As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a dust collector 2 is fixedly installed on an outer wall of a top portion of a processing box 1, fixing openings are formed in positions, located at top ends, of outer walls of two sides of the processing box 1, a dust hood 5 is fixedly installed inside the fixing openings, an output end of the dust collector 2 is sleeved with a shunt tube 3, two ends of the shunt tube 3 are inserted into the dust hood 5, a grinding disc 19 generates a large amount of dust when the milled road surface is polished, at this time, the dust collector 2 is controlled to be started, the dust collector 2 generates suction force, the dust is sucked away through the dust hood 5, and then the dust is centrally processed, so that the dust is prevented from entering air and causing air pollution.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the traveling mechanisms 6 are disposed at the top end positions on both sides of the outer wall of the processing box 1, each traveling mechanism 6 includes a fixed plate, the fixed plate 604 is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of one side of the processing box 1, the hydraulic rod 603 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the fixed plate, the support frame 602 is fixedly mounted at one end of the telescopic rod of the hydraulic rod 603, and pulleys 601 are rotatably mounted at both ends of the support frame, and the pulleys can move the whole device, then control the hydraulic rod 603, and lower the whole device so that the milling wheels 14 contact the road surface.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the milling wheel 14 includes a body 141 and a plurality of milling and planing tools 142, the plurality of milling and planing tools 142 are evenly distributed on the outer side wall of the body 141, and the milling and planing tools 142 are arc-shaped, because the milling and planing tools 142 are arc-shaped, the fragments generated by milling the road surface can be better thrown upwards and enter between the crushing roller 12 and the rotary drum 13.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the driving assembly provides power to enable the rotary drum 13 to rotate, the rotary drum 13 rotates fast to enable the milling wheels 14 and the crushing rollers 12 which are distributed on the support connecting plate and the support mounting plate at equal intervals to rotate through the transmission assembly, the rotation speed of the crushing rollers 12 is higher than that of the milling wheels 14, the rotation directions of the milling wheels are opposite, the milling wheels 14 mill the road surface to generate crushed particles, the crushed particles are thrown between the crushing rollers 12 and the rotary drum 13 to be crushed, the rotating speed of the crushing rollers 12 is higher than that of the milling wheels 14, so that material jamming does not exist, and cement crushed into particles is thrown to the rear side by the whole rotary drum 13, wherein the outer diameter of the crushing rollers 12 is smaller than that of the milling wheels 14, and the crushing rollers 12 are mainly guaranteed not to be in contact with the road surface; when the milled road surface passes, the servo rotating motor 20 is controlled, the grinding disc 19 is controlled by the servo rotating motor 20 to rotate at a high speed, and the ground disc 19 is used for grinding the milled road surface to smooth the road surface.
If the rotary drum 13 rotates rapidly, the crushed materials are driven forwards and are thrown out, the particles have high inertia and can hit workers to cause injury to the workers, the barrier strips 10 can prevent the particles from flying out to enable the particles to fall down, the particles are collected continuously when the treatment box 1 moves forwards, and the barrier strips 10 are prevented from being rolled in by the rotary drum 13 by the barrier rods 15 to enable the barrier strips 10 to be damaged; when the grinding disc 19 is used for grinding the milled road surface, a large amount of dust is generated, the dust collector 2 is controlled to be started at the moment, the dust collector 2 generates suction force, the dust is sucked away through the dust collection cover 5 and then is intensively processed, and the dust is prevented from entering air to cause atmosphere pollution; pulleys 601 are rotatably mounted at two ends of the support frame, can move the whole device, then control a hydraulic rod to put down the whole device, and enable the milling wheel 14 to contact the road surface; the circular cone of biography material roller 18 both sides can concentrate the granule after smashing to the middle part, is difficult to fly out to both sides, and fortune flitch 17 can catch the granule, then throws the granule into ejection of compact chamber 22, and the one end that fortune flitch 17 kept away from passing material roller 18 is upwards bent in order to prevent that the granule from under the condition of fortune flitch 17 slope, and the granule is drawn out fortune flitch 17 because the granule can be sheltered from in the department of bending of fortune material 17.
