A spring 1-4 which is in pressing contact with the sliding block 1-3 is arranged in the mounting cavity 1-2-2, one end of the spring 1-4 is pressed on the sliding block 1-3, and the other end of the spring 1-4 is pressed on a gasket 1-5 arranged between the spring 1-4 and the rod part of the adjusting bolt 1-7.
As shown in figures 4 and 5, the sanding disc assembly 1 is further provided with exposure holes 1-8 for exposing the heads of the adjustment bolts 1-7 so as to facilitate the rotation of the adjustment bolts 1-7 and the adjustment of the degree of compression of the springs 1-4 and thus the adjustment of the amount of radial float of the sliders 1-3. In this embodiment, the exposure hole 1-8 is located at the intersection of the disk 1-1 and the cantilever 1-2.
The sanding block assembly 1 further comprises a contact portion for contacting the inner wall of the cylinder, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the contact portion being a sanding cloth 1-9 fixed to the slider 1-3, in this embodiment, the sanding cloth 1-9 is a scouring pad.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the grinding device for the inner wall of the cylinder further includes a rotary power mechanism disposed on the right side of the grinding disc assembly 1, and in this embodiment, the rotary power mechanism is a pneumatic motor 4. The pneumatic motor 4 is in transmission connection with the grinding disc assembly 1 and is used for driving the grinding disc assembly 1 to rotate so as to finish grinding and polishing treatment on the inner wall of the cylinder.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the polishing device for the inner wall of the cylinder further comprises a supporting mechanism 2, and the supporting mechanism 2 is used for supporting the polishing disc assembly 1. The two supporting mechanisms 2 are arranged and are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the polishing disc assembly 1, so that the supporting of the polishing disc assembly 1 is more stable. Among the two supporting mechanisms 2, the supporting mechanism 2 on the right side is fixedly connected with a pneumatic motor 4, and the supporting mechanism 2 on the left side is fixedly connected with a polishing disc assembly 1 through a rotary joint 3.
The two support mechanisms 2 are symmetrical in structure, and taking the support mechanism 2 on the left side as an example, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the support mechanism 2 comprises a support rod 2-1 with the length extending in the left-right direction, and a first support 2-2 and a second support 2-3 which are arranged on the support rod 2-1. The support rod 2-1 is provided with a central hole 2-1-2 which penetrates through the support rod 2-1 from left to right, the right end of the support rod 2-1 is also provided with a plurality of penetrating grooves 2-1-1, in the embodiment, the penetrating grooves 2-1-1 are U-shaped grooves with openings facing to the right, and the penetrating grooves 2-1-1 are provided with three and circumferentially and uniformly distributed.
The first support 2-2 is arranged far away from the grinding disc assembly 1 and is a sliding support capable of sliding left and right along the support rod 2-1; the second support 2-3 is arranged close to the grinding disc assembly 1 and is a fixed support fixed at the right end of the support rod 2-1. And, the fixed bolster in the left side supporting mechanism 2 is fixedly connected with rotary joint 3, and the fixed bolster in the right side supporting mechanism 2 is fixedly connected with pneumatic motor 4.
