The designed pressure value of the pressure of the inner discharge cabin is higher than the designed pressure value of the sterilization cabin.
The invention has the following basic operation processes and principles: the sterilization cabin heats up and steps up the in-process and exhausts, keeps atmospheric pressure in the interior row cabin, when the sterilization cabin opened the exhaust, because the pressure was greater than interior row cabin in the sterilization cabin for the exhaust process can normally go on, after the exhaust was accomplished, closed discharge valve, interior row cabin also began to heat up and steps up, and pressure is higher than the sterilization cabin, and gives the sterilization cabin supplementary steam through return line, assists the sterilization cabin to heat up and step up. When the temperature in the sterilization cabin reaches the standard and the sterilization stage is started, the inner row cabin also starts the sterilization process with higher temperature, the sterilization time is shorter than the sterilization cabin time, after the sterilization of the inner row cabin is finished, sterile exhaust is carried out, and the residual gas after the sterilization is finished is cooled by a waste water tank and then is discharged into the atmosphere. And the sterilization cabin also finishes sterilization work subsequently, executes the same exhaust process, and realizes the safe exhaust process without biological pollution leakage.
The invention designs a processing structure and a control mode which are specially used for processing the exhaust gas before sterilization of a sterilizer, and adopts the basic principle that the exhausted polluted gas is subjected to high-temperature high-pressure sterilization processing. Exhaust treatment devices of other principles are not within the scope of the present invention. The mode of collecting and processing the gas in the inner exhaust cabin disclosed by the patent of the invention has no material consumption and can be operated for a long time, thereby reducing the product maintenance period of a user, reducing the unnecessary labor capacity of the user and improving the customer satisfaction. The invention can also be applied to special environments which are used in college laboratories, biosafety laboratories above grade 3, vaccine production enterprises and the like and have biosafety requirements on sterilization and exhaust. Can also be independently applied to the places of aseptic ventilation and treatment in the closed environment.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
