The third rail 31 is perpendicular to the first rail 11 and the second rail 21. The moving module 39 is mounted on the third rail 31 and can slide along the third rail 31 between the upper side of the PCB feeding mechanism 2 and the upper side of the assembling mechanism 4 under the driving of the module motor 32. The sliding table cylinder 34 and the vacuum generating device 33 are mounted on the moving module 39 and can move along with the sliding of the moving module 39. The vacuum chuck 36 is installed on the slide cylinder 34, and the vacuum chuck 36 can move up and down in the vertical direction along with the extension and retraction of the slide cylinder 34, so that when the moving module 39 moves above the PCB feeding mechanism 2, the top one of the PCBs 200 is sucked from the entire stack of PCBs 200 by descending and ascends after sucking the PCB 200.
And a laser displacement sensor 35 is fixed on the sliding table cylinder 34 and used for helping to detect the distance between the vacuum chuck 36 and the PCB 200, so that the ascending and descending of the vacuum chuck 36 can be accurately controlled.
Wherein, the air pipe and the control wire of the vacuum generating device 33, the air pipe of the sliding table air cylinder 34, the wire of the sensor 35 and the like are protected by a drag chain 38.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows:
1) loading in a tool: the tool feeding mechanism 1 realizes the one-by-one feeding of the whole stack of tools, referring to fig. 4-5, the tool 100 is fixedly guided for stacking through a tool guide limiting plate 12, the tool 100 is supported by a material blocking cylinder 14 to prevent falling, a material supporting cylinder 16 extends out to jack the whole stack of tools 100 and is separated from the material blocking cylinder 14, a certain gap is formed between the penultimate tool 100 and the material supporting cylinder 16, the material blocking cylinder 14 retracts, and at the moment, the material blocking cylinder 14 has no friction with the tool 100, so that the tool 100 is not abraded; the material receiving cylinder 15 extends out, then the material supporting cylinder 16 retracts, and the material receiving cylinder 15 receives the whole stack of the tool 100 to realize the downward placement of the whole stack of the tool 100; the material blocking cylinder 14 extends to a position between flanges 101 of a tool 100 which is the first to last and a second to last, and the material blocking cylinder 14 and the tool 100 have no friction at the moment; the material receiving cylinder 15 retracts, the material blocking cylinder 14 supports the penultimate tooling 100, the penultimate tooling 100 is brought into the conveying belt 13 along with the retraction of the material receiving cylinder 15, the belt 13 drives the tooling 100 to move to be close to the assembling mechanism 4, the blocking positioning cylinder 112 extends out to block the tooling 100 to continue to move along with the belt 13, and therefore the tooling 100 is preliminarily positioned, and the tooling 100 on the belt 13 is positioned above the whole assembling mechanism 4.
2) PCB board material loading: PCB feed mechanism 2 realizes transporting the whole PCB board of folding to the assigned position, refer to FIG. 6, lead limiting plate 22 with PCB board 200 for folding the fixed direction of material through PCB, will fold the PCB board 200 by feeding cylinder 23 and transport to jacking board 25 top, jacking motor 24 drive jacking board 25 promotes whole PCB board 200 of folding to needs the height, lateral positioning cylinder 29, horizontal positioning cylinder 27 stretch out simultaneously and fix a position PCB board 200, wait for PCB to transport mechanism 3 and come the board.
3) And (3) transporting the PCB: the PCB conveying mechanism 3 conveys the PCB plates in the PCB feeding mechanism 2 to the assembling mechanism 4 one by one so as to form a whole with the tool. 4) Assembling a pre-PCB of the tool: the assembly mechanism 4 is used for assembling a tool and a PCB, referring to FIGS. 2-3, the opening and closing cylinder is in a retraction state, the limiting part of the clamping arm is abutted against the side part of the bearing table 41, the upper and lower cylinders 145 extend out to jack the bearing table 41 so that the tool 100 above the whole assembly mechanism 4 falls onto the bearing table 41, after the tool 100 is placed on the bearing table 41, the tool positioning pin 411 of the bearing table 41 is matched with the positioning hole corresponding to the stress clamping tool 100 so as to position the tool, the PCB positioning pin 412 of the bearing table 41 passes through the positioning hole corresponding to the tool 100, and meanwhile, the elastic clamping positioning pin 431 on the limiting part of the clamping arm passes through the sliding groove on the tool and then is matched with the corresponding elastic clamping structure on the tool; the opening and closing cylinder extends out to push the clamping arms to slide and open, namely the elastic clamping positioning pins 431 on the two clamping arms are relatively opened, so that the group of elastic clamping structures are driven to open, the sliding table cylinder 34 descends after the opening and closing cylinder is opened to place the PCB above the tool, the vacuum generating device 33 stops working, the PCB is peeled off from the vacuum chuck 36, so that the PCB is placed on the tool, the PCB positioning pin 412 of the bearing table 41 sequentially penetrates through the positioning hole corresponding to the stress clamping tool 100 and the positioning hole corresponding to the PCB, so that the PCB is positioned, and in addition, the tool positioning pin 411 sequentially penetrates through the positioning hole corresponding to the stress clamping tool 100 and the positioning hole corresponding to the PCB; the opening and closing cylinder retracts to pull the group of clamping arms to reset to the position where the limiting part abuts against the side part of the bearing table 41, and meanwhile, the elastic clamping structure is driven to reset to the close state to clamp the PCB; the blocking positioning cylinder 112 retracts, the upper and lower cylinders 145 retracts, the tool 100 together with the PCB flows into an SMT section production line, automatic positioning, opening and closing of the stress clamping tool 100 are achieved, and the mechanism can be well in automatic butt joint with an automatic production line to achieve automatic production.
In summary, the present embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
1) the automatic assembly of the tool pre-PCB can be realized, and the problems that the stress clamping tool is difficult to operate manually and the PCB is difficult to place manually due to the existence of spring stress in the manual operation process of manually placing the spring clamping positioning pin into the PCB in the stress clamping tool can be solved.
