Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention mainly proposes a method for controlling wrinkle resistance of a dryer, which is applied to the dryer, to prevent wrinkles from being generated due to long-time stay in the dryer after clothes are dried. There are many types of clothes dryers, for example, a drum type clothes dryer, which includes a drum 100, wherein the lint fabric to be dried is waiting for the drying object to be in the drum 100, and the drying object moves along with the drum 100 during the rotation of the drum and contacts with flowing high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air takes away moisture on the drying object (the moisture is taken away by evaporation), so that the drying object is dried quickly. The drum 100 dryer includes a drum 100 and a tub 200, and the drum 100 is disposed inside the tub 200 to rotate compared to the tub 200. A heating device is provided at an air inlet of the drum 100 to adjust the temperature of air introduced into the drum 100. The dryer further includes an air driving device 500, and the air driving device 500 is disposed in an air duct of the dryer to draw air inside the drum 100, so that heated air can enter the drum 100 from an air inlet and can be discharged out of the drum 100 from an air outlet of the drum 100. The gas-driven apparatus 500 may be in many forms such as a suction pump, a vacuum pump, etc. Of course, in some embodiments, in order to avoid discharging a large amount of hot and humid air directly into the room, a condenser 600 and a condensing fan 700 are provided at the position of the air outlet 320, the hot and humid air passes through the condenser 600, and the condensing fan 700 cools the condenser 600, so that the hot and humid air is cooled down in temperature and humidity while passing through the condenser 600.
The following will mainly describe the specific steps of the crease-resistance control method of the clothes dryer.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clothes dryer includes a drum 100 and a gas driving device 500 for driving a gas flow in the drum 100, and the wrinkle preventing control method of the clothes dryer includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring a crease-resist instruction;
s200, acquiring the load weight in the roller 100 according to a crease-resistance instruction;
s300, determining that the load weight is greater than a first preset load, and controlling the roller 100 to rotate in a forward and reverse alternating manner;
and determining that the load weight is less than or equal to a first preset load, and controlling the gas driving device 500 to intermittently work at a first preset driving power.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, after the drying process of the dryer is finished, the laundry still stays in the drum 100, and after the wrinkle preventing instruction is obtained, the dryer enters a wrinkle preventing state to perform wrinkle preventing treatment on the laundry. There may be many ways to obtain the wrinkle-preventing instruction, such as receiving a control instruction of a physical key on the dryer, receiving a wrinkle-preventing instruction sent by a remote controller or other mobile terminals, and of course, in some embodiments, the control instruction inside the dryer may also be triggered by a condition such as a duration. After the wrinkle prevention instruction is acquired, the load weight in the drum 100 is acquired according to the wrinkle prevention cooling. That is, after the wrinkle prevention instruction is acquired, the collection of the weight of the laundry in the drum 100 is started, and of course, in some embodiments, the weight of the laundry in the drum 100 is collected and only needs to be retrieved from the storage device. After the load weight in the drum 100 is obtained, the load weight is compared with the first preset load, and if the load weight is greater than the first preset load, it indicates that there are more clothes, and possibly more clothes. If the load weight is less than or equal to the first predetermined load, it indicates that the clothes are very few, and may be a single piece of clothes.
When it is determined that the load weight is greater than the first preset load, in order to prevent wrinkles of a plurality of clothes and prevent the plurality of clothes from being entangled with each other, the drum 100 is controlled to rotate in the forward direction (reverse direction) and the reverse direction (forward direction) alternately. Of course, there are many ways of forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the rotation speed and the rotation duration of the two rotation ways can be set according to specific working conditions. When it is determined that the weight of the load is less than or equal to the first preset load, in order to prevent the single laundry from wrinkling, the air driving device 500 is controlled to periodically drive the air flow at the first preset driving power, and the air flow passes through the dried laundry or flows over the surface of the dried laundry during the air flow, so as to drive the cloth of the laundry to move and avoid wrinkling.
In the embodiment, firstly, a crease-resistance instruction is obtained, the clothes dryer enters a crease-resistance state, and in the crease-resistance state, the load weight in the drum 100 is obtained according to the crease-resistance instruction; comparing the obtained current load weight with a first preset load, determining that the load weight is greater than the first preset load, and controlling the roller 100 to rotate in a forward-reverse alternating manner; the weight of the load is determined to be less than or equal to a first preset load, and the gas driving device 500 is controlled to intermittently work at the first preset driving power, so that different crease-resistance strategies can be correspondingly implemented according to the quantity of clothes, so that the energy efficiency ratio is fully improved and the energy is saved while the clothes are prevented from being wrinkled due to long-time placement.
There are various specific ways to prevent wrinkles of a plurality of clothes, and the specific way to rotate forward and backward is described below as an example.
The clothes dryer comprises a heating device, the determined load weight is greater than a first preset load, and the step of controlling the drum 100 to rotate in a forward and reverse rotation alternative mode comprises the following steps:
determining that the load weight is greater than a first preset load and less than a second preset load, controlling the roller 100 to rotate forward and backward alternately at a constant speed, and simultaneously controlling the gas driving device 500 to work intermittently at a second preset driving power; and determining that the load weight is greater than or equal to a second preset load, controlling the roller 100 to rotate in a positive and negative alternate mode at variable speed, simultaneously controlling the gas driving device 500 to work intermittently at a third preset driving power, and controlling the heating device to work intermittently at a preset heating power. The second preset driving power is greater than or equal to the first preset driving power, and the third preset driving power is greater than or equal to the second preset driving power.
