本发明属于日化领域。一种生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,包括以下组分:尿囊素、甘油、透明质酸钠、聚季铵盐、聚谷氨酸钠、裂襇菌素、乳化剂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、钛白粉、鲸蜡硬脂醇%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷、增稠剂、叶酸、芦芭油、PEG/PPG‑17/6共聚物、甜菜碱、复合生物酶、1,3丁二醇以及余量的水。本发明隔离修护乳质地细腻轻盈,轻薄透气,滋润保湿,控油补水,调节肌肤水油平衡;收缩毛孔,遮盖瑕疵,阻隔紫外线,妆前使用可服帖妆容,妆容自然持久;深入基底,清肌排淤,增强代谢抗氧抗糖改善肤质。

技术领域
本发明属于技术领域,具体涉及一种生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球污染日益严重,臭氧层破坏,到达地面的阳光中紫外线量增加。紫外线中UVA和UVB紫外线过度照射会导致人体皮肤出现光老化迹象,如:皮肤急性皮炎(红斑)和灼伤、皮肤色素沉积、过早出现皱纹、老年斑,甚至诱发皮肤癌。
目前市场上的防晒化妆品防晒原理是:在产品中添加化学或物理防晒剂,化学防晒剂能吸收太阳光中UVA和UVB紫外线,并将保存的能量转变成无害的较长波的辐射。因此化学防晒剂具有光化学或物理的活性,自然也可能会表现出光毒性和光敏化作用。防晒化妆品中添加的化学防晒剂易对肌肤产生刺激,引发接触性致敏的几率较高,日照后更易过敏,引发肌肤的瘙痒等症状。而物理防晒剂也称为物理阻挡剂,是通过反射、散射紫外线,使达到皮肤上的紫外线剂量减少来达到防晒效果。物理防晒剂需在乳化剂的乳化作用下成型稳定,由油脂粘附于肌肤表面,此种防晒产品防晒指数越高,产品成分越复杂,膏体厚重,肤感油腻,透气性差,难以彻底清洁,易堵塞毛孔,长期使用会诱发毛囊炎,斑、痤疮等皮肤疾病。晒伤肌肤难以修复,为满足消费者的需求,需要一种防晒效果好、安全性高、使用肤感好的防晒产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,该隔离修护乳质地细腻轻盈,轻薄透气,滋润保湿,控油补水,调节肌肤水油平衡;收缩毛孔,遮盖瑕疵,阻隔紫外线,妆前使用可服帖妆容,妆容自然持久;深入基底,清肌排淤,增强代谢抗氧抗糖改善肤质。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分:
A相:尿囊素0.6-1.5%、甘油2-5%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.1%、聚季铵盐0.001-0.1%、聚谷氨酸钠0.01-0.1%、裂襇菌素1-8%;
B相:乳化剂1-2.5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-5%、角鲨烷2-5%、钛白粉2-5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.8-2%;
C相:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷3-5%、增稠剂0.6-1.5%;
D相:叶酸0.3-2%、芦芭油0.5-2%、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物1-3%、甜菜碱0.5-4%;
E相:复合生物酶0.3-1%、1,3丁二醇2-4%;
以及余量的水。
A.尿囊素
尿囊素具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水分、滋润和柔软,具有促进细胞生长、加快伤口愈合、软化角质蛋白等生理功能,加速细胞增殖分化,迅速形成表皮层,实现肌肤修复、诱导新生、细腻嫩肤的效果。但尿囊素水溶性差,于一般的护肤品中添加量仅为0.3%,超过该剂量就会析出,水剂产品会呈现出针状凝结物,结晶等。申请人经大量实验证明了:低浓度的尿囊素对肌肤的护理和修复来说是远远不够的,因而限制了尿囊素在护肤品和药品中的应用。实验证明在护肤品中尿囊素添加量达0.6%及以上,其优异的护肤新能才能显现。本发明尿囊素的添加量为0.6-1.5%,在分子上接入易溶于水的结构相似物,从而大大地改善了尿囊素的水溶性,可清除外层角质,疏通毛囊,促进微循环,改善和均匀肤色;促进细胞组织生长,加快伤口愈合;具有优异的抗过敏作用,增强肌肤免疫力;能够长效补水保湿,维持皮肤湿度,调节肌肤水油平衡。
B.复合生物酶
复合生物酶由多种酶组合而成,可实现多种酶的催化功效:抑菌消炎,清除自由基,抗衰老,修复肌肤和粘膜屏障。通过其接触上皮细胞,利用细胞自身的代谢物H2O,脱氢集氧,能够使细胞的含氧量迅速提升,并能够激活沉睡和亚休眠状态的细胞,促进细胞更新和组织代谢,促进细胞进行囊泡转运,当皮肤的微循环打通后,皮肤清除自由基和运输养料的通道更加通畅,根本解决肌肤的主动吸收问题,当皮肤的微循环打通后可促进上皮细胞得到修复增生,解决因细胞缺水缺氧造成的一系列皮肤问题,恢复肌肤弹性,紧致肌肤,愈合创伤,镇静消肿。多种酶复合可分解多余角质和毛孔污垢,深层清洁肌肤,对真菌有极强的灭活作用,蛋白酶可分解蛋白质,真菌的细胞壁主要成分为纤维蛋白,细胞壁破裂,胞浆释放,真菌凋亡。
C.裂裥菌素
裂裥菌素可改善痤疮、红血丝、敏感等肌肤问题,促进胶原蛋白合成,激活细胞,促进肌肤自我修复,恢复肌肤弹性,淡化细纹,延缓衰老,重建肌肤屏障,帮助肌肤抵御紫外线,抑制黑色素沉积,防护和修复紫外辐射引起的肌肤问题。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物/异十六碳烷/聚山梨醇酯-80。
进一步的,所述复合生物酶为纤维蛋白酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶。
进一步的,所述复合生物酶中纤维蛋白酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的质量比为3-9:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3。
进一步的,还包括防腐剂0.9-3.25%。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯0.2-0.25%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2%、辛酰羟肟酸0.2-0.8%、乙基己基甘油0.5-2%。
一种所述生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将A相原料与水混合,加热至80-90℃,恒温搅拌10-15min,降温至65-75℃备用;
S2.将B相原料混合,加热至65-75℃,与A相混合,4500-5000r/min均质1-5min,均匀分散后加入C相,恒温搅拌10-30min;
S3.降温至45-50℃,加入用水溶解好的D相搅拌均匀;
S4.降温至40-45℃加入用水溶解好的E相搅拌均匀,降温后即得隔离修护乳。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明以钛白粉作为物理防晒剂,通过物理遮瑕防晒,过滤阻挡部分长短波紫外光照射。多种油脂搭配,可使钛白粉均匀分散于油脂中,产品膏体柔滑细腻,延展性好,成膜性能好,遮盖力强;油脂用量少,涂膜轻薄透气,粘着性好,不易脱妆,妆容自然持久。芦芭油作为两亲性物质,成膜后清爽不粘腻,增加肤感和润滑性,柔软肌肤,保湿滋润。
高浓度的尿囊素与透明质酸钠复配,为肌肤迅速提供全方位密集补水,赋活营养肌肤,保湿效果持久,可锁水6小时以上,肌肤角质层含水量提高,可在肌肤表面形成保护屏障,有效过滤折射照射光线,提高了肌肤抵御抗紫外线的能力。
叶酸可增强肌肤对紫外线的耐受能力,使肌肤不易因紫外线照射而产生损伤和病变。复合微生物可激活细胞,促进细胞增殖分化,打通肌肤微循环,提升肌肤的自免疫水平,激发肌肤的防御能力,提高肌肤自身抗晒能力,提高肌肤即时修复能力,快速修复晒伤,抑制黑色素生成和沉积,美白亮肤,帮助肌肤形成仿生生态的主动防晒系统,外部抵御,内部修复,真正实现不怕晒、晒不黑的防晒效果。

