s1: firstly, the hardware fittings are placed in the placing groove (29), then the air cylinder (3) is started to drive the supporting plate (4) to move downwards, so that the grinding piece (8) is in contact with the hardware fittings, then a motor (6) is started to drive a grinding piece (8) to rotate and grind the hardware fitting, meanwhile, the worm can be driven by the meshing of the first gear (10) and the second gear (11) and by the meshing of the worm (9) and the worm wheel (13), the worm wheel (13) can be driven to rotate, so that the circular shaft (14) and the sliding frame (15) can be matched together, and the slide seat (5) can be driven to slide left and right in a reciprocating way through the two fixed rods (16) and the fixed plate (18), therefore, the grinding piece (8) can be driven to move left and right in a reciprocating manner to grind the hardware fitting, so that the grinding range can be enlarged, and the grinding effect on the hardware fitting is improved;
s2: simultaneously starting the air pump (30), so that dust generated during polishing is pumped into the water tank (35) to be mixed with water through the common matching of the two air inlet pipes (31), the two hoses (32), the two air pumping heads (33) and the air outlet pipe (34) while polishing, thereby avoiding the damage of the dust to the body of an operator, driving the third gear (20) to rotate in a reciprocating way through the meshing transmission of the rack (17) and the third gear (20), further driving the two connecting plates (27) to swing in a reciprocating way through the meshing transmission of the first conical gear (24) and the second conical gear (26), and driving the two belt pulleys (22) to be connected with the belt (23) so as to drive the two connecting plates (27) to drive the two air pumping heads (33) to swing in a reciprocating way, thereby effectively enlarging the air pumping range of the air pumping heads (33), thereby improving the dust collection effect and being convenient to use.
