Abstract
A transportation and assembly system of split type prefabricated parts comprises guide rails and transportation and assembly equipment. The transport assembly plant comprises two vehicle bodies. Each body is movable along the rail by means of wheels and comprises an actuator vehicle and a control trailer. The executive vehicle comprises an outer frame, a walking executive mechanism, an alignment executive mechanism and casters. The outer frame comprises an upper U-shaped beam and a lower U-shaped beam which are spliced together to form a box beam with a rectangular cross section. The walking actuating mechanism is used for completing the movement of the vehicle body along the guide rail. The alignment actuator is used for adjusting the vertical displacement and the transverse displacement of the component. The control trailer comprises a chassis, a sliding cover, a hydraulic pump station, a storage battery and a control box, and the control trailer is vertically hinged with the executive vehicle respectively. The prefabricated part is placed on an upper U-shaped beam of the execution vehicle, and the transportation and the installation of the prefabricated part are completed through walking and aligning actions. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, a system for transporting and assembling a divided prefabricated part according to the present invention is used for transporting and installing the prefabricated part 1; the system comprises a guide rail 2 and a transportation and assembly device; the transport assembly plant comprises two vehicle bodies 3.
