Referring to fig. 7, a rotating shaft 7 is arranged to provide a double-steering grinding function, one end of a lower shaft bracket 706 is provided with a bevel gear meshed with a bevel gear disc 507, the position of the bevel gear disc 507 is unchanged in the rotating process of the rotating shaft 7, so that the lower shaft bracket 706 can rotate, the lower shaft bracket 706 drives a side rotating shaft 705 to rotate through the bevel gear in the rotating process, the side rotating shaft 705 drives a grinding roller 703 to rotate through the bevel gear, the grinding roller 703 rotates bidirectionally at the same time, the workpiece is ground, and the grinding path is circular.
The working principle is as follows: in the first embodiment, bidirectional polishing is carried out, the whole preset device is positioned at the bottom of a conveyor belt, and a tool is arranged at the top of the conveyor belt to carry out moving conveying on a workpiece; the grinding device comprises a motor 502, the motor 502 drives a rotating shaft member 7 to rotate through a bevel gear, the position of a bevel gear disc 507 is unchanged in the rotating process of the rotating shaft member 7, a lower shaft bracket 706 continuously rotates through power generated by a gear, the lower shaft bracket 706 drives a side rotating shaft 705 to rotate through the bevel gear in the rotating process, the side rotating shaft 705 drives a grinding roller 703 to rotate through the bevel gear, the grinding roller 703 simultaneously rotates in two directions to grind a workpiece, double actions of driving a tool through a group of power elements can be realized through the matching of the gear, acceleration is realized on the premise of single-layer rotation, the path of double rotation is circular, the surface of the grinding roller 703 can be uniformly contacted with a grinding surface, the occurrence of regular scratches is avoided, and the grinding precision is improved.
In the second embodiment, active absorption is performed, during the rotation of the rotating shaft 7, the rotating shaft 7 drives the driven shaft 504 to rotate through the bevel gear during the rotation, the driven shaft 504 drives the driven toothed disc 505 to rotate through the gear, the eccentric rod 506 drives the bar-shaped frame 605 to reciprocate in the rotation process of the driven fluted disc 505, the piston rod 606 and the piston plate 607 are continuously pushed in and pulled out of the air box 6 in the moving process of the bar-shaped frame 605, the air pressure inside the air box 6 is adjusted by the piston plate 607, the air inside the air box 6 is discharged by the check valve 601, the air inside the suction box 702 is sucked by the tee 602, the air jacket 603 and the rotary shaft 7, thereby generating the active suction function, the filter cotton in the suction process of the waste chips is intercepted by the suction slot holes 701, the waste chips fall into the storage barrel 8, convenience is provided for subsequent recovery, and the storage barrel 8 can be taken down to be cleaned.
