s4: material distribution: adding the mixed materials into a press mold frame in a quantitative material distributing machine for distributing materials;
s5: preparing patterns: after the materials are uniformly distributed, dipping texture color pigments required by the artificial inorganic imitation fish maw white Yashi white decorative board by using a line pressing tool which is manufactured in advance, and then pressing the wool dipped with the pigments at the texture positions required by the main body material of the artificial inorganic imitation fish maw white Yashi white decorative board in the mould frame to the depth of 1-3 cm;
s6: pressing: covering the material printed with patterns with silica gel cloth, and performing vibration pressing under-0.1 Mpa to obtain blank plate;
s7: and (3) curing: putting the blank plate into curing equipment, drying for 2-3h at 80-90 ℃, then heating to 130-150 ℃, heating for 1-2h for primary curing, heating to 500-700 ℃, and heating for 1-2h for secondary curing;
s8: obtaining a product: cooling the solidified coarse plate, leveling to a certain thickness, polishing and cutting to obtain a required product;
the artificial inorganic imitation fish maw white Yashi white board comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of 40-70 mesh quartz sand, 30-40 parts of 325 mesh quartz powder, 10-30 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of pigment, 2-4 parts of inorganic filler, 3-5 parts of cementing agent, 0.1-1 part of curing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of water reducing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of retarder;
the cementing agent comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 60-70% of sodium silicate, 20-30% of lithium silicate and 1-10% of colloidal silica;
the line pressing tool is made by binding a wool at two ends of the bamboo bow and fastening the wool;
the curing agent is aluminum dihydrogen phosphate;
the inorganic filler comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 10-20% of potassium hexatitanate whisker, 10-20% of borax and 60-80% of silica fume.
