Description

Household food storage processor
The application is a divisional application, the original application date is 2017, 10 and 21, the application number is 201711067154.2, and the invention name is as follows: an antioxidant method for food. A copy of the original application file is attached.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a household appliance.
Background
The existing families are generally refrigerators, the space is small, most of the existing families cannot store a lot of grains after vegetables, meat, fish and the like are placed in the refrigerators, and the existing families use low temperature to resist bacteria and insects and reduce the deterioration speed of the grains; because the refrigerator is opened at any time, the articles in the refrigerator are exposed to the air, and the prevention of oxidation of grain and oil cannot be considered. In fact, wheat has a skin, rice has a rice hull, the wheat has a protective shell before being milled and before being threshed, and after the protection of the skin and the rice hull is removed, rice and flour exposed in the air are oxidized, so that the quality guarantee period of the rice white noodles sold in the market is required. People in cities can hardly eat the freshly threshed sweet rice. In addition, most of the ordinary families eat the rice for many days once, the rice can be washed to remove the oxidized and deteriorated part, the flour cannot be used, and even insects in the flour and deteriorated taste are seen, which are common things. The problem is how to change the deterioration of food raw materials such as grains and oil at home.
The existing household food processing appliances all comprise a food containing device, which is also called a container and has a common point: must be opened to allow removal of the food product. If the food that can be oxidized is placed in the container, open and get the thing and make the outer oxygen of container get into, open once and again, advance oxygen once and again, food is constantly oxidized, and the quality is more and more poor.
The quality of food in the container after the container is opened cannot be guaranteed by filling nitrogen gas into the container once or placing an antioxidant small bag in the container, and because the oxygen outside the container after the container is opened has a large entering amount, the nitrogen gas filled in advance or the antioxidant small bag placed in the container cannot resist the large oxygen entering after the container is opened any more, and the device or the method for preventing the oxygen entering after the container is opened is not. For a milk powder bag filled into a big bag by a convenient small bag, emphatics are printed on the milk powder bag: the food can be eaten as soon as possible after the bag is opened because the big bag is only filled with nitrogen.
The addition of antioxidants to the food product does not prevent the increase of oxygen in the container. Furthermore, the non-natural additives may still cause problems in food products, and the antioxidant content of food oils in various countries is limited to a certain amount or less, which is not allowed to exceed.
The air pump can pump out the oxygen entering from the outside of the container, but the cost is high. The volume of the daily small tea bucket with the small oil bottle is also considerable and can be accepted by no one. Moreover, it is a post-treatment and is impossible to prevent. Oxygen is added to the container and is partially absorbed by the food when the container is subjected to the pumping treatment. The container after air exhaust also enters oxygen rapidly after being unsealed, so that the food in the container is required to be eaten rapidly.
Professors teach in the book that one should deal with the oxidation of food oils: the oil in the large bottle is poured into the small bottle for several times, the small bottle is thrown away after the oil in the small bottle is eaten, and the cover is screwed to prevent air from entering after the oil is taken from the large bottle every time, so that the number of unsealing of the large bottle can be reduced, oxygen is reduced, the oil in the small bottle is less, and the amount of oxidation is less.
Toshiba, Japan, in a cooking machine patent application having nearly 50 claims, discloses a method of air extraction to reduce oxidation of food products.
Etc., … …, etc.
The method is characterized in that the method is used for fighting with food oxidation for a long time, people expect to eat fresh food which is not oxidized, but the method is difficult to achieve, the rice washing water is still thick and muddy till now, additives are tasted without rancid oil, a small tea barrel has no way, and the method cannot be used for eating the fresh food quickly by using a little small tea at each time. A large milk powder can eat a few small spoons of milk powder every time, and the quick eating can not be completed at all. An example of oxygen being taken in with the lid open is seen everywhere.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the food storage and processing machine for the food such as the grain and the oil, which can ensure that the food such as the daily grain and oil is not oxidized and damaged by worms for household use, so as to meet the requirement of food on oxidation resistance.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: the food storage and processing machine is composed of a food storage part, a food processing part and a device capable of resisting food oxidation.

The internal structure of the spout 3 in fig. 1 is the same as that of the spout 7 in fig. 2, and the structure can be as shown in fig. 3, the screw thread in fig. 3 is screwed, so that the elastic cushion 9 can be compressed, and the spout can be sealed; the structure of fig. 4 is also adopted, the discharge hole in fig. 4 is the discharge hole on the left side of fig. 3 is provided with a fine pipeline, and the wiper 11 with the overlapped film can wipe the pipeline port with the fine discharge hole from the side surface; FIG. 5 is also the structure of the discharge hole, the cover of the elastic cushion drawn by the spring automatically resets and blocks the discharge hole, and the structure is an enlarged view; FIG. 6 is a structural view of the discharge port, which is the fine pipeline of FIG. 4 with the addition of a loop 13, the movement of the loop 13 and the wiping of the pipe orifice; fig. 7 is another block diagram of the spout, showing an oscillating wiper, pushing the wipe on the capillary nozzle 14 along the suction groove 17 into the suction 18, both the groove 17 and the suction 18 being replaceable.
The container in figure 1 can be a container only provided with a material inlet and a material outlet, liquid food oil is injected from the material outlet, the container is inclined, the air is exhausted while the liquid food oil is injected, and the folded part is jacked up by the liquid food oil to ensure the air to be exhausted. The closure at the oil outlet is capped into place after filling.
The top of the container can be filled with liquid food, the container is lifted to remove air, and the oil inlet of the container is sealed by screwing the top injection part or bonding the cover.
When the liquid injection device is used, the cover is opened firstly, then the spiral 0 is rotated to press the top of the container body, and after the liquid is injected to a required amount, the spiral 0 is self-locked to keep pressing the top of the container body; and because the cover does not reset, namely liquid does not continuously flow out of the container under the action of atmospheric pressure, the cover can be reset unpreferably. No air can enter the whole material taking process. After the cover is reset, the air inlet problem of the container does not occur.
