Claims (10)

1. A method of scoring a bid document, comprising:
determining a scoring rule of a preset bidding document, wherein the scoring rule corresponds to scoring information of the preset bidding document;
obtaining a bid file, wherein the bid file comprises at least one item information corresponding to the grading information;
scoring the at least one item information according to the scoring rule to obtain at least one item score;
determining a total score for the bid document based on the at least one project score.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the scoring rules for the pre-set bidding document comprises:
acquiring a scoring table in the preset bidding document, wherein the scoring table comprises at least one scoring item and a scoring standard corresponding to the scoring item;
performing semantic recognition on the scoring table to obtain a semantic recognition result, wherein the semantic recognition result comprises at least one scoring item and at least one scoring standard;
performing labeling processing on the semantic recognition result to mark the corresponding relation between the at least one scoring item and the at least one scoring standard;
and determining the scoring rule of the preset bidding document according to the tagged semantic recognition result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the scoring rule of the preset bidding document according to the tagged semantic recognition result comprises:
determining at least one scoring sub-rule according to the tagged semantic recognition result, wherein the scoring sub-rule corresponds to a scoring item in the tagged semantic recognition result;
scoring the at least one item information according to the scoring rule to obtain at least one item score, including:
and scoring the project information corresponding to the scoring sub-rule according to the scoring sub-rule to obtain at least one project score.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a total score for the bid document based on the at least one project score comprises:
acquiring a preset weight of each item information;
determining the product of the item score of the item information and a preset weight as the weight score of the item information;
and determining the total score of the bidding documents by the sum of the weighted scores of at least one item information.
5. The method of claim 1, prior to obtaining the bid document, further comprising:
acquiring basic information of bidders;
auditing the basic information of the bidders according to a preset bidding qualification rule to obtain an auditing result of the bidders;
wherein the obtaining of the bid document comprises:
and when the examination result of the bidder meets the preset qualification standard, obtaining the bidding document of the bidder.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the auditing the basic information of the bidder according to a preset bidding qualification rule to obtain an auditing result of the bidder comprises:
obtaining qualification information in the basic information of the bidders, wherein the qualification information corresponds to the preset bidding qualification rule;
and auditing the qualification information according to a preset bidding qualification rule to obtain an auditing result of the bidder.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the item information in the bid document includes at least one of:
enterprise name information, enterprise type information, organization code or identification number information, account opening bank information, qualification name information, qualification type information, qualification grade information, and qualification certificate information.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a scoring rule of a preset bidding document, and the scoring rule corresponds to scoring information of the preset bidding document;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a bid file, wherein the bid file comprises at least one item information corresponding to the grading information;
the first scoring module is used for scoring the at least one item information according to the scoring rule to obtain at least one item score;
a second scoring module that determines a total score for the bid document based on the at least one project score.
9. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