The first support 2-2 is provided with a fixing structure for fixing the first support 2-2 on the support rod 2-1, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing structure comprises a connecting seat 2-8 which is connected with the first support 2-2 in a mutually rotating fit manner, the connecting seat 2-8 is sleeved outside the support rod 2-1 and is in threaded connection with the support rod 2-1, and a handle 2-10 is fixed on the connecting seat 2-8. Specifically, the connecting seat 2-8 and the first support 2-2 are provided with inserting parts (not marked in the figure) which are inserted and mutually matched in a rotating manner, the inserting part of the connecting seat 2-8 is positioned outside the inserting part of the first support 2-2, the inserting part of the connecting seat 2-8 is in threaded connection with a stop bolt 2-9, and the inserting part of the first support 2-2 is provided with a ring groove for inserting the end part of the stop bolt 2-9, so that when the connecting seat 2-8 rotates on the support rod 2-1, the first support 2-2 only moves left and right on the support rod 2-1 and does not rotate.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting mechanism 2 further comprises a first connecting rod 2-4 with one end hinged to the first support 2-2 and a second connecting rod 2-5 with one end hinged to the second support 2-3, the first connecting rod 2-4 and the second connecting rod 2-5 are hinged and have a scissor-fork structure, the first connecting rod 2-4 is provided with three connecting rods around the circumference of the first support 2-2, the second connecting rod 2-5 is provided with three connecting rods around the circumference of the second support 2-3, the other end of each first connecting rod 2-4 is provided with a first roller 2-6, the other end of each second connecting rod 2-5 is provided with a second roller 2-7, the first rollers 2-6 and the second rollers 2-7 are used for contacting with the inner wall of the cylinder body, so as to increase the contact fulcrum between the supporting mechanism 2 and the inner wall of the cylinder body, make supporting mechanism 2 can support more stable, make things convenient for whole device to remove in the barrel.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the polishing device for the inner wall of the cylinder further comprises a water pipe 5 extending into the central hole 2-1-2 of the left supporting mechanism 2, three nozzles 5-1 are arranged at the right end of the water pipe 5, and the three nozzles 5-1 are positioned between two adjacent second connecting rods 2-5, so that the washing range of the nozzles 5-1 on the inner wall of the cylinder is increased. The plurality of nozzles 5-1 correspond to the plurality of penetrating grooves 2-1-1 arranged at the end part of the support rod 2-1 one by one, and penetrate out of the support rod 2-1 through the penetrating grooves 2-1-1.
In addition, the center hole of the support rod of the right support mechanism is used for installing an air pipe (not shown in the figure), and the air pipe penetrates through the penetrating groove on the right support rod and then is communicated with the pneumatic motor 4 to provide power for the rotation of the pneumatic motor 4.
When the barrel inner wall polishing device is used, an air pipe and a rope penetrate through the barrel from the right end to the left end of the barrel; connecting an air pipe to a pneumatic motor, and binding a rope on a polishing device on the inner wall of the cylinder; placing the barrel inner wall polishing device at the left end barrel opening, and connecting a water pipe in the barrel inner wall polishing device with a water source; opening an air valve and a water valve; pulling the rope, and moving the polishing device on the inner wall of the barrel from the left end to the right end inside the barrel to finish polishing and cleaning once; and finally, grinding can be carried out for multiple times according to actual requirements.
According to the barrel inner wall polishing device, the supporting mechanisms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the polishing disc assembly, so that a better supporting effect on the polishing disc assembly can be achieved; through setting up first connecting rod and the second connecting rod articulated with first support and second support respectively, and set up first connecting rod and second connecting rod to articulate each other and be the structure of cutting the fork, and regard first support as sliding support, with the position through changing sliding support, change the contained angle (that contained angle relative with the bracing piece) between first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, make first gyro wheel and the second gyro wheel of first connecting rod and second connecting rod tip be close to or keep away from the bracing piece, and then make first gyro wheel and second gyro wheel can with the barrel inner wall contact of the not internal diameter size, realize supporting role. Meanwhile, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are provided with at least three connecting rods and are respectively arranged around the first support and the second support, so that contact supporting points of the supporting mechanism and the inner wall of the cylinder body are increased, and the supporting mechanism can support the grinding disc assembly more stably.
The supporting position of the roller is changed in the mode of the scissor connecting rod, compared with a spring in the prior art, the adjustable range of the scissor connecting rod is wider, the length of the connecting rod is reasonably designed, the scissor connecting rod can be guaranteed to be suitable for a cylinder with a larger inner diameter (when the included angle is minimum), the scissor connecting rod can be guaranteed to be suitable for a cylinder with a small inner diameter (when the included angle is maximum), and the application range of the polishing device for the inner wall of the cylinder is greatly improved.
In addition, the invention also utilizes the water pipe arranged in the central hole and the three nozzles arranged at the end part of the water pipe to finish the washing of the metal powder formed by polishing the inner wall of the cylinder body, thereby preventing the pollution to the workshop environment and leading the polishing and cleaning effect of the whole device to be better.
In other embodiments of the polishing device for the inner wall of the cylinder, the suspension arm may not be provided with an installation cavity for installing the spring, at this time, the spring is directly installed in the installation groove, one end of the spring is pressed against the slider, the other end of the spring is pressed against the groove bottom wall of the installation groove, the compression degree of the spring is not adjustable, and at this time, a gasket and an adjusting bolt are not required to be arranged.