The food containing device is a foldable oil drum, one end of the oil drum is fixed around the folding position of the oil drum of the food containing device, the upper part of the oil drum which can be folded, extended and shortened to move can be used as the other end, and a sealed device is formed, so that gas cannot enter after oil is discharged. The device for preventing the oxygen from being continuously increased in the food containing device consists of a deformable containing device main body and a sealing piece at an oil outlet.
The cover can be opened in a linkage manner by grasping by hand or pressing upwards. Or the cover can be an elastic shrinkage head, and after materials are discharged, the wiper wipes the residues outside the opening.

Example 2: a food containment device container having a collapsible sealed package.
Fig. 8 shows an oilcan. The soft sealing package 5 shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 8 is pulled up. The elastic ring 12 tightens up the fixed and sealed soft package 5, so that the package 5 tightly wraps the oil pot body 11, the oil pot body 11 is ensured not to enter air, and oil is not leaked from the soft package 5. When no material is in the oil pot body 11, the soft package 5 can also fall into the pot body 11, and the soft package 5 and the pot body 11 form a deformable container body. The elastomeric ring 12 may be manufactured in a variety of ways and from a variety of materials.
For clarity, the soft pack 5 is drawn up in the figure. However, if the oil can body 11 is pre-filled with oil, the bag 5 is closely attached to the surface of the oil without any gap for air to remain. The implementation method comprises the following steps: the spout 14 and the funnel are connected through a hose, and after the funnel is used for filling oil into the oil pot body 11 from the spout in batches, the oil pot in the drawing is inclined rightwards, the spout is upward, the soft bag 5 is pressed by hand, and air is exhausted. Because of the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil at the spout can not press the soft bag 5 after the hand is released.
When the oil pot is used, an operator holds the oil pot handle 9, pulls the rod 10 to rotate for an angle around a fulcrum on the plate 7 fixed on the pot body 11 by the same index finger, drives the thin rod 3, makes the thin rod 3 pull the bent rod 2 to swing around the fulcrum on the plate fixed on the thick section 13 of the pot nozzle, swings the soft package 1 fixed on the bent rod 2, and does not cover the pot nozzle 14 any more, so that the oil pot nozzle 14 can discharge oil.
The thumb of the same hand or the other hand pushes the rod 8 to make the rod 8 swing around the pivot on the plate 7 fixed on the pot body 11, so that the wheel 6 at the end part of the rod 8 presses the plate fixedly connected with the top of the soft package 5, the package 5 is pushed to move downwards, and oil is pushed out of the oil pot. The rod 8 is provided with a long groove which can guide the end part of the rod 8 to push the bag 5 to the bottom of the kettle. The downward soft sealing bag 5 descends along the inner surface of the kettle body.
After the oil reaches the required amount, the forefinger of the hand holding the oil can handle 9 stops the pull rod 10, the elastic plate 4 fixed on the thick section 13 of the spout pushes the bent rod 2 to swing, the soft package 1 fixed on the bent rod 2 swings back to the position covering the spout 14, the soft package 1 is elastically pressed down to cover the spout 14, and the air is not contacted with the oil at the spout.
The food containing device is an oil pot, one end of the oil pot is fixed on the food containing device, and the other end of the oil pot can be extended and shortened by the movable soft bag 5 to form a sealed device, so that no air enters after oil is discharged. The device for preventing the food containing device from continuously increasing oxygen comprises a deformable containing device body and a sealing piece at the oil outlet.
The rod 10 may also be pushed or locked so that the hand holding the handle 9 of the oilcan is released.
Example 2, sub-example 2:
in fig. 9, the dispenser 1 is adhesively sealed with the soft pack 7 above the container body 6 through which it passes. The double-dashed line indicates that the soft packet 7 is lifted by the filled food. After holding the handle 8 in fig. 9 by hand and pulling open the inner door h of the transition chamber, the feeder 1 in fig. 9 is pressed down to push the material out of the container body 6. Two small claws with different heights are arranged below the feeder 1, wherein the short claws 2 are used for removing arches. The handle is released from the handle 8 and the return spring on the drawbar of the handle 8 in fig. 9 returns the door h to the position shown. The door h is arranged below the side of the hose 5, and sealing is realized by the yielding of the hose. The outer door 4 of the transition chamber 3 is also used as a blanking part of the transition chamber 3, the outer door 4 is also sealed by matching with a hose, and the material in the transition chamber 3 can fall down by gravity when the outer door 4 is moved; the draw bar of the door 4 is also matched with a compression spring to realize the closing of the door.
Fig. 9 shows a device which can store massive or granular solid grease and can also be a container such as a common household milk powder tin or a sugar tank. If the container body 6 is in a flat and low shape, the feeder 1 can be omitted, and the soft bag 7 can be directly pushed by hand outside to lead the materials to be discharged out of the container body 6. The container body 6 can also use the folding barrel container in fig. 1, and the folding barrel body is pressed by hand to realize the pushing of the material discharging chamber and the entering of the transition chamber; and the transition chamber is a soft bag and extends out of the side surface, and the food can be taken out of the transition chamber.
The container can be filled with nitrogen gas when storing food, and the device is not inclined or inverted when taking food, so that nitrogen gas lighter than oxygen gas does not leak, and the food is below the nitrogen gas when taking out. The above provides a new milk powder container.
The food container is a container body 6, one end of the food container is fixed on the container body 6 of the food container, and the other end of the soft bag 7 which can be extended and shortened is movable forms a sealed device, so that no air is introduced after the food is discharged. The device for preventing the oxygen in the food containing device from being continuously increased consists of a deformable food containing device main body and a transition chamber capable of taking food.
Example 2, sub-example 3:
the sealed bundle represented by the two-dot chain line in fig. 10 is pulled up. The sealed bag is tightly attached to the container body 20, and the elastic ring 21 tightens the sealed bag outside so as not to allow air to enter. The elastomeric ring 21 may be made from a variety of materials and by a variety of methods.
