The working principle is as follows: a stainless steel sheet is placed above the side seat 15 and then pushed to move to a processing position, the screw 20 is driven by the reversing motor 19 to rotate after the position is adjusted, the lifting seat 16 moves downwards, the conveying box 17 moves downwards integrally, the sheet falls down to be contacted with the sucking disc 4, then the second hydraulic rod 25 extends to push the lower pressing seat 24 to move downwards, the stainless steel sheet applies pressure to the sucking disc 4 along with the pressure above, the air flow control valve 5 exhausts the air in the sucking disc 4 and the compression sleeve 3, the sucking disc 4 is stressed to be flat with the surface wall of the sheet, the compression sleeve 3 contracts, then the first hydraulic rod 9 extends to drive the fixing seat 2 to move downwards, the sheet moves downwards integrally, the outer wall of the lower side of the sheet is contacted with the top plate 13, the top plate 13 is stressed downwards, the turnover plate 12 rotates until the top plate 13 is completely contacted with the surface wall of the sheet, the functional spring 14 generates elastic deformation, the top plates 13 on two sides of the cutting position can provide upward supporting force for the sheet at the same time, in the process, the auxiliary roller 34 is always in contact with the surface wall of the sheet, the turning rod 33 rotates along with the increase of the pressure, the auxiliary roller 34 moves on the outer wall of the sheet, the soft brush 37 on the cleaning seat 36 brushes and whisks the outer wall of the sheet when moving, dust particles at the cutting position of the sheet are cleaned, the cutter is prevented from being damaged in the subsequent cutting process, after the brushing and whisking operation, the lower pressing seat 24 reaches a preset position, the third hydraulic rod 42 pushes the cutter seat 40 to move downwards, the electric knife 41 is electrified and heated, the sheet is cut, and the cutting operation of the stainless steel sheet is completed.
