In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the traveling mechanism 21 includes oppositely disposed connection plates 213, wheel frames 214 rotatably connected to the corresponding connection plates 213, driving levers 2141 hinged to the corresponding wheel frames 214, positioning plates 215 oppositely disposed to the corresponding connection plates 213, guide levers 2151 supporting connection between the positioning plates 215 and the connection plates 213, movable plates 216 sleeved on the guide levers 2151, and a second driving assembly 217 mounted on one connection plate 213; the other end of the driving rod 2141 is hinged with the movable disc 216; the second driving component 217 can drive the movable disc 216 to move along the guide rod 2151 for adjustment, so that the driving rod 2141 pushes or pulls the wheel frame 214 to enable the wheel frame 214 to be in an open state or in a folded state; the travelling wheel 211 is rotatably arranged at the end of the wheel frame 214.
The second driving component 217 drives the movable disc 216 to move along the guide rod 2151 for adjustment, when the movable disc 216 moves towards the direction close to the corresponding connecting disc 213, the driving rod 2141 pushes the wheel frame 214 outwards to enable the wheel frame 214 to rotate outwards around the end connected with the connecting disc 213 to be in an open state, and at the moment, if the maintenance equipment is located inside the U-shaped rib 10, the wheel frame 214 is in an open state, so that the travelling wheels 211 connected to the wheel frame 214 can be attached to the corresponding structure inside the U-shaped rib 10, and the first driving component 212 drives the travelling wheels 211 to rotate, so that the travelling mechanism 21 can travel along the U-shaped rib 10. When the second driving assembly 217 drives the movable plate 216 to move towards the direction approaching the corresponding positioning plate 215, the driving rod 2141 pulls the wheel frame 214 inwards, so that the wheel frame 214 rotates inwards around the end connected with the connecting plate 213 to be in a folded state, and the travelling wheel 211 is moved closer to the positioning plate 215, so that maintenance equipment can be conveniently placed into the U-shaped rib 10 or taken out from the U-shaped rib 10.
Further, the second driving assembly 217 includes a driving screw 2171 rotatably provided between the positioning plate 215 and the connection plate 213, a screw cylinder 2172 connected to the movable plate 216, a driving gear 2173 connected to the driving screw 2171, a driving gear 2174 rotatably provided on the connection plate 213 and meshed with the driving gear 2173, a driving universal shaft 2175 connecting the two driving gears 2174, and a third motor 2176 provided on one connection plate 213; the third motor 2176 is in driving connection with a corresponding driving screw 2171; the screw barrels 2172 are screwed with corresponding drive screws 2171. In this way, the third motor 2176 drives the corresponding driving screw 2171 to rotate, the driving screw 2171 can rotate with the driving gear 2173 at the same time of rotating, the driving gear 2173 drives the driving gear 2174 to rotate, the driving gear 2174 drives the other driving gear 2174 to rotate through the driving universal shaft 2175, the driving gear 2174 drives the corresponding driving screw 2171 to rotate, the third motor 2176 synchronously drives the two driving screws 2171 to rotate, the thread cylinder 2172 can move along the corresponding driving screw 2171 to adjust, and then the corresponding movable disc 216 moves along the driving screw 2171 to adjust, the thread directions of the two driving screws 2171 are opposite, so that the two movable discs 216 can synchronously move in opposite directions or move in opposite directions.
Still further, the driving screw 2171 is disposed at the middle of the positioning plate 215, and the guide rod 2151 is provided with a plurality of guide rods uniformly distributed on the outer side of the driving screw 2171. The guide bars 2151 are disposed parallel to the corresponding drive screws 2171.