The dotted line in the figure indicates the pushing ring inside the sealed bag. When the sealing bag is used, an operator presses the pushing ring by hand through the outer sealing bag to move downwards, and the sealable bag also moves downwards along the inner surface of the container body 20, so that air is prevented from entering.
The double-dot chain line in the figure indicates that the sealing bag can be pressed down by using a barrel-shaped object with the same contact area.
The structure of the discharge port 22 having the sealed container barrel may be the same as that of example 1.
In the container in fig. 10, only one material inlet and outlet is reserved in the container, the liquid food material is injected from the material outlet, the sealing bag is downward attached to the inner surface of the container body before injection, and falls to the bottom together with the inner pushing ring in advance, so that the sealing bag can be inverted and shaken to ensure exhaust and full injection.
When the cap is used, the cap at the discharge port 22 is opened first, the sealing ring of the container is pressed, and the cap is reset after the liquid is ejected to the required amount.
The food containing device is a barrel, one end of the barrel is fixed on the food containing device barrel, and the other end of the sealing bag which can extend and shorten and move is arranged on the barrel to form a sealing device, so that no air is introduced after the food is discharged. The device for preventing the oxygen in the food containing device from being continuously increased consists of a deformable food containing device main body and a sealing piece at the food outlet. (operation of the inner pushing ring to make the vessel barrel larger or smaller.)

The size of the wheels 35 can be large or small, as desired. Can be made of textile coating or plastic or metal and other materials.
Example 5: a vending machine for liquid food containers.
Sub-example 1: a manual machine: the user rotates the crank 45 in fig. 15 by hand to drive the friction umbrella wheels 44 at both sides, so that the screws 37 at both sides rotate. Shown in phantom in fig. 15 is a threaded nut pallet pushed by the screw 37 and travels upward, i.e., lifts the flexible bag container 43 and vents the air from the flexible bag. The flexible bag container 43 may be made of non-toxic textile plastic or non-toxic plastic.
The handle door 39 is covered and sealed by an outer film 40, which is made to be flexible, like the handle door 41. The door is tapered upward or downward and is tensioned by a spring to move horizontally along the slot. The user can manipulate the door movement through the anti-air-intake relief bag 40.
The door 39 is pulled to feed the soft bag container 43 which is stuck and sealed on the shelf 36 and only remains the inlet and outlet door. At this point, the screw 37 rotates to guide the soft bag container 43 downward, deforming the soft bag, and allowing the liquid food to enter the soft bag. After the soft bag container 43 is filled with the food, the push door 39 is reset. An air extraction device may be provided to remove any air remaining at the top of the flexible bag container 43.
The door 41 is pulled to open the fine discharge port of the soft bag container 43 blocked by the door, and the oil weighing plate on the electronic scale 42 is loaded. At the moment, the screw 37 is not moved, the handle door 39 is pressed on the hand touch shelf 36 to move downwards with the soft bag, so that the soft bag is deformed, and the liquid food is discharged from the soft bag. When the required quantity is reached, the hand is stopped touching the goods shelf 36, the push door 41 blocks the thin discharge hole of the soft bag container 43,
the food container is a soft bag container 43, and as in example 1, a sealed device is formed by fixing one end of the soft bag container 43 around the food container and using the upper part of the soft bag container 43 capable of extending and shortening to move as the other end, so that no gas is introduced after oil is discharged. The device for preventing oxygen from being continuously added in the food containing device consists of a deformable food containing device main body and a sealing piece at the oil outlet.
The electronic scale 42 is commercially available. The payment device 38 and the cooling device 46 are also conventional devices. And a driving device such as a screw 37 is added and is arranged beside the liquid food container together to form the vending machine.
Sub-example 2: an automatic machine: the discharge of the device can also be automatically controlled by the control device 47 in fig. 15. Such a machine shelf 36 is a thickened soft bag, communicating with the soft bag 43, and the screw 37 is lengthened, and a nut-carrying pallet, indicated by a two-dot chain line in fig. 15, pushed by the screw 37 is moved over the thickened soft bag shelf 36. When the supporting plate is driven by the screw 37, the soft bag 36 can be pressed to descend, and if the door 41 is opened, oil in the soft bag 36 can be pressed out to feed oil weighing plates on the electronic scale. The control device 47 in fig. 15 may be the control device shown in fig. 24, or may be another one-chip microcomputer control system. The "motor" in fig. 24 refers to a motor for driving the shaft of the crank 45 to drive the screw 37, and may be provided at the bottom of the frame. The switching element is an electromagnetic element for switching on and off the charging door and the motor; the "detecting device" may be a sensor for detecting the presence or absence of a material or a signal. A simple tapping sequence is given in fig. 25. "there is a material pickup signal? "is a shopping signal asking the customer. "is the charge full? "is a signal for inquiring whether the material loading amount of the oil weighing plate on the electronic scale reaches the required amount. The interrupt routine is a routine for processing a transaction such as detection, and the interrupt routine is omitted. And after the processing is interrupted for other affairs, returning to the main program and inquiring the shopping signal of the customer.
The control device shown in fig. 24 has been used for a long time, and is commonly found in books and magazines, and will not be described herein. The connection board and the regulated power supply are fixed in the control device 47 of fig. 15. The keyboard and the display can be arranged at the side or the rear side of the frame. The prior art is used for wire assembly, welding and the like. Other types of CPU circuits can be used instead, such as an 89C2051 singlechip minimum system or a PIC singlechip minimum system. In fig. 25, there may be a statement to detect the presence or absence of a material. Of course, if a group of similar vending machines is used, the host computer coordination should be set up as necessary. And an olfactory sensor can be additionally arranged to sense whether air is leaked or not and a buzzer informs.
The device can also sell bulk flour or mung beans, and the soft bag 43 can also be a transition chamber.