上述生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳实施例和对比例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将A相原料与水混合,加热至85℃,恒温搅拌10min,降温至75℃备用;
S2.将B相原料混合,加热至70℃,与A相混合,5000r/min均质2min,均匀分散后加入C相,恒温搅拌20min;
S3.降温至50℃,加入用水溶解好的D相搅拌均匀;
S4.降温至45℃加入用水溶解好的E相搅拌均匀,降温后即得隔离修护乳。
以下是对实施例和对比例技术效果的实验验证数据:
一、防晒效果
采用Model 601 multiport spf testing 6output solar simulator(SPF测试紫外日光模拟器)测试,分别测试生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳实施例1-3和对比例1-3的防晒系数,测试结果见下表:

二、肤感测试
测试本发明粉底霜实施例1-3和对比例1-3的各项性能,选取60名志愿者,分为6组,在志愿者手臂内侧画同样大小的黑印,去等量样品涂布于手臂内侧黑印和周围皮肤上,各志愿者对遮瑕力、水润感和轻薄感采用评分方式评价,10分为效果优异,8分为效果良好,6分为效果较好,4分为效果一般,2分为效果较差,0分为无效。测试结果见下表:

Claims (8)
1.一种生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分:
A相:尿囊素0.6-1.5%、甘油2-5%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.1%、聚季铵盐0.001-0.1%、聚谷氨酸钠0.01-0.1%、裂襇菌素1-8%;
B相:乳化剂1-2.5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-5%、角鲨烷2-5%、钛白粉2-5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.8-2%;
C相:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷3-5%、增稠剂0.6-1.5%;
D相:叶酸0.3-2%、芦芭油0.5-2%、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物1-3%、甜菜碱0.5-4%;
E相:复合生物酶0.3-1%、1,3丁二醇2-4%;
以及余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物/异十六碳烷/聚山梨醇酯-80。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,所述复合生物酶为纤维蛋白酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,所述复合生物酶中纤维蛋白酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的质量比为3-9:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,还包括防腐剂0.9-3.25%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯0.2-0.25%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2%、辛酰羟肟酸0.2-0.8%、乙基己基甘油0.5-2%。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的生态防晒型轻透隔离修护乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
