The clamping structure 3 comprises an H-shaped mounting frame 40 suspended on the gantry 1 by an XYZ moving assembly and pneumatic clamping jaws 41 installed at four ends of the H-shaped mounting frame 40, the four pneumatic clamping jaws 41 are located on the same circumference and the diameter of the circumference is equal to the diameter of the steel ring 100, so that the steel ring 100 can be clamped when the clamping structure 3 moves to the position right above the steel ring material table 2. The H-shaped bracket 40 may have a plate-like or rod-like structure with other shapes.
The XYZ moving assemblies respectively comprise a Z-direction moving assembly 39 arranged on the portal frame 1, an X-direction moving assembly 37 supported on the Z-direction moving assembly 39 in a vertically movable manner, and a Y-direction moving assembly 38 supported on the X-direction moving assembly 37 in a movable manner along the X direction, the H-shaped mounting frame of the clamping structure 3 is hung on the Y-direction moving assembly 38 through a connecting column 42, and the clamping structure 3 can move between the grinding station and the steel ring material table 2 through the XYZ moving assembly. The X-direction moving assembly 37, the Y-direction moving assembly 38, and the Z-direction moving assembly 39 are all of the prior art.
During blanking, other devices can be used for clamping, and a feeding structure can also be used. Since the tightness of the timing belt 15 will vary after the second timing wheel 17 in contact with the steel ring is moved, a second slide groove 132 is provided on the support plate 13 at a position corresponding to the second timing wheel 17 far from the steel ring, the second slide groove 132 also extending in the same direction as the first slide groove 131. The two second synchronizing wheels 17 are slidably disposed in the first and second slide grooves 131 and 132 through the first and second sliders 171 and 172, respectively. When the diameter of the steel ring 100 to be polished is reduced, the second synchronizing wheel 17 contacting the steel ring 100 moves towards the direction of the second synchronizing wheel 17 far away from the steel ring, at the moment, the length of the synchronous belt between the two first synchronizing wheels 16 and on one side of the second synchronizing wheel 17 contacting the steel ring is increased, and the synchronous belt 15 pulls the second synchronizing wheel 17 far away from the steel ring to move towards the second synchronizing wheel 17 contacting the steel ring because the whole length of the synchronous belt 15 is unchanged. Through above-mentioned structure, can realize when polishing to the steel ring of different diameters, enough drive structure can carry out automatic adjustment.
Further, in order to be able to grind different diameters of the steel rings 100, the position of the first grinding structure 5 along the diameter direction of the steel ring on which it is located also needs to be adjusted.