Example 6: a food bag with a transition chamber.
In fig. 17, the food bag 48 is composed of an upper large bag and a lower small bag. The upper two dotted lines in the figure indicate that a sealing section is arranged between the upper big bag and the lower small bag and can be clamped by an openable clamp. The lower two dotted lines indicate that there is an openable adhesive seal below the pouch.
Putting materials: opening 2 sealing sections, putting food materials into a big bag after passing through a small bag, sucking gas out of the big bag or filling nitrogen, and tightly closing two sealing sections.
Taking out materials: for the situation that the upper big bag is subjected to air exhaust or nitrogen filling treatment after being filled with articles, when the articles in the bag are not taken out for one time, the articles can be taken out for multiple times, the sealing section clamped by the clamp expressed by the upper two dotted lines is opened outside the bag, a small amount of food is pushed into the lower small bag serving as the transition chamber, the clamp clamps the sealing section expressed by the upper two dotted lines, the adhesive sealing section below the small bag is opened from the lower part of the small bag, the articles in the small bag of the transition chamber are taken out, then the small bag is folded, the gas in the small bag is discharged, and the adhesive sealing section below the small bag is adhered by hand pressure, so that the small bag in the transition chamber is not subjected to air inlet.
Additional folds, shown at 49, may be added to enhance the seal. A transition chamber between the big bag and the small bag can be additionally provided with a clamp to remove gas; the gas can also be removed by other objects such as two magnet plates or clamping plates.
The food containing device is a food bag, one end of the food bag is fixed on the food containing device, and the movable soft bag transition chamber small bag can be extended and shortened to serve as the other end, so that a sealed device is formed, and no air is introduced after the food is taken out. The device for preventing oxygen from being continuously added in the food containing device consists of a food containing device main body and a transition chamber capable of taking food.
The top double-dashed line in the figure indicates that the bag may also be made of elastic material, and the bag may be elongated.
Example 7: a food storage device having a refrigeration component.
Sub-example 1: a double-resistance refrigerator for guaranteeing the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of food.
In FIG. 18, the right door of the refrigerator 55 is removed, and the top is the container shown in FIG. 9, which has been shortened and widened and the inner and outer doors of the transition chamber are enlarged, omitting the feeder of FIG. 9. The container is placed on a refrigerator material shelf by rotating 90 degrees anticlockwise, and a transition chamber of the container extends out of the refrigerator. The transition chamber door is made of heat insulation pieces, can be used as a side small door at the top of the refrigerator and can also be made of transparent materials. The contact part of the container and the inner wall of the refrigerator is sealed, the realization method is that the inner wall of the refrigerator is preset with a yielding piece rubber plate and an inserting guide groove, and the container is provided with a convex part on the edge of the container main body in the refrigerator, so that the container can be inserted in place along the guide groove; or a bolt and a soft rubber plate are arranged for locking. The container body of the container in the refrigerator can also be manufactured integrally with a refrigerator material shelf. Generally, the container main body in the refrigerator and the container transition chamber outside the refrigerator are made of transparent soft materials, so that a user can grab the soft transition chamber on the side surface of the refrigerator to pull open the door h in the transition chamber, and the other hand can grab the soft transition chamber to take the materials in the container main body and place the materials in the transition chamber. (referring to fig. 9, the soft transition chamber 3 is taken, the inner door h can be adapted to move in the inner part of the refrigerator without opening the soft outer door 4, and the operation of hands on the outer part of the refrigerator is adapted), and then the sealed inner door h is closed, the transition chamber outer door 4 is opened to take the refrigerator, and no oxygen enters the container main chamber in the refrigerator in the whole process. The soft transition chamber after fetching the object is naturally drooped under the action of gravity, so that the inner walls are mutually attached to exhaust the air. (after the outer door can also be closed, the air pump pumps out the residual air in the soft transition chamber through the pipeline.) if the transition chamber 3 is made of rigid and transparent materials, the outer door of the transition chamber can be arranged below or partially below the transition chamber, the door is lifted to take the object, the oxygen does not enter much, after the object is taken, a sealed pipeline arranged above the transition chamber is filled with nitrogen, the nitrogen floats above the transition chamber by utilizing the fact that the oxygen is heavier than the nitrogen, the oxygen is pressed out of the transition chamber, and the nitrogen can also enter a material chamber of a container main body without oxygen when the object is taken from the main body of the container in the refrigerator. The door can also be closed here with a magnetic plate. The container body can be filled with nitrogen, and can also be pumped from the lower part frequently to prevent oxygen from entering.
The middle rack on the right is provided with an oxygen-intake-preventing folding container shown in figure 1, and oil or liquid food is filled in the container. The folding container is manufactured integrally with the refrigerator material shelf. A removable pipe 52 leading out of the refrigerator and a liquid valve (which may also be a simple water plug) similar to a tap water nozzle are connected to the container outlet. The liquid valve of the folding container is opened by hand operation, and the container body of the folding container is pressed downwards, so that liquid materials can be discharged, and oil, sauce, vinegar or cold drink and the like can be taken from the outside of the refrigerator. The folding container and refrigerator material rack can also be a closed small box with a closed door, which replaces the folding container to store oil or other food, the box can be filled with nitrogen, and the control device can control the nitrogen adding and the material taking out. Several such bucket and push-pull rod blanking assemblies can be provided.
The right middle part is also provided with a container similar to that shown in fig. 12, wherein the soft bag transition chamber is lengthened and can extend out of the refrigerator. The user can lift the inner door 32 similar to that in fig. 12 outside the refrigerator, open the inner door 32, drive the material in the soft bag similar to that in fig. 12 into the transition chamber along the bottom sealing groove by using the push rod 53 with a seal with the soft bag transition chamber in fig. 18, press the inner door 32 again, and close the transition chamber and the main material chamber, and then take out the material at the transition chamber outside the refrigerator. The transition chamber door can be made of heat insulation materials or transparent materials, and is also used as a small door of the refrigerator. The control portion may also control the solenoid lift gate 32 and the push-pull rod 53. If the small transition chamber is arranged in the refrigerator, people can open the right door of the refrigerator to take objects.