Still further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a second universal shaft 2131 and a protective cover 2132 sleeved on the second universal shaft 2131 are supported and connected between the two connection plates 213, and as shown in fig. 6, the protective cover 2132 is connected between the two connection plates 213, and a flexible connection portion 2132a is provided at the middle portion of the protective cover 2132. Preferably, the protective cover 2132 further includes rigid connection portions 2132b at both ends, the rigid connection portions 2132b being connected at both ends of the flexible connection portions 2132a, the rigid connection portions 2132b being for connection to the corresponding connection pads 213, the flexible connection portions 2132a being bendable and deformable to accommodate the non-straight U-shaped ribs. The rigid connection 2132b is preferably a metallic protective shell and the flexible connection 2132a is preferably an organ shield.
The second cardan shaft 2131 is preferably connected between two opposing guide rods 2151.
Between the corresponding connection disc 213 and the positioning disc 215, a housing 2152 is provided, which housing 2152 houses the guide bar 2151, the drive screw 2171, the drive gear 2173 and the drive gear 2174, and a bar-shaped groove is provided in the housing 2152 corresponding to the drive bar 2141 so that the drive bar 2141 protrudes outside the housing 2152.
Still further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, there are a plurality of traveling wheels 211, and correspondingly, there are a plurality of wheel frames 214. Preferably, three wheel frames 214 are connected to one connecting disc 213, and one traveling wheel 211 is rotatably connected to an end of each wheel frame 214. When the maintenance equipment is placed in the U-shaped rib 10, one travelling wheel 211 corresponds to the bridge deck, the other two travelling wheels 211 correspond to the side plates 101 of the U-shaped rib 10, and when the wheel frame 214 of the travelling mechanism 21 is in an open state, the travelling wheels 211 can be attached to the bridge deck and the side plates of the U-shaped rib.
The first driving assembly 212 is disposed on the wheel carrier 214, and the first driving assembly 212 includes a fourth motor 2121 disposed on the wheel carrier 214 and a right angle bevel gear 2122 drivingly connected between the fourth motor 2121 and the travelling wheel 211, wherein the fourth motor 2121 drives the right angle bevel gear 2122 to rotate, and the right angle bevel gear 2122 drives the travelling wheel 211 to rotate.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the side grinding mechanism 22 further includes a base 224, a first motor 225 provided on the base 224, a first bevel gear 2261 provided on a motor shaft of the first motor 225, second bevel gears 2262 provided at both sides of the first bevel gear 2261 and engaged with the first bevel gear 2261, a driving shaft 2263 connected to the second bevel gear 2262, and a driving link 2264 connected to the driving shaft 2263; the base 224 is rotatably connected to the rear part of the travelling mechanism 21; the drive link 2264 is connected to the corresponding swash plate 221; the first motor 225 may drive the first bevel gear 2261 to rotate, and further drive the swash plate 221 to swing through the second bevel gear 2262, the driving shaft 2263, and the driving link 2264.
Further, a vertically disposed end plate 2241 is connected at the rear end of the base 224. One end of the pair of swash plates 221 is rotatably connected to the end plate 2241 through a first rotation shaft, and the other end of the swash plate 221 is rotatably adjusted around the first rotation shaft.
Still further, one end of the driving link 2264 is connected to one end of the inclined plate 221 far away from the first rotation shaft, the other end of the driving link 2264 is connected to the driving shaft 2263, the first motor 225 drives the first bevel gear 2261 to rotate, the first bevel gear 2261 drives the second bevel gear 2262 to rotate, the second bevel gear 2262 drives the driving link 2264 to rotate around the driving shaft 2263 through the driving shaft 2263, so that the driving link 2264 can swing up and down, and the driving link 2264 drives the inclined plate 221 to swing up and down, and in the swinging process, the side plate of the U-shaped rib is polished cleanly through the side polishing disc 222. Preferably, the first motor 225 reciprocally drives the first bevel gear 2261 to rotate at a set rotation angle.
