The reset mechanism is favorable for retracting the free end of the hanging pin to the supporting platform after the piece to be sprayed is separated from the hanging pin, so that the hanging pin can conveniently clamp the hook of the piece to be sprayed next time, and the whole reset process does not need manual guard and operation; specifically, when the hanging pin in the extending state on the feeding belt passes through the guide piece, the radial limiting bulge at the tail end of the hanging pin is clamped on the outer side of the guide piece, and along with the movement of the hanging pin, the guide piece enables the hanging pin to slide towards the tail end until the tail end of the hanging pin is separated from the guide piece.
Preferably, an arc guide board is connected to the front end of guide, the guide board sets up in the turn department in last material area, and when hanging the round pin through the guide board, the radial spacing arch card of hanging the round pin tail end is established in the guide board outside and through guide board slidable to the guide on. Preferably, the device further comprises an extension mechanism, the extension mechanism is arranged behind the pushing mechanism along the transmission direction of the feeding belt, the extension mechanism comprises a compression piece which extends along the transmission direction of the feeding belt, the compression piece is gradually close to the feeding belt along the transmission direction of the feeding belt, when the hanging pin in a retraction state on the feeding belt passes through the compression piece, the tail end of the hanging pin is abutted against the inner wall of the compression piece, and the free end of the hanging pin can extend out of the rack after the hanging pin passes through the compression piece. The extending mechanism is arranged to prevent the free end of the hanging pin from automatically extending outwards when the pushing mechanism does not push the hanging pin outwards, and particularly, under the condition that the pushing mechanism is pushed in a missing manner, the tail end of the hanging pin pushed in the missing manner is compressed by the compression piece in the moving process to enable the free end of the hanging pin to automatically extend outwards; in addition, the compression piece can also prevent the hanging pin hanging the hook of the piece to be sprayed from accidentally retracting in the rising process, so that the piece to be sprayed is ensured to be lifted smoothly.
Preferably, the feeding device further comprises a controller and a detection unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting the material conveying speed of the material conveying mechanism and feeding a speed signal back to the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the transmission speed of the feeding belt, so that the transmission speed of the feeding belt is matched with the material conveying speed of the material conveying mechanism. Preferably, the rack below the feeding belt is provided with a guide rail arranged along the length direction of the feeding belt, the base is in sliding fit in the guide rail, and the base is connected with a roller in sliding fit with the guide rail. The limit matching of the base and the guide rail enables the operation of the hanging pin on the base to be more stable.
Preferably, the side wall of the free end of the hanging pin is a conical surface with a large outer part and a small inner part. Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the automatic hanging device for the to-be-sprayed parts of the spraying assembly line comprises a rack 1 arranged on one side of a material hanging hook of a material conveying mechanism, wherein the material conveying mechanism generally comprises a material conveying belt, and drooping material hanging hooks are connected to the material conveying belt at equal intervals. The rack 1 may be an integral rack or a split rack, the rack in this embodiment includes a support frame 100 and a support platform 101, the support frame 100 is used for supporting the upper clamping mechanism, and the support platform 101 is used for supporting the upper hanging mechanism.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the upper clamping mechanism is connected to the support frame 101, the top of the support frame 101 is connected to the hook box 2, a hook conveying channel for vertically arranging the elastic hooks 10 side by side is arranged in the hook box 2, an inlet 206 communicated with the hook conveying channel is arranged at one end of the hook box 2, an outlet 207 communicated with the hook conveying channel is arranged at the other end of the hook box 2, and a first driving mechanism 202 for driving the elastic hooks 10 to move to the outlet 207 along the hook conveying channel is arranged in the hook box 2; the elastic hook 10 is generally in a bent V shape, and two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are bent outwards to form a hanging part capable of being hung in a hanging hole of a piece to be sprayed. The first driving mechanism 202 is a cylinder, and a rodless cylinder is used in the present embodiment. When the elastic hook 10 is installed, the elastic hooks 10 are sequentially and parallelly installed into the hook conveying channel from the inlet 206 at one end of the hook box 2, and the driving mechanism 202 drives the elastic hooks 10 in the hook box 2 to move towards the outlet 207 along the hook conveying channel.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the hook magazine 2 includes a housing 201 and a guide bracket 200 disposed in the housing 201, and the hook conveying passage is formed between the inner wall of the housing 201 and the guide bracket 200; the guide bracket 200 is connected with a guide rod 203 arranged along the length direction of the hook conveying channel, the guide rod 203 is matched with a sliding part 204 in a sliding way, the sliding part 204 is connected with a push block assembly 205, the push block assembly 205 is used for pushing the elastic hook 10 on the guide bracket 200 towards the outlet 207 direction, and the driving mechanism 202 is connected with the sliding part 204 and used for driving the sliding part 204 to slide. The push block assembly 205 comprises an upper push block and a lower push block which are connected with the sliding piece 204, the upper push block and the lower push block are sequentially arranged along the height direction of the guide support 200, blocking pieces 208 can be rotatably connected to two sides of the upper push block and the lower push block, and a spring is arranged between the inner side of each blocking piece 208 and the push block assembly 205; when the elastic hook 10 is put in from the inlet 206 of the hook box 2, the stopper 208 is pressed inwards against the elastic force of the spring, when the elastic hook 10 is put in the hook conveying channel, the stopper 208 closes the inlet 206 under the elastic force of the spring, and the stopper 208 drives the elastic hook 10 to move towards the outlet 207 along with the pushing block assembly 205.
