The casting grinding device with the dust removal function for mechanical production according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the dust removal unit comprises a dust collector (16), a dust collection plate (6) communicated with a suction inlet of the dust collector (16), and a driving mechanism for driving the dust collection plate (6) to move, the dust collection plate (6) is hinged to each of four corners of the frame (1), nozzles are uniformly arranged on the side wall, close to the casting, of the dust collection plate (6), the dust collection plate (6) is hollow and is connected with the suction inlet of the dust collector (16) through a dust collection pipe (9), the dust collector (16) is mounted on the frame (1), the driving mechanism comprises a third motor (18), a rotary disc (7) and a connecting rod (8), the third motor (18) is mounted on the frame (1), and the rotary disc (7) is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the third motor (18), the outer ring of the end face of the rotary table (7) is hinged with a connecting rod (8), and the other end of the connecting rod (8) is hinged with the dust collection plate (6).
7. The casting grinding device with the dust removing function for mechanical production according to claim 6, characterized in that two side walls of the U-shaped plate (15) are respectively provided with an adjusting bolt (21) in a threaded manner, and one end of the adjusting bolt (21) located in the U-shaped plate (15) is rotatably provided with a positioning plate (22).