Still further, the driving shaft 2263 is fixedly connected with the end portion of the driving link 2264, the other end of the driving link 2264 is movably connected to a chute provided on the swash plate 221, and when the driving shaft 2263 is driven to rotate by the second bevel gear 2262, the driving shaft 2263 can rotate around the end portion of the driving link 2264 connected with the driving shaft 2263, and when the other end of the driving link 2264 rotates upward or downward, the end portion of the swash plate 221 can be lifted upward or the end portion of the swash plate 221 can be pulled downward, thereby realizing the up-down swing adjustment of the swash plate 221.
As shown in fig. 9 and 3, the inclination angle of the sloping plate 221 is adapted to the inclination angle of the side plate 101 of the U-shaped rib 10. The first driving mechanism 223 is connected to the inclined plate 221, and the first driving mechanism 223 includes a motor and a transmission mechanism, and the motor is in driving connection with the corresponding lateral sanding disc 222 through the transmission mechanism, so as to drive the lateral sanding disc 222 to rotate. The transmission mechanism can be a right angle bevel gear and also can be a transmission structure formed by a transmission wheel and a transmission belt.
Still further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a distance sensor 2211 is provided at an end of the inclined plate 221 away from the first rotation shaft, for detecting a corresponding distance between an end of the inclined plate 221 and the partition plate in the U-shaped rib 10, and allowing the traveling mechanism 21 to stop traveling when the inclined plate 221 approaches the corresponding partition plate.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the side polishing mechanism 22 further includes a mounting frame 227 and a fifth motor 2271 disposed on the mounting frame 227, and, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the mounting frame 227 is fixedly connected with a corresponding positioning disc 215 on the travelling mechanism 21; a fifth motor 2271 is drivingly connected to the end plate 2241, the fifth motor 2271 being operable to rotate the end plate 2241. In use, the fifth motor 2271 drives the end plate 2241 to rotate, the end plate 2241 rotates with the base 224, and the side polishing disc 222 is arranged up and down, so that maintenance equipment enters through the skylight opening formed in the bottom plate 102 of the U-shaped rib 10, and after entering into the interior of the U-shaped rib 10, the fifth motor 2271 rotates and resets at the end plate 2241, so that the side polishing disc 222 is attached to the side plate 101 of the U-shaped rib 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the up-down polishing mechanism 23 further includes a base 237, seat plates 2371 rotatably connected to both upper and lower sides of the base 237, and an angle adjusting driving member 2372 drivingly connected to the seat plates 2371; the base 237 is rotatably connected to the front part of the traveling mechanism 21; the upper cross plate 231 and the lower cross plate 232 are horizontally arranged, and the upper cross plate 231 and the lower cross plate 232 are rotatably connected to the corresponding seat plate 2371; the seat plate 2371 is vertically arranged; one end of the angle adjusting driving member 2372 is connected with the corresponding seat plate 2371, the other end is connected with the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232, the angle adjusting driving member 2372 can be adjusted in a telescopic manner, the seat plate 2371 can be driven to rotate relative to the base 237 through telescopic adjustment, and then the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232 are inclined. In this way, the top sanding disc 233 is enabled to accommodate the conditions of sanding the bevel baffle. Preferably, the angle adjustment drive 2372 is an electric cylinder, or a drive cylinder.
When polishing the inclined partition plate at the end of the U-shaped rib 10, the top polishing plate 233 is adjusted to be forward arranged, the top polishing plate 233 faces the inclined partition plate, and then the angle adjusting driving piece 2372 is adjusted in a telescopic manner to adjust the angle of the top polishing plate 233, so that the top polishing plate 233 can polish the inner surface of the inclined partition plate.