Further, one end of the guide bracket 200 near the inlet 206 extends outward and is disposed outside the housing 201 and forms an introduction portion 210 for the elastic hook 10 to be placed. The leading-in part 210 can facilitate placing the elastic hooks 10 on the leading-in part 210 side by side in advance, and then pushing the elastic hooks 10 into the hook conveying channel from the inlet 206, so as to facilitate the installation of the elastic hooks 10. Both inside walls of the shell 201 are connected with positioning rods 209 arranged along the length direction of the hook conveying channel, and one end of each positioning rod 209 far away from the outlet 207 is provided with a guide opening for installing the elastic hook 10. The distance from the outer end of the pilot port to the lead-in portion 210 is greater than the distance from the inner end of the pilot port to the lead-in portion 210. The positioning rod 209 is arranged in such a way to play a guiding role, so as to avoid the deviation or dislocation of the elastic hook 10 during the movement process. The guide opening is formed in a horn shape with a wide outer part and a narrow inner part, so that the elastic hook 10 can conveniently enter the hook box 2 from the inlet 206.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a positioning member 3 is arranged on the frame 1 below the outlet 207 of the hook box 2, the positioning member 3 has an extending portion which extends downward and can extend into an inner hole of a member to be sprayed, a compression groove 300 communicated with the outlet 207 is arranged on the extending portion, and the compression groove 300 can inwardly extrude two free ends of the elastic hook 10 when the elastic hook 10 is pressed in from top to bottom; two notches 301 are arranged on two outer side walls at the lower end of the compression groove 300, and the two notches 301 are respectively communicated with the compression groove 300 and can be respectively aligned with two hanging holes on a piece to be sprayed; in this embodiment, the number of the compression grooves 300 is two, and the two compression grooves 300 are respectively disposed corresponding to two free ends of the elastic hook 10; the two gaps 301 are respectively arranged on the outer side walls of the lower ends of the two compression grooves 300; the inner side walls of the two compression grooves 300 are both formed in a horn shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom. When the elastic hook 10 enters the compression groove 300 from top to bottom, the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 elastically contract inwards by the extrusion of the inner side wall of the compression groove 300, so as to provide power for automatically resetting and clamping.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7 and 10 again, the locking mechanism further includes a compression mechanism 4 having a pressing plate 402 capable of sliding up and down, the pressing plate 402 is used to press the elastic hook 10 at the outlet 207 into the compression slot 300 and to be locked into the two notches 301 when the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are aligned with the two notches 301 respectively, and when the pressing plate 402 slides up and is separated from the extruded elastic hook 10, the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are elastically restored to be locked into the two hanging holes on the member to be sprayed. When the automatic clamping device of the elastic hook 10 of the spraying assembly line is used, the pressing plate 402 on the compression mechanism 4 moves downwards to drive one elastic hook 10 at the outlet 207 to move downwards and slide into the compression groove 300 of the positioning piece 3, two free ends of the elastic hook 10 slide in the compression groove 300 and are compressed inwards at the same time, and when the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 slide to the two notches 301 at the lower end of the compression groove 300, the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are elastically clamped in the two notches 301; at the moment, the pressing plate 402 moves upwards to separate from the compression elastic hook 10 and reset, the pressing plate 402 removes the limitation on the two free ends of the elastic hook 10, and the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 continue to expand outwards to reset and are clamped into the two hanging holes on the piece to be sprayed, so that the clamping operation of the elastic hook 10 is completed; this spraying assembly line's elasticity couple 10 clamps the device automatically and is waiting the in-process on the spraying piece with elasticity couple 10 joint, need not manual operation, can be automatically with elasticity couple 10 joints on waiting to spray the piece to make the operation of clamping on of elasticity couple 10 save time, laborsaving and elasticity couple 10 joints efficient, satisfy the demand of spraying assembly line.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10 again, a receiving groove 403 for the elastic hook 10 at the outlet 207 to enter is formed on the surface of the pressing plate 402 near the outlet 207, two pressing blocks 404 matched with two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are disposed on two sides of the lower end of the receiving groove 403, and the lower ends of the two pressing blocks 404 can drive the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 to enter the compression groove 300 when the pressing plate 402 slides downward. The elastic hook 10 in the hook box 2 enters the accommodating groove 403 through the outlet 207, when the pressing plate 402 moves downwards, the accommodating groove 403 drives one elastic hook 10 to move downwards, and when the pressing plate 402 moves downwards, the pressing blocks 404 on two sides of the lower end of the accommodating groove 403 are pressed on two free ends of the elastic hook 10 to drive the elastic hook 10 to slide downwards into the compression groove 300, so that the elastic hook 10 is prevented from deviating when moving downwards, and compression can be smoothly completed in the compression groove 300.