The right container is also provided in each chamber on the left side of the refrigerator, and can extend out of the refrigerator, or can replace the box in the existing freezing chamber, and the representation is omitted in the drawing. The soft bag can be sealed and made of soft material, and can be used for holding food such as cheese, meat, and fish, or taking cheese or meat and fish from the transition chamber. The nitrogen can be filled in the upper part and the oxygen can be pumped out from the lower part. .
The lower vending machine 54 in FIG. 18 is a smaller version of the vending machine of FIG. 15. The control part is added, the goods outlet channel is added, the method can be the same as the beverage outlet method, and the goods such as oil or beverage in the vending machine can be sold without opening the refrigerator door.
The goods chamber and the driving parts of the prior boxed commodity vending machine can be arranged in the middle part of the refrigerator similar to the container of figure 12, the volume is reduced, the refrigerator can be placed, and various foods can be placed in the refrigerator without disorder. The cash register of the box-added commodity vending machine can sell the needed food through the transition chamber which is additionally arranged outside the refrigerator and is communicated with the inside by clicking the keyboard. Of course, the anti-oxidation vending machine can be used as an independent anti-oxidation vending machine without being placed in a refrigerator.
The right side of the refrigerator 55 may be a shelf, for example, for selling oil or beverage from the pipe 52 and a liquid valve like a tap; selling snack biscuits from a container having a transition chamber in the upper or middle portion thereof; bulk materials such as rice, flour and grain are sold from a vending machine below.
The representation of a simple circuit with which the cooling portion is associated is omitted from the figure.
This sub-example can also be controlled automatically: for temperature control, the existing refrigerator computer control can be adopted, and the hardware and the matched software are various and are not described again.
A compressed nitrogen gas cylinder 51 is provided at the bottom on the left in FIG. 18. Similar to a domestic liquefied gas cylinder, a matching valve and a connecting pipeline are arranged on the domestic liquefied gas cylinder and are communicated with each chamber of the refrigerator. The user rotates the small screws matched with the valves to realize micro air outlet and fill nitrogen into the small chamber needing air filling. Each chamber to be inflated can be equipped with a detection device, and a buzzer is powered on when the nitrogen is absent to inform the nitrogen adding.
The air extractor of this example is located at the rear of the refrigerator and has connecting pipes leading to the soft material chambers and soft transition chambers of the refrigerator, and can also be used to extract air from the rigid chamber, for example, to extract oxygen below the rigid chamber and to fill nitrogen above the rigid chamber.
The food containing device is an independent food containing device in each chamber of the refrigerator, one end of each independent food containing device in each chamber is fixed on the food containing device, and the other end of each independent food containing device can be extended, shortened and moved to form a sealed device, so that air is not introduced after food is discharged. The device for preventing oxygen from being continuously added in the food containing device consists of a deformable food containing device main body and a closing piece at a food outlet, or consists of the food containing device main body and a transition chamber.
The anti-food oxidation device arranged in the refrigerator changes a single low-temperature antibacterial refrigerator into a double-antibacterial refrigerator with low-temperature antibacterial and anti-food oxidation.
Sub-example 2: a double resistant refrigerator for automatically transporting food.
FIG. 19 shows the automatic food delivery in the refrigerator, and the automatic food delivery in the vending machine is the same spiral pushing or conveying method as the automatic vending machine with multiple doors.
In the figure, the transmission belt 60 is dragged by the dragging device, so that materials on the transmission belt can be transported to the door of the refrigerator, the materials can walk onto small plates of the waterwheel type material conveyor 58 outside the refrigerator, the central shaft of the upper and lower rotating rollers of the waterwheel is dragged by the dragging device, the transmission belt for transporting the waterwheel and the small plates on the transmission belt are driven to reach the top by friction force, (or the materials which reach the top by manually rotating the outer part of a roller shaft box of the driving roller 58 above the waterwheel outside the refrigerator can be driven by friction to drive a waterwheel plate (or a short rod for driving printing paper on a printing paper driving roller of an old printer) to overturn, pass through the magnet plate door 57 and slide into the transition chamber bag 56 which is tightly attached to exhaust by gravity or magnetic force, and then the door 57 is closed by gravity and magnetic force. The bag 56 may also be provided with a hold down feature to facilitate venting. This venting is provided by a small wheel on the top of the bag 56 in the figure. The pockets 56 are drawn in an open fashion. (i.e., a device which has one end fixed on the refrigerator of the food holding device and the other end capable of extending and shortening to form a sealed device, thereby realizing no air intake after food enters and exits, and preventing the oxygen in the refrigerator of the food holding device from being continuously increased.)
Fig. 20 is an enlarged view of a portion of the door of the refrigerator opened, and the sensor informs (the expression of the sensor is omitted), the small water transport plate can push the door 63 to swing upward a little and stop. The small door 63 shown in fig. 19 may be provided on the right side.
Only a few discharge guides and a discharge door 63 are shown, the remainder being omitted.
In the figure, the material in the soft container 59 can be packed butter or cigarettes or biscuits and the like, a push plate welded on a nut which can be driven by a screw in the existing vending machine and is arranged at the left end of the soft container 59 is pushed, the screw rotates above the container 59 to drive the push plate, and the packed goods in the container is pushed below the screw to move towards the right in the figure. The boxed goods pass through the same small door as the left small door 57, slide into the same right transition bag as the left transition bag 56, and then gravity and magnetic force are applied to close the small door (or the electromagnetic element can control the lifting and pressing of the lower door 61), and the small door is attracted by magnetism to close the transition chamber. The outside of the bag can also be provided with a compacting plate. The right bag is the same as the left bag, and a person opens the sealing section of the bag and takes out goods, and then the sealing section is attached by himself. A money receiving device may be added. The conveyor 60 may also be a vending machine discharge. The camera at the top of the whole machine and the nitrogen gas bottle 62 below can be the devices equipped for the vending machine. The control device of the vending machine can also take the circuit block diagram of fig. 27. The right bag is also drawn in an open manner.
