, wool-type chemical fiber, pure chemical fiber fabric, etc. After the clothing fabric is obtained, the ventilation capability of the object to be ironed is obtained according to the clothing fabric. For example, pure wool is generally more breathable than pure loop fabric. (a mapping table of garment material information and air permeability may be stored in the storage means of the ironing device 100).
There are many ways of obtaining the information of the fabric of the garment to be ironed. For example, the moisture-proof ironing command may be carried with the information of the fabric of the garment to be ironed, and then directly acquired from the moisture-proof ironing command by the ironing device 100. Of course, in some embodiments, the ironing device 100 itself may be accessed in accordance with a moisture-proof ironing instruction. There are many ways and ways of obtaining, for example, it may be obtained from other related household appliances (such as washing machine, terminal equipment, etc.), or it may be obtained by a camera device or the like. Specific reference may be made to the following embodiments, which are implemented by means of an image acquisition device.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the ironing apparatus 100 further comprises image acquisition means arranged in correspondence of the ironing panel 10 to acquire image information of an object to be ironed;
the step of obtaining the clothing fabric of the object to be ironed according to the damp-proof ironing instruction comprises the following steps:
s251, obtaining image information of an object to be ironed;
s252, acquiring the clothing fabric of the object to be ironed according to the image information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the image capturing device may be an image capturing tool such as a camera or a video camera. After the image acquisition device acquires the image, the clothes in the image are analyzed, the analysis result is compared with the characteristics of the corresponding clothes fabric, and if the similarity between the clothes fabric of the object to be ironed and the pre-stored clothes fabric is determined to reach a preset value (taking 90% -95% as an example), the clothes fabric of the object to be ironed is the pre-stored clothes fabric.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the determining that the current laundry is the laundry that is easier to iron adjusts the steam outlet of the steam generator to a first preset outlet; and after the step of determining that the current clothes are hard-to-iron clothes and adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to the second preset outlet amount, the method further comprises the steps of:
s700, acquiring the current clothes humidity;
s800, comparing the current clothes humidity with a first preset humidity and a second preset humidity, wherein the first preset humidity is larger than the second preset humidity;
s900, determining that the current clothes humidity is greater than a first preset humidity, and adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero;
s901, determining that the current clothes humidity is larger than the second preset humidity and smaller than or equal to the first preset humidity, and reducing the current steam outlet quantity of the steam generator.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the current laundry humidity may be obtained by a humidity sensor mounted on the ironing panel 10. If the current humidity of the clothes is greater than the first preset humidity, the current humidity of the clothes is too high, and the clothes are not suitable to be contacted with steam continuously, so that the steam outlet amount of the steam generator needs to be adjusted to be zero in time. After the steam outlet of the steam generator is adjusted to zero, the clothes can be continuously ironed by the temperature of the ironing panel 10, so that the clothes are prevented from being moist and the effect of ironing and wearing can be achieved. If the current humidity of the clothes is greater than the second preset humidity and less than or equal to the first preset humidity, the current humidity of the clothes is larger, and the steam contact quantity is reduced, so that the current steam outlet quantity of the steam generator can be reduced. The magnitude of the decrease in the current steam outlet amount may be preset, for example, by decreasing the current power of the steam generator by one step, or by decreasing the steam outlet opening of the steam generator by one step.
In step S900, after determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity, other factors may be further referred to before the steam outlet amount of the steam generator is adjusted to zero, so as to improve ironing effect on the laundry.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the step of determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than a first preset humidity and adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to zero includes:
s910, determining that the humidity of the current clothes is greater than a first preset humidity, and acquiring the clothes fabric information of the current clothes;
s920, acquiring the water absorption capacity of the current clothes according to the clothes fabric information;
s930, determining that the water absorption capacity of the current clothes is strong, and adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity, the laundry fabric information of the current laundry is first obtained. The clothing fabric may be pure cotton, pure wool (wool, rabbit hair, camel hair, etc.), pure silk (mulberry silk, tussah silk, rayon, etc.), pure hemp, cotton-type chemical fiber blended yarn, synthetic fiber filament, wool-type chemical fiber, pure chemical fiber fabric, etc. After the clothing fabric is obtained, the water absorption capacity of the clothing is determined according to the clothing fabric, for example, the water absorption capacity (the water absorption capacity and the hydrophilic capacity of pure cotton material are generally measured by the weight of water absorbed by a unit volume of material) of pure cotton material is generally higher than that of pure hemp material. Of course, a mapping table between the clothing fabric and the water absorbing capacity may be stored in the storage device, and the corresponding water absorbing capacity may be obtained through the clothing fabric in the table. It is considered that the laundry having a strong water absorbing ability is difficult to be naturally air-dried after being put on when the humidity is too high, and thus the steam injection should be stopped immediately.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the step of determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity and adjusting the steam outlet amount of the steam generator to zero includes:
s940, determining that the current clothes humidity is greater than a first preset humidity, and defining the current clothes state as an over-wet state;
s950, acquiring the over-wet maintaining time length of the current clothes in the over-wet state;
s960, comparing the over-wet maintaining time period with a first preset time period;
and S970, determining that the over-wet maintaining time length is greater than or equal to a first preset time length, and adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity, the state of the current laundry is defined as an over-wet state. It should be noted that the over-wet state can be defined only when the current laundry humidity is continuously maintained to be greater than the first preset humidity. And after determining that the current clothes enter the over-wet state, acquiring the over-wet maintaining time length of the current clothes in the over-wet state. It is understood that the excessive humidity maintaining period herein is a continuous maintaining period, not an accumulated maintaining period. Comparing the over-wet maintaining time length with a first preset time length, and if the over-wet maintaining time length is greater than or equal to the first preset time length, indicating that the continuous maintaining time length of the current clothes in the over-wet state is greater than or equal to the first preset time length. The ironing device 100, when ironing a garment, the ironing board 10 and the garment are not relatively fixed, but the ironing board 10 will move along the garment surface. That is, the humidity sensor detects the humidity of different positions of the laundry at different times, if the humidity of different positions of the laundry detected by the humidity sensor at the first preset time period is greater than the first preset humidity during the moving process of the ironing panel 10, which indicates that the over-wet area of the laundry is large at this time, the steam should be stopped immediately, so that the laundry is dried quickly and is convenient to wear.
