Abstract
本发明提供一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,由酸性氧化电位水、羧甲基纤维素钠、脱乙酰甲壳素、聚丙烯酸钠按比例混合而成,本发明的水凝胶制剂为粘稠状液体,用于免洗手消毒和皮肤消毒,将水凝胶制剂涂敷于伤口表面将伤口覆盖,杀菌的同时给伤口周围组织提供一种湿性环境,防止细菌感染,加速伤口愈合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及预防伤口创面感染、促进伤口愈合的酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,属于消毒制剂领域。
背景技术
对伤口创面的处理普遍采用酒精、碘酒、碘伏、红药水、紫药水、碘酊等药物进行消毒,这些药剂属于中效消毒剂,而属于高效消毒剂的酸性氧化电位水具有杀菌广谱,杀菌高效迅速,无刺激异味,对人体器官、皮肤组织、粘膜等无刺激性和无毒副作用的特点,在消毒领域得到广泛应用,用酸性氧化电位水清洗伤口创面,能较快促进伤口创面的愈合。
但酸性氧化电位水不稳定、易分解,因此只能现制现用,另外用酸性氧化电位水液体清洗伤口创面,液体不能在伤口创面停留,难以实现长久消毒。
因此,在实际使用过程中,人们一直在寻求能保持酸性氧化电位水长期稳定的方法。
发明内容
本发明就是针对现存酸性氧化电位水处理伤口创面存在的一些问题和不足,将酸性氧化电位水与食品级的增稠剂混合调制,制成酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,经过实验验证,将酸性氧化电位水制成水凝胶制剂后能显著降低酸性氧化电位水的分解,增强稳定性以长久保持其杀菌能力,将水凝胶制剂涂敷于伤口表面将伤口覆盖,杀菌的同时给伤口周围组织提供一种湿性环境,防止细菌感染,加速伤口愈合,同时用增稠剂与酸性氧化电位水混合调制后增强了酸性氧化电位水的稳定性,可以长期稳定保存。
由于酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂具有一定粘稠性,能涂敷于伤口表面将伤口覆盖以获得长久的杀菌性能,有效的防止伤口创面的感染。
本发明提供一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,包括酸性氧化电位水、羧甲基纤维素钠、脱乙酰甲壳素、聚丙烯酸钠。
所述的酸性氧化电位水占水凝胶制剂总量的96%~99%,羧甲基纤维素钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.5%~2.0%,脱乙酰甲壳素占水凝胶制剂总量的0.3%~1.0%,聚丙烯酸钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.2%~1.0%;所述的水凝胶制剂的pH范围为2.5~6.5;所述的水凝胶制剂的有效氯浓度范围为30ppm~500ppm;所述的水凝胶制剂的氧化还原电位(ORP)大于等于800mV;所述的水凝胶制剂为粘稠状液体,用于免洗手消毒和皮肤消毒,将水凝胶制剂敷于伤口处,给伤口周围组织提供一种湿性环境,防止细菌感染,加速伤口愈合。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,酸性氧化电位水由酸性氧化电位水生成器设备生产制备,其中酸性氧化电位水的pH范围为2.5~6.5,有效氯浓度范围为30ppm~500ppm,氧化还原电位(ORP)大于等于800mV。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,水凝胶制剂的稳定保存期限至少一年。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,水凝胶制剂在密闭保存一年,其有效氯浓度不低于初始浓度的85%。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,羧甲基纤维素钠采用食品级原料,羧甲基纤维素钠的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.5%~2.0%。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,脱乙酰甲壳素采用食品级原料,脱乙酰甲壳素的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.3%~1.0%。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,聚丙烯酸钠采用食品级原料,聚丙烯酸钠的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.2%~1.0%。
本发明的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,把水凝胶制剂放少许于手上,双手手指交叉搓揉用于手消毒,将水凝胶制剂涂敷于伤口表面将伤口覆盖,用于预防伤口感染,加速伤口愈合。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明提供一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,包括酸性氧化电位水、羧甲基纤维素钠、脱乙酰甲壳素、聚丙烯酸钠。
在整个酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂中,酸性氧化电位水占水凝胶制剂总量的96%~99%,羧甲基纤维素钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.5%~2.0%,脱乙酰甲壳素占水凝胶制剂总量的0.3%~1.0%,聚丙烯酸钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.2%~1.0%。
先制备酸性氧化电位水5千克,测量酸性氧化电位水的pH、ORP和有效氯含量,测量值分别为4.0、900mV、300ppm。
实例1:
分别称取97克酸性氧化电位水,1克羧甲基纤维素钠,1克脱乙酰甲壳素,1克聚丙烯酸钠,将上述四种物质混合、搅拌,待全部溶解即得到水凝胶制剂,测量水凝胶制剂的pH、ORP和有效氯含量,测量值分别为4.2、900mV、300ppm。
实例2:
分别称取99克酸性氧化电位水,0.5克羧甲基纤维素钠,0.3克脱乙酰甲壳素,0.2克聚丙烯酸钠,将上述四种物质混合、搅拌,待全部溶解即得到水凝胶制剂,测量水凝胶制剂的pH、ORP和有效氯含量,测量值分别为4.1、900mV、300ppm。

1.一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,包括酸性氧化电位水、羧甲基纤维素钠、脱乙酰甲壳素、聚丙烯酸钠,其特征在于:所述的酸性氧化电位水占水凝胶制剂总量的96%~99%,羧甲基纤维素钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.5%~2.0%,脱乙酰甲壳素占水凝胶制剂总量的0.3%~1.0%,聚丙烯酸钠占水凝胶制剂总量的0.2%~1.0%;所述的水凝胶制剂的pH范围为2.5~6.5;所述的水凝胶制剂的有效氯浓度范围为30ppm~500ppm;所述的水凝胶制剂的氧化还原电位(ORP)大于等于800mV;所述的水凝胶制剂为粘稠状液体,用于免洗手消毒和皮肤消毒,将水凝胶制剂敷于伤口处,给伤口周围组织提供一种湿性环境,防止细菌感染,加速伤口愈合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:酸性氧化电位水由酸性氧化电位水生成器设备生产制备,其中酸性氧化电位水的pH范围为2.5~6.5,有效氯浓度范围为30ppm~500ppm,氧化还原电位(ORP)大于等于800mV。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:水凝胶制剂的稳定保存期限至少一年。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:水凝胶制剂在密闭保存一年,其有效氯浓度不低于初始浓度的80%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:羧甲基纤维素钠采用食品级原料,羧甲基纤维素钠的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.5%~2.0%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:脱乙酰甲壳素采用食品级原料,脱乙酰甲壳素的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.3%~1.0%。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:聚丙烯酸钠采用食品级原料,聚丙烯酸钠的重量占水凝胶制剂总量的0.2%~1.0%。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种酸性氧化电位水的水凝胶制剂,其特征在于:把水凝胶制剂放少许于手上,双手手指交叉搓揉用于手消毒,将水凝胶制剂涂敷于伤口表面将伤口覆盖,用于预防伤口感染,加速伤口愈合。