Specifically, in this embodiment, different strength and different manners of wrinkle prevention are required for different numbers of clothes. And when the current load weight is greater than the first preset load, comparing the current load weight with a second preset load, wherein the second preset load is greater than the first preset load. When the load weight is greater than the first preset load and less than the second preset load, it indicates that the number of the current clothes is a small number of clothes, and at this time, the drum 100 rotates forward and backward alternately at a constant speed, so that the clothes can be scattered and prevented from being wound. Then, the air driving device 500 works at a second preset driving power to comb the clothes, so that the clothes can be effectively prevented from being wrinkled. When it is determined that the current load weight is greater than or equal to the second preset load and the current laundry amount is a large number of laundry, the drum 100 needs to rotate in a variable speed manner to break up the laundry to avoid tangling. Meanwhile, the gas driving device 500 is controlled to intermittently work at the third preset driving power, and the heating device is controlled to intermittently work at the preset heating power, so that better combing and ironing of clothes by gas flow are facilitated, and wrinkles of a plurality of pieces of clothes can not occur even if the plurality of pieces of clothes are accumulated for a long time. The positive and negative alternate rotation of the speed change means that the positive rotation and the negative rotation of the roller are alternately performed, wherein the positive rotation and the negative rotation are both variable speed rotation, and the positive rotation acceleration, the positive rotation deceleration, the negative rotation acceleration, the negative rotation deceleration and the like can be performed. The form of the speed change can be many, such as sine speed change, cosine speed change, or change according to other types of curves.
As described above, when a plurality of clothes are determined to be contained in the drum 100, the clothes are subdivided according to the number of the clothes, and different wrinkle preventing measures are performed according to different amounts, so that the wrinkle preventing efficiency is ensured and the energy efficiency ratio is improved.
It is worth to be noted that the first preset driving power, the second preset driving power and the third preset driving power of the gas driving device 500 are all smaller than the drying driving power in the drying state of the dryer; and/or the preset heating power of the heating device is smaller than the drying heating power of the dryer in a drying state. That is, in the wrinkle prevention state, the preset driving power of the gas driving device 500 is smaller than the drying driving efficiency in the drying state of the dryer; the preset heating power of the heating device is smaller than the drying heating power in the drying state. Therefore, the clothes can be prevented from being damaged due to over-drying.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the laundry blocks the air outlet 320 of the drum 100 to cause an environmental disturbance in the drum 100 and damage the laundry, the air outlet 320 of the drum 100 is provided with a flow rate sensor 800, the determining that the load weight is greater than or equal to the second preset load, and the controlling the drum 100 to rotate in the variable-speed forward and reverse alternating directions includes:
acquiring the wind speed of the air outlet 320 of the roller 100;
if the wind speed of the wind outlet 320 is determined to be less than or equal to the preset wind speed, controlling the roller 100 to rotate in a forward and reverse alternating manner at a first variable speed;
if the wind speed of the wind outlet 320 is determined to be greater than the preset wind speed, controlling the roller 100 to rotate in a forward and reverse rotation alternative mode at a second variable speed;
wherein the second speed change is less than the first speed change.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the air speed sensor disposed at the air outlet 320 of the drum 100 is used to detect the air outlet speed of the air outlet 320 of the drum 100. When the wind speed of the wind outlet 320 is less than or equal to the preset wind speed, it indicates that the current wind outlet 320 is blocked, and the blocked area is large, and the clothes can be separated from the wind inlet 310 only by the "violent" rotation and speed change (the first speed change), so that the wind inlet 310 is smooth. When the wind speed of the wind outlet 320 is greater than the preset wind speed, it is indicated that the current wind outlet 320 is not shielded or is shielded less, at this time, the position of the clothes does not influence the flowing of the airflow to cause great influence, so that the environment in the drum 100 is not influenced greatly, and at this time, the crease-resistance requirement can be met through the relatively 'peaceful' variable speed rotation (the second variable speed).
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the crease-resistance effect of the dryer, the first variable speed is changed according to the law of a sine curve or a cosine curve, and/or the second variable speed is changed according to the law of a sine curve or a cosine curve;
wherein the first speed change is V1 and the second speed change is V2;
V1=100coswt+300r/min,
V2=100coswt+200r/min。
specifically, in the present embodiment, by setting the first speed change speed and the second speed change speed to change according to the sine curve or cosine curve, the laundry is turned and shaken along with the rotation of the drum 100, so that the laundry is more easily scattered by the driving of the drum 100. Therefore, the air flow can be more uniform and permeable to iron the clothes, and the clothes wrinkles caused by the winding of the clothes are avoided.
There are many ways to obtain the load weight, and the step of obtaining the load weight in the drum 100 according to the wrinkle prevention command includes:
entering a crease-resist mode according to a crease-resist instruction;
acquiring the current of the motor of the roller 100 at the end of drying in a crease-resist mode;
acquiring the load weight according to the current value;
wherein, the following relation is satisfied between the load weight M and the current magnitude I of the motor of the drum 100:
0.2807M +1579, wherein the working current I is current data collected by an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), the current data is in positive correlation with the rotation torque of the drum, the larger the rotation torque of the drum is, the larger the current is, the larger the load weight in the drum is, the load weight M is the weight of the object to be dried at the end of drying, and the unit is g, and the relation is obtained by establishing a function model through multiple groups of experimental data for approximation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a wrinkle prevention mode is first entered according to a wrinkle prevention command, and in the wrinkle prevention mode, a current of the motor of the drum 100 at the end of a drying mode of the dryer is acquired.