The cups 64 on the conveyer belt below the container 59 can be connected with the beverage in each small liquid container in the chamber 65 filled with nitrogen gas, the type, the quantity and the sequence of the beverage entering the cups are controlled, the beverage suitable for various tastes can be adjusted, and the beverage is conveyed to the right by the conveyer belt. The customer can open the small insulated door of the refrigerator and take out the prepared beverage. A heat sink may be added that must be heated. The brew mechanism may also be located outside the refrigerator, such as a small beverage cluster refrigeration shelf under which beverage cups are moved. This part may also be provided separately from the refrigerator. The small liquid containers in chamber 65 may also be collapsible or deformable containers.
The compressed nitrogen gas cylinder 62 is a device for charging the refrigerator with nitrogen gas. The nitrogen can be released slowly and controllably. The plurality of pipes are led out, and are added to a required sealed bag, box or the like at fixed time or controlled by sensor detection. The nitrogen cylinder is extended outside to add nitrogen or arranged in a chamber isolated from the inside, and a detachable and butted pipeline is arranged to replace the filled cylinder by the same method as the household liquefied gas cylinder. Compressed nitrogen boxes or bags may also be used.
The existing cordless power supply device is additionally arranged, so that the application range of the refrigerator can be widened, and the refrigerator is convenient to use when going out of a room door. A camera can also be arranged in the refrigerator.
The big watermelon of the refrigerator is taken and put by oneself. The bottom chamber is arranged separately.
Fig. 27 is a control circuit block diagram of the present refrigerator. The sensor connected with the 8155 chip comprises a sensor for detecting indoor temperature, humidity, partial indoor air pressure, the quantity and the quantity of materials in the material chamber, the running state of a running part, the condition of a sealing part and the like. The compressor shown in the drawings is a compressor of a refrigerator; the motor means a motor for driving the conveyor belt 60 and a motor for driving a screw like in a vending machine and a roller shaft for driving the roller 58 above the waterwheel; the valves are nitrogen charging valves; the switch element is an element for switching on and off the motor, opening and closing each nitrogen charging valve, opening and closing each material chamber door inside and the like. Fig. 27 shows that two or three sets of devices can be arranged, an upper computer can be added, and the control device of the double-resistance vending machine can be similar to the control device of the refrigerator.
Fig. 28 is a block diagram showing a control flow of the refrigerator, and stored foods are classified into three categories: powder, powder and lump material. Cooked food storehouse, liquid material chamber for oil or beverage, etc. can also be arranged, and refrigeration and freezing are separated. The quantitative detection of the materials discharged from the refrigerator can discharge the materials at regular time, and can also measure the materials in a container, such as a spoon and a cup, and can also weigh the materials, such as the use of a miniature electronic scale. And after the process is interrupted and other affairs are processed, returning is carried out, and whether the keyboard is pressed or not is continuously inquired. The interruption program can comprise the detection of the existence of the materials in each warehouse and the nitrogen pressure, and the notification of the feeding and the gas filling; whether the operation of each running part is normal or not is detected; opening the valve and working the electromagnetic element of the silo door; and whether the materials are discharged from the refrigerator or not; the phenomenon of informing abnormality at any time is also included; and so on. The flow chart of the interrupt routine is omitted.
The interruption program can comprise the detection of the existence of the materials in each warehouse and the nitrogen pressure, and the notification of the feeding and the gas filling; whether the operation of each running part is normal or not is detected; the operation of an electromagnetic element for opening the door; and whether the materials are discharged from the refrigerator or not; the phenomenon of informing abnormality at any time is also included; and so on. The flow chart of the interrupt routine is omitted.
In the two sub-examples, the container for taking food without oxygen is used, or the refrigerator can prevent oxygen from entering, so that the oxidation resistance of the food in the refrigerator can be basically realized. And the filling and compensation of nitrogen and the addition of an air extractor can be better. The anti-oxidation refrigerator changes the original structure of the refrigerator and is not a simple combined structure of a shell, a refrigerating device and a material rack any more. The refrigerator itself is also protected from oxygen, and both the "put in" and "take out" materials need to be considered. For "take-out", generally the amount of take-out is not large, as can be seen from the above described embodiments, the provision of a small transition chamber can be achieved, however, this is also not necessary for old refrigerators to be equipped. For "put in" there is a quantitative problem, a small amount is easier to do, a pouch like the soft bag 56 is filled with material and is vented, the pouch 56 is pushed outside, the top door 57 is passed through a flexible material hole which can be made to give way into the refrigerator, where the material goes, depending on how it is received inside, what it goes, the guide member guides to the storehouse of what it is, for example, the right side of the rice storehouse is the flour storehouse, and what it goes is flour, i.e. to the right side of the flour storehouse, or, from the right side, it goes directly to the storehouse. Several small doors 57 and small bags 56 can be arranged, and the materials can be directly stored in the warehouse through the matched heat insulation door. To be better, the refrigerator can also internally remove oxygen, and the nitrogen balances the external atmospheric pressure. The refrigerator (which is beneficial to food quality guarantee and has low manufacturing cost is nitrogen) is provided with a nitrogen storage warehouse. This is what the old refrigerator does not need to be equipped with. The bulk materials are rice bulk materials, and the air exhaust is not ideal because of the gaps among the bulk materials, and after the rice bin is fed, nitrogen is filled above the rice bin for several times, and simultaneously oxygen is pumped below the rice bin, so that the air in the rice bin can be updated. Or considering that the quick one-by-one material entering from the lower single channel into the soft transition chamber with nitrogen already on the upper side (such as the soft bag 56 in fig. 19) can press oxygen out from the lower side, or considering the atmospheric pressure, without air suction, and then closing the outer door and transferring the material into the refrigerator warehouse.
