In another embodiment, the patents to be converted in the technical achievement conversion activity (such as the auction activity) are ranked in the order of the value evaluation values x of the patent technologies in the industry from large to small according to any one of the calculation results in table C.
In another embodiment, the value evaluation value of each to-be-converted patent technology in the technical achievement conversion activity (such as an auction activity) in the industry is calculated according to any one of the table C, a patent with the value evaluation value x in the industry higher than a preset recommendation threshold is specially recommended, and a patent with the value evaluation value x in the industry lower than a preset elimination threshold does not participate in the achievement conversion.
In another embodiment, the value evaluation values of all patents to be converted in the current technical result conversion activity (such as an auction activity) in the industry are calculated according to any one of the tables C, so as to evaluate the industry value of the current technical result conversion activity.

A system for evaluating patent value, schematically shown in fig. 2, comprising:
an information collector; the system is used for acquiring key technical information of the patent, technical information of the industry where the patent is located and development stage information of the industry where the patent is located;
a processor;
a memory;
and
one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs causing the computer to perform the above-described method.

Claims (10)

1. A method for assessing patent value, comprising:
acquiring patent information, including patent technical information, technical information of an industry where a patent is located and development stage information of the industry where the patent is located;
decomposing technical points according to technical information of the industry where the patent is located, and calculating value weight values of the technical points according to the proportion of the technical points and/or market share of products corresponding to the technical points and/or enterprise weights corresponding to the technical points;
calculating a value weight value of the patent technology according to the matching condition of the patent technology and each technical point;
calculating an application value weight value of the patent technology in the industry according to the matching condition of the patent technology and the development stage of the industry where the patent is located;
and evaluating the value of the patent according to the value weight value of the patent technology and/or the application value weight value of the patent technology in the industry.

The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the patent technology information is any one or a combination of more than one of patent keyword information obtained according to patent semantic analysis, key step information obtained according to patent technology step analysis, patent technology point information obtained according to patent technology point analysis, and basic supporting information required by patent technology obtained according to technology application analysis.

The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the technical information of the industry where the patent is located is any one or more of industry key technical information obtained from technical analysis reports of the industry where the patent is located, industry technical point set information obtained from technical analysis of the industry where the patent is located, and industry patent technical category information obtained from technical analysis of the industry where the patent is located.

The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the development stage information of the industry where the patent is located is any one or more of industry development stage information obtained from production value change information of the industry where the patent is located, industry development stage information obtained from enterprise number change information of the industry where the patent is located, industry development stage information obtained from enterprise scale change information of the industry where the patent is located, and industry development stage information obtained from technical change information of the industry where the patent is located.

The method for evaluating the patent value according to claim 1, wherein the method for decomposing the technical points according to the technical information of the industry in which the patent is located and calculating the value weight values of the technical points according to the proportion of the technical points and/or the market share of the products corresponding to the technical points and/or the enterprise weight corresponding to the technical points comprises the steps of:
carrying out technical decomposition on one or more technologies in the industry to obtain one or more basic technologies as technical points;
calculating a technical value weight value of each technical point according to the relation between the proportion of each technical point in the industry where the patent is located and the technical value;
calculating the economic value weight value of the technical point according to the relation between the market share and the technical value of each technical point corresponding to the product in the industry where the patent is located;
calculating an enterprise value weight value of each technical point according to the relation between the enterprise weight corresponding to each technical point in the industry where the patent is located and the technical value;
and calculating the value weight value of the technical point according to the technical value weight value and/or the economic value weight value and/or the enterprise value weight value of the technical point.
6. The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the calculating of the value weight value of the patent technology according to the matching condition of the patent technology and each technical point comprises the steps of:
obtaining technical keywords of the patent according to semantic analysis and technical analysis;
calculating a relevance value of the patent technology and each technical point according to the relevance degree of the technical key words of the patent and each technical point;
and calculating the value weight value of the patent technology according to the relevance value of the patent technology and each technical point and the value weight value of each technical point.

The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the application value weight value of the patent technology in the industry according to the matching condition of the patent technology and the development stage of the industry where the patent exists comprises the steps of:
obtaining basic matching information required by the patent technology and application information of the patent technology according to technical analysis;
calculating a basic matching value of the patent technology in the industry according to the matching degree of basic matching information required by the patent technology and a technical basis of the current industry development stage;
calculating the application prospect weighted value of the patent technology in the industry according to the matching degree of the application information of the patent technology and the product requirement of the current industry development stage;
and calculating the application value weight value of the patent technology in the industry according to the basic matching value and/or the application prospect weight value of the patent technology in the industry.
8. The method for evaluating patent value according to claim 1, wherein the evaluation of patent value according to a value weight of a patent technology and/or an application value weight of a patent technology in an industry comprises the steps of:
calculating a value evaluation value of the patent technology in the industry according to the value weight value of the patent technology and/or the application value weight value of the patent technology in the industry;
and evaluating the patent value according to the value evaluation value of the patent technology in the industry.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. A system for evaluating patent value, comprising:
an information collector; the system is used for acquiring key technical information of the patent, technical information of the industry where the patent is located and development stage information of the industry where the patent is located;

a memory;
and
