In this way, when the conveying assembly 40 is not ready for conveying, the supporting structure 38 can support the portion to be clamped 12, thereby preventing the air conditioner handle 10 from falling off or falling off from the supporting structure 31 and affecting the normal conveying of the air conditioner handle 10.
Optionally, the second detection device 310 is an infrared sensor or an image acquisition device.

When the third detection device 60 does not detect the air conditioner handle 10, the alarm module is controlled to generate an alarm signal.
Optionally, the third detection device 60 is an infrared sensor or an image acquisition device.
As shown in fig. 9, the transport system further includes a second mounting bracket 70, a slip ring 80, and a cylindrical connecting structure 90. The second mounting bracket 70 is provided on the housing 20. A slip ring 80 is provided on the second mounting bracket 70, the slip ring 80 comprising a rotor portion 81 and a stator portion 82 electrically connected to the rotor portion 81, the rotor portion 81 being rotatable relative to the stator portion 82, the stator portion 82 being connected to a power source. And a cylindrical connection structure 90 provided on the turntable 41 and rotating synchronously with the turntable 41, the cylindrical connection structure 90 being connected to the rotor portion 81. Wherein the lead wires of each jig 42 extend into the cylindrical connection structure 90 and are connected to the rotor portion 81. Alternatively, the clamp 42 is an electric cylinder. Claims (12)

1. A conveying system for conveying an air-conditioning handle (10), the air-conditioning handle (10) comprising a portion to be supported (11) and a portion to be clamped (12) which are mutually connected, characterized in that the conveying system comprises:
a frame (20);
the positioning assembly (30) is arranged on the base (20), the positioning assembly (30) comprises a supporting structure (31) and a first positioning structure (32) connected with the supporting structure (31), the supporting structure (31) has a bearing state for bearing the portion to be supported (11) and a release state for releasing the portion to be supported (11), and the first positioning structure (32) is used for limiting and stopping the air-conditioning handle (10);
the conveying assembly (40) is rotatably arranged on the base (20), the conveying assembly (40) comprises a turntable (41) and a clamp (42) arranged on the turntable (41), the clamp (42) is provided with a clamping space (421) used for clamping the part (12) to be clamped, and the size of the clamping space (421) is adjustably arranged; the number of the clamps (42) is multiple, and the multiple clamps (42) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the turntable (41);
when any clamp (42) moves to the part to be clamped (12) and the clamping space (421) of the clamp (42) is correspondingly arranged, the clamp (42) clamps the part to be clamped (12), the supporting structure (31) is switched from the bearing state to the releasing state, and the air-conditioning handle (10) is driven to rotate to a preset position through the turntable (41).
2. The conveying system according to claim 1, characterized in that, in a radial direction of the rotating disc (41), the portion to be clamped (12) is arranged close to a center of the rotating disc (41) with respect to the portion to be supported (11); wherein the support structure (31) is located above the clamp (42).
3. The delivery system of claim 1, further comprising:
first detection means for detecting whether the clamp (42) clamps the portion to be clamped (12); wherein the support structure (31) is controlled to switch from the load-bearing state to the release state when the first detection device detects that the clamp (42) clamps the portion to be clamped (12).
4. The conveying system according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning assembly (30) further comprises a frame (33), the support structure (31) and the first positioning structure (32) being both provided on the frame (33); the first positioning structure (32) comprises:
an extension arm (321), a first end of the extension arm (321) being pivotably connected to the frame (33);
the first positioning part (322), the first positioning part (322) is arranged on the second end of the extension arm (321) to limit and stop the air conditioner handle (10).
5. The conveying system according to claim 4, wherein the extension arm (321) comprises:
a first arm body (3211), a first end of the first arm body (3211) being pivotably connected to the frame (33);
a second arm body (3212), a second end of the first arm body (3211) being pivotably connected to a first end of the second arm body (3212), the first positioning portion (322) being disposed on the second end of the second arm body (3212); the first positioning structure (32) further comprises:
a tension spring (3213), both ends of the tension spring (3213) are respectively connected with the first arm body (3211) and the second arm body (3212) to apply tension to the first arm body (3211) and the second arm body (3212).
6. The delivery system of claim 4, wherein the positioning assembly (30) further comprises:
the second positioning structure (34) is arranged on the rack (33), the part to be clamped (12) is located between the second positioning structure (34) and the part to be supported (11), and the second positioning structure (34) is used for limiting and stopping the part to be clamped (12).
7. The conveying system according to claim 6, wherein the second positioning structure (34) comprises:
a mounting plate (341) connected to the frame (33);
an elastic member (342);
the two ends of the elastic piece (342) are respectively connected with the connecting piece (343) and the mounting plate (341);
a second positioning part (344), wherein the second positioning part (344) is arranged on the connecting piece (343) and is used for limiting and stopping the part to be clamped (12).
8. The conveyor system of claim 7, wherein the first detent (322) is a first wheel rotatably coupled to the second end of the extension arm (321); and/or the second positioning part (344) is a second wheel body which is rotatably connected with the connecting piece (343).
9. The delivery system of claim 1, wherein the positioning assembly (30) further comprises:
a lifting structure (35), wherein the supporting structure (31) is arranged on the lifting structure (35), and at least part of the lifting structure (35) is arranged in a lifting manner;
a connection structure (36), the lifting structure (35) being arranged on the connection structure (36);
a first driving device (37), wherein the first driving device (37) is connected with the connecting structure (36) to drive the connecting structure (36) to move along a preset direction; wherein the preset direction is along the horizontal direction.
10. The delivery system of claim 1, wherein the positioning assembly (30) further comprises:
a holding structure (38) located below the support structure (31), the holding structure (38) having an extended state for supporting the portion to be clamped (12) and a retracted state for avoiding the portion to be clamped (12);
-a second driving structure (39), said second driving structure (39) being connected to said supporting structure (38) to drive said supporting structure (38) in switching between said extended condition and said retracted condition; when any clamp (42) moves to the position where the part (12) to be clamped corresponds to the clamping space (421) of the clamp (42), the supporting structure (38) is driven to move from the extending state to the retracting state through the second driving structure (39);
-second detection means (310) for detecting whether the air-conditioning handle (10) is placed on the support structure (31).
11. The delivery system of claim 1, further comprising:
the first mounting bracket (50) is arranged on the base (20), and the first mounting bracket (50) comprises a vertical column (51) and a connecting rod (52) arranged on the vertical column (51);
the third detection device (60) is arranged on the connecting rod (52), and the third detection device (60) is used for detecting whether the air conditioner handle (10) is placed on the clamp (42);
the alarm module is connected with the third detection device (60); when the third detection device (60) does not detect the air conditioner handle (10), the alarm module is controlled to generate an alarm signal.
12. The delivery system of claim 1, further comprising:
a second mounting bracket (70) disposed on the housing (20);
a slip ring (80) disposed on the second mounting bracket (70), the slip ring (80) including a rotor portion (81) and a stator portion (82) electrically connected to the rotor portion (81), the rotor portion (81) being rotatable relative to the stator portion (82), the stator portion (82) being connected to a power source;
a cylindrical connection structure (90) which is provided on the turntable (41) and rotates synchronously with the turntable (41), the cylindrical connection structure (90) being connected to the rotor portion (81);
and the conducting wire of each clamp (42) extends into the cylindrical connecting structure (90) and is connected with the rotor part (81).