The food and the edible oil of 3 people of a three-family, 250 jin of rice flour and 15 jin of oil can be eaten for about 3 months. I.e. about 3 months, the feeding can be performed once, and the gate can be opened once. Or a soft bag transition chamber is arranged on the gate, and the gas is exhausted after the gate is filled with the materials and is transferred into the box. Nitrogen can be saved.
The refrigerator can prevent oxygen from entering, a pipeline is arranged below the refrigerator, and oxygen heavier than nitrogen below the refrigerator is often pumped out by an air pumping device.
Sub-example 3: a household food storage processor having a refrigeration component.
In FIG. 22, the left side is the refrigerator type storage, with the doors removed, the compressor installed at the rear lower part, the condenser evaporator installed at the left side rear part, and the left half part having the isolation layer. The grains such as rice, wheat and peanut oil are put in the left refrigerator and used as small material chamber of warehouse. The right side doors are also removed. The right side is provided with a processing device. The mills 67 and 70, the rice mill 71 and the oil press 65 are all conventional microcomputers, and their internal structures are omitted, and the circuit plug and the switch are disposed outside the right side of the mill. The upper right is the existing domestic oil press 65, the conduit 66 is connected to a flexible bag 43, pre-installed at the outlet of the oil press, similar to the oil vending apparatus of fig. 15, (one end is fixed to the outlet of the food holding apparatus of the food oil press, the other end is movable, sealed, i.e. there is a means for preventing the food holding apparatus from continuing to add oxygen) and there is a door 41, fig. 15, to keep the extracted oil from entering the air. The flour mill 67 mills coarse grain flour, and the flour mill 70 mills wheat flour, which are all disposable flour mills without bran, which are commonly used in existing small grain and oil shops, wherein the flour mills are small in volume, and the milled wheat flour is whole wheat flour. It can be made into flour mill with bran removed and miniaturized. At the flour outlet 69 of the flour mill, there is a soft bag transition chamber (one end of which is fixed to the outlet of the food container of the food flour mill, and the other end of which is movable and sealed), which is capable of exhausting air, outside the upper part of the refrigerator of the previous sub-example 2, i.e. there is a device for preventing the food container from continuously increasing oxygen gas, to take milled flour from the transition chamber. The soft bag transition chamber is shown pulled up. The outlet of the mini-mill 71 is the same as the outlet 69 of the mill. There is also a soft bag transition chamber (a device with one end fixed on the outlet of food container of food rice mill and the other end movable and sealed), which can exhaust air, i.e. a device for preventing oxygen from continuously increasing in the food container). The nitrogen cylinder 74 is filled with compressed nitrogen gas to provide nitrogen gas filling in the chambers, and the valves of the nitrogen cylinder are manually operated as in the case of using liquefied gas for domestic use. Or each chamber can be connected with a pipeline and a small valve. The large nitrogen cylinder 51 shown in FIG. 18 may be disposed outside the apparatus. The lower part of each processing machine chamber is also provided with a heat dissipation ventilating duct which is opened when in use. Each processing machine, together with the chamber in which it is located and the associated means for preventing the further addition of oxygen to the food holding means, can be independently arranged and used.
The food storage processor can be loaded with the respective magazines from the machine side, similarly to the loading method of sub-example 2 described above. For example, peanuts are fed into the left warehouse 79 and placed into the soft bag transition chamber 80, then manually vented (or piped, with the top air pump 82 approximately pumping out the air from the transition chamber 80), the feed port is closed, the soft bag transition chamber 80 is shut off, and the magnet plate door 81 is opened to push the peanuts into the warehouse 79. After the warehouse 79 is filled with material, the valve of the nitrogen gas cylinder 74 is actuated to charge the warehouse 79 with nitrogen gas at the top through the pipe. (at this point the top air extractor 82 extracts oxygen heavier than nitrogen from beneath the silo 79 via the piping.) the silo 78 is a roughage silo. The bin 76 is a wheat bin. The warehouse 75 is a rice warehouse. The method for inputting the grains in each warehouse can be the same as the method for inputting the peanuts in the oil grain warehouse 79. The soft bag transition chambers for transporting grain in each warehouse are not shown in the drawing, and their structures are the same as those of the transition chamber 80. The top air exhaust can also be realized by an air extractor or a reduced simple wind box matched with a similar iron craftsman furnace. The inflator for each chamber is located at the top. The air extraction devices of each chamber are arranged at the bottom. The left oil grain warehouse is provided with a device for preventing the oxygen in the food containing device from being continuously increased, and is an antioxidant household food storage box.
The wicket 72 is made of a thermally insulating material. The handle of the transmission shaft extending from the small door 72 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft, and can swing right below the small door, and at the moment, the handle fixed at the extending part of the rotating shaft of the manual rotation driver 73 outside the casing can drive materials to enable the materials in the left material warehouse to enter the lower part of the right lifting waterwheel 64. A soft bag transition chamber capable of exhausting air can be added, the transition chamber is communicated with the right door of each processing machine on the right, after the transition chamber is closed and exhausted, the material in the left material storage firstly enters the transition chamber, then the left door of the transition chamber is closed, a driving piece in the chamber pushes the material to enter the lower part of the processing machine on the right, and in the case, the nitrogen gas is not filled in the processing machine on the right, but the processing machine is not favorable for inhibiting the mildew, and the processing machine needs to be cleaned normally.
The left side of each small processing machine on the right side in the figure is provided with a water wheel device 64 (the same as the water wheel device in the previous sub-example 2), so that grains conveyed from the left side material warehouse in the figure can be pulled and transferred into the feeding hopper of the right side processing machine. Of course, the food in the left bin can be transferred to the upper hopper of the right processing machine by negative pressure suction or a robot or other methods. Fig. 21 is an enlarged view of each waterwheel 64 of fig. 22 at the top roller, (shown only at the loading waterwheel of the oil press 65, and omitted from other waterwheels.) this view shows: if the roller of the waterwheel is rotated anticlockwise, a swinging plate pulled by a spring is added to dial the materials into the processing machine. (clockwise roller need not be added.)