Furthermore, a support plate 9 which is vertically arranged is connected to the outlet 207 of the hook box 2, a guide outlet 900 which is matched with the elastic hook 10 in shape and communicated with the outlet 207 is arranged on the support plate 9, two guide plates 901 which are vertically arranged are connected to the support plate 9 on the outer side of the guide outlet 900, a sliding block 401 is matched with the guide plates 901 in a sliding manner in the height direction of the guide plates 901, a pressing plate 402 is connected with the sliding block 401 and moves synchronously with the sliding block 401, and the pressing plate 402 is attached to the outer side wall of the support plate 9; the support plate 9 is connected with a compression cylinder 400, and the free end of a piston rod of the compression cylinder 400 is connected with a sliding block 401 and used for driving the sliding block 401 to move. The inner side walls of the two guide plates 901 below the outlet 900 are provided with compression slopes 902 which are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and the lower ends of the compression slopes 902 are in smooth transition with the upper ends of the compression grooves 300. The compression inclined plane 902 on the inner side wall of the guide plate 901 is smooth and excessive with the inclined planes of the two inner side walls of the compression groove 300, so that the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 can conveniently enter the compression groove 300.
The support frame 100 is connected with a driving cylinder 302 matched with the positioning part 3, the driving cylinder 302 is connected with the positioning part 3 and used for driving the positioning part 3 to move, and when the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are clamped in the two hanging holes on the part to be sprayed, the driving cylinder 302 drives the positioning part 3 to move, so that the compression groove 300 is separated from the elastic hook 10. When the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are clamped in the two hanging holes on the part to be sprayed, a part of the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 is still positioned in the notch 301 of the compression groove 300, the driving cylinder 302 drives the positioning part 3 to retract inwards, so that the notch 301 of the compression groove 300 is separated from the two free ends of the elastic hook 10, and the part to be sprayed, which is conveniently hooked with the elastic hook 10, moves downwards to separate from the clamping station.
Referring to fig. 3 again, the clamping mechanism further includes a clasping mechanism 5, the clasping mechanism 5 is disposed on the frame 1 below the positioning member 3, the clasping mechanism 5 includes a clasping cylinder 500 and two clasping claws 501, the clasping cylinder 500 is connected with the two clasping claws 501, and is used for driving the two clasping claws 501 to open or close, and the two clasping claws 501 can clamp the member to be sprayed in a closed state. The tails of the two holding claws 501 can be rotatably connected to a moving part of the holding cylinder 500, and the moving part can drive the two holding claws 501 to open or close; the inner side walls of the two embracing claws 501 are rotatably connected with friction rollers 502, and the friction rollers 502 can be attached to the outer side walls of the parts to be sprayed when the two embracing claws 501 are in a closed state. The clasping mechanism 5 is used for clasping the piece to be sprayed, and plays a role in ensuring that the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are smoothly clamped into the hanging hole of the piece to be sprayed. This friction roller 502's setting plays the effect of hugging closely the piece of waiting to spray on the one hand, and on the other hand can conveniently wait that the piece of spraying upwards moves the adjustment position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 again, as an embodiment of the present invention, the feeding mechanism further includes a conveying device 6 disposed on one side of the frame 1, and a plurality of positioning tools 8 for vertically connecting the to-be-sprayed parts are disposed on the conveying device 6, and the conveying device 6 can convey the to-be-sprayed parts to the feeding mechanism and convey the to-be-sprayed parts to the feeding mechanism, where the feeding mechanism is connected with an elastic hook. The conveying device 6 comprises a bracket 601 and a conveying belt 600 arranged on the support 601, and the positioning tool 8 is placed on the conveying belt 600. The clamping mechanism further comprises a lifting mechanism 7, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged below the conveying device 6 and used for applying acting force in the vertical direction to the positioning tool 8 on the conveying device 6 to enable the positioning tool 8 to ascend or descend.