The bran from the mill, the rice bran from the mill and the slag from the oil press are discharged through the transition chamber which can exhaust in the previous embodiment, so as to avoid air intake, and the slag outlet is omitted in the figure, so that the place on the right rear side or two sides of the processing machine which does not conflict with the refrigeration part can be arranged.
Pretreatment: the pretreatment of the materials to be processed, such as wheat and rice coarse grains, oil grains and the like, is to remove iron and steel scraps by a magnet, remove shrivelled grains, wash dust, dry moisture and the like by wind before the wheat coarse grains are generally put into a material warehouse of the machine. The oil food can be used for washing dust, drying water, cooking soybean, and parching sesame. Since the amount of the wheat, coarse grain and rice processed at one time can be very small, for example, several hundred grams to several kilograms, the treatment can be carried out after the treatment. However, the heating is usually performed outside the processing machine, for example, the roasted sesame is cooled and stored in the storage 79. A transition chamber with a heat insulation cover and without air intake can be arranged at the top of the upper part of the oil press 65 as a direct passage, and the soybean after water filtration by cooking enters a feeding hopper of the oil press 65. Or a conveying belt or a longitudinal conveying channel is additionally arranged outside the machine, the conveying belt is arranged after the materials are washed, and a magnet suction and hot air drying and blowing-shrinking pretreatment device is arranged beside the conveying belt. And fully drying the processed materials and then feeding the materials into a storage. The means for cooking the soybeans may also be located on the side or the top.
The handle of the extended rotating shaft of the arch 77 is manually rotated outside the casing of the whole machine, so that the materials can be driven to move downwards, and the arch of the material accumulation is eliminated.
The small processing machines can work independently or simultaneously. The door of each chamber can be provided with a transition chamber which does not enter air when food is taken and placed, thereby being convenient for use.
The bottom is a simple electrical heating and dehumidifying device 71' provided below each processing machine on the right, and the upper surface of the heating steel plate is provided with an asbestos mesh. Typically when necessary.
The food storage processor can also be provided with an automatic control device, a plurality of sets of circuit devices shown in figure 27 can be directly used, and the rear part of the right side of the machine shell of the whole machine is arranged. The original motors of all parts of the oil pressing, grinding, rice milling are unchanged, and an execution motor switch element relay is added. The left added executing motor and electromagnet are set to avoid the condenser evaporator. And sensors for detecting whether materials exist or not, weighing, overcurrent, temperature, humidity and the like are additionally arranged. Fig. 26 is a control flow chart showing a control flow for inquiring whether or not the keyboard is pressed, and executing an operation requested by the key according to the pressing of the keyboard. The lower right part of the figure only shows the control flow of oil extraction. The material loading amount is roughly measured by the rotation times of the driver 73, or the driver 73 pushes the material onto a small electronic scale with a long scale pan, and after the required amount is reached, the material loading on the scale pan is stopped, and the scale pan is turned over to turn the material to the lower part of the waterwheel 64. The control flow of milling and rice milling is similar to that of oil milling, and the description is omitted. FIG. 23 is a flowchart showing the interrupt routine for returning to the main routine to continuously inquire whether or not the keyboard is pressed after the interrupt routine is switched to interrupt processing of other transactions. The interruption program comprises the steps of detecting whether the materials in each warehouse exist or not and the nitrogen pressure, and informing the feeding and the gas filling; whether each processing part is normal or not is detected; the operation of the operation motors and the electromagnetic elements for opening and closing the bin door; whether the processed materials are put in place or not is judged; the operation of the operation motors and the electromagnetic elements for opening and closing the bin door; (ii) a Whether the dehumidification device is started or not and the status after the dehumidification device is started; and the like. Automatic control may also include automatic nitrogen charging. The control of the indoor temperature is carried out by the prior art and is not repeated. (the left refrigeration house is provided with a pipeline for introducing cold air into the right processing chamber, and can also be provided with an on-off valve for facilitating the temperature control at the right side.) the existing refrigeration part and the matched non-automatic control circuit thereof as well as the existing manual control circuit of each processing machine are omitted.
Can add the indoor nitrogen concentration detection device of warehouse, add oil press belt cleaning device or with current have abluent oil press.
The nitrogen addition from the nitrogen gas cylinder 74 itself may be similar to that of sub-example 2. The nitrogen gas cylinder 74 is provided with a plurality of gas outlet pipes and valves, including a micro gas outlet valve and pipe operated by a small screw, which facilitates manual filling of nitrogen gas into each chamber. The representation of the piping and valves associated with each chamber is omitted. The pipeline and the valve are both arranged by the existing device, such as a device matched with a household liquefied gas cylinder. The chambers can also be provided with pipelines for measuring the existence of nitrogen, and the micro-rotation extends out of a sealing cover at the outer section of the machine for sensing smell.
A household refrigerator having a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber may be additionally provided at the left side of fig. 22, but a refrigerating compressor may be shared with the right side portion.
The right small processing machine in the figure can be replaced by adding a non-air-intake replacement channel (transparent or non-transparent), for example, the upper oil press is replaced by a miniature multi-roller noodle press, dough is put in from a direct channel with a heat insulation cover arranged at the top of the upper part of the oil press 65, pressed and cut noodles can be taken out from the right, the oil press 65 can be replaced by a blender, a food processing machine, a chopper, a stuffing wrapping machine, a meat cutting machine, and the like. The left storage section may also store other food products such as threshed sorghum rice or flour or meat pieces, etc. The machine i can also replace oxygen with carbon dioxide gas or other gases, and the nitrogen cylinder is replaced by another gas cylinder.