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism 7 includes a lifting cylinder 700 disposed below the conveying device 6, and when the sensor detects that the to-be-sprayed part is at the upper clamping station, the lifting cylinder 700 lifts the positioning tool 8 upward, so that the to-be-sprayed part on the positioning tool 8 is lifted to two hanging holes on the to-be-sprayed part and horizontally aligned with the two notches 301 at the lower end of the compression groove 300; after the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are clamped in the two hanging holes on the part to be sprayed, the lifting cylinder 700 moves downwards to enable the positioning tool 8 to be placed on the conveying belt 600 of the conveying device 6. The upper end of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 700 is connected with a top plate 701, the top plate 701 is arranged below the positioning tool 8, two protection plates 703 which extend upwards and are respectively located on the outer side of the conveying device 6 are connected to two side walls of the top plate 701, the upper ends of the two protection plates 703 are bent inwards to form two bending portions 704 located above the conveying device 6, and a space 602 for the positioning tool 8 to pass through is formed between the bending portions 704 and the upper surface of the conveying device 6. When the positioning tool 8 bearing the piece to be sprayed is conveyed to the upper clamping station through the conveying device 6, the lifting cylinder 700 drives the top plate 701 and the two guard plates 703 to ascend upwards simultaneously, so that the positioning tool 8 is separated from the conveying device 6, the bending part 704 is located above the positioning tool 8 in the process that the positioning tool 8 is separated from the conveying device 6, and the bending part 704 can prevent the positioning tool 8 from being toppled due to uneven stress in the ascending process.
As an embodiment of the present invention, at least one positioning column 702 protruding upwards is disposed at the top of the top plate 701, and a positioning hole 800 for inserting and positioning the positioning column 702 is disposed at the bottom of the positioning tool 8. In the process that the top plate 701 upwards drives the positioning tool 8 to rise, the positioning column 702 on the top plate 701 is inserted into the positioning hole 800 at the bottom of the positioning tool 8, so that the positioning tool 8 can be prevented from shifting in the rising process, the hanging hole in the upper end of the spraying part to be sprayed on the positioning tool 8 is accurately aligned with the two notches 301 at the lower end of the compression groove 300, and the two free ends of the elastic hook 10 are smoothly clamped.
Referring to fig. 11, as an embodiment of the present invention, the rack 1 on both sides of the positioning element 3 is respectively provided with a stop structure, the stop structure includes a fixed block 1100 connected to the rack 1, and the bottom of the fixed block 1100 near one side of the positioning element 3 is provided with a concave abutting portion 11 for abutting against the upper end of the to-be-sprayed member; the fixed block 1100 is provided with a sliding groove 1101 communicated with the abutting portion 11, a sliding block 1102 is in sliding fit in the sliding groove 1101, an elastic element 1104 is connected between the tail end of the sliding block 1102 and the fixed block 1100, the free end of the sliding block 1102 is located in the abutting portion 11 when the elastic element 1104 is in a free state, and the free end of the sliding block 401 is provided with a pushing inclined surface 1103 for abutting against the upper end of the spraying element. In this embodiment, the stop structure is connected to the support plate 9 on the frame 1, that is, the fixing block 1100 is connected to the support plate 9 through screws. When the upper end of the piece to be sprayed is upwards abutted against the pushing inclined surface 1103 of the free end of the sliding block 1102, the sliding block 1102 is driven to overcome the elastic force of the elastic piece 1104 to retreat, and when the upper end of the piece to be sprayed is completely abutted against the abutting part 11 of the fixed block 1100, the free end of the sliding block 1102 inwards extrudes the piece to be sprayed under the elastic force of the elastic piece 1104, so that the upper end of the piece to be sprayed is accurately positioned, and the hanging hole in the upper end of the piece to be sprayed is further ensured to be accurately aligned with the two notches 301 in the lower end of the compression groove 300.
In order to realize the automatic operation of clamping the piece to be sprayed, a control box and a plurality of sensors can be arranged on the support frame 100, the sensors are used for detecting whether the piece to be sprayed on the positioning tool 8 of the conveying device 6 is conveyed to a clamping mechanism, and the sensors are infrared sensors; and the control box is electrically connected with the conveying device 6, the lifting mechanism 7 and the sensor.