When polishing the vertically arranged partition plate at the end of the U-shaped rib 10, only the top polishing disc 233 needs to be adjusted to be arranged forwards, so that the top polishing disc 233 faces the partition plate, and the angle of the top polishing disc 233 does not need to be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the travelling mechanism 21 travels to the end of the U-shaped rib 10, the side polishing disc 222 cannot polish the side plate 101 at the end of the U-shaped rib 10, at this time, the bottom polishing disc 235 can be made to finish polishing the side plate 101 at the end of the U-shaped rib 10, the bottom polishing disc 235 is started, and then the adjusting base 237 is matched with rotation, so that the bottom polishing disc 235 can polish the bottom plate 102, the position where the bottom plate 102 meets the side plate 101, the position where the side plate 101 meets the bridge deck 11, and the position around the partition plate, thereby solving the problem that the side polishing disc 222 at the rear cannot polish the side plate 101 at the end of the U-shaped rib 10 due to the length limitation of maintenance equipment.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the up-down polishing mechanism 23 further includes a second motor 2381 connected to the base 237, a first tapered tooth 2382 provided on a motor shaft of the second motor 2381, second tapered teeth 2383 provided on both upper and lower sides of the first tapered tooth 2382 and engaged with the first tapered tooth 2382, a first universal shaft 2384 connected to the second tapered teeth 2383, and a swing lever 2385 connected to the first universal shaft 2384; the swing lever 2385 is connected to the corresponding upper and lower cross plates 231 and 232; the second motor 2381 can drive the first tapered teeth 2382 to rotate, and then drive the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232 to swing left and right along the setting direction through the second tapered teeth 2382, the first universal shaft 2384 and the swinging rod 2385.
Further, one ends of the upper and lower cross plates 231 and 232 are rotatably coupled to the corresponding seat plates 2371 by a second rotation shaft, and the other ends of the upper and lower cross plates 231 and 232 are rotatably adjusted about the second rotation shaft.
Still further, one end of the swinging rod 2385 is connected to the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232, the other end of the swinging rod 2385 is connected to the first universal shaft 2384, the second motor 2381 drives the first conical tooth 2382 to rotate, the first conical tooth 2382 drives the second conical tooth 2383 to rotate, the second conical tooth 2383 drives the swinging rod 2385 to rotate around the first universal shaft 2384 through the first universal shaft 2384, so that the swinging rod 2385 can swing left and right along the setting direction of the upper transverse plate 231 and the lower transverse plate 232, the swinging rod 2385 further drives the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232 to swing left and right, and in the swinging process, the corresponding parts of the bridge plate and the surface of the bottom plate 102 of the U-shaped rib 10 are polished cleanly through the top polishing disc 233 and the bottom polishing disc 235. Preferably, the second motor 2381 reciprocally drives the first tapered teeth 2382 to rotate at a set rotation angle.
Still further, the swinging rod 2385 is fixedly connected with the end portion of the first universal shaft 2384, the other end of the swinging rod 2385 is movably connected to the connecting grooves provided on the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232, when the first universal shaft 2384 rotates under the driving of the second conical teeth 2382, the first universal shaft 2384 can rotate around the end portion of the swinging rod 2385 connected with the first universal shaft 2384 with the other end of the swinging rod 2385, and further the other end of the swinging rod 2385 swings left and right along the setting direction of the corresponding upper transverse plate 231 and lower transverse plate 232, so that the left and right swinging of the upper transverse plate 231 and the lower transverse plate 232 along the setting direction is realized.
The first universal shaft 2384 can automatically adjust the direction to accommodate the adjustment of the inclination angle of the upper and lower cross plates 231 and 232 by the angle adjustment driver 2372. The first universal shaft 2384 can also transmit the rotation of the second conical teeth 2383, so as to drive the swinging rod 2385 to rotate. Still further, as shown in fig. 10, the top grinding disc 233 is rotatably connected to the end of the upper transverse plate 231 through a bracket 2331, a sixth telescopic driving member 2332 is connected to the base 237, the end of the sixth telescopic driving member 2332 is connected to the bracket 2331 through a pin, the sixth telescopic driving member 2332 is telescopically adjustable, and the top grinding disc 233 can be rotated with the bracket 2331 through telescopic adjustment, so that the top grinding disc 233 can be rotated to an upward setting or rotated to a forward setting.
Still further, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the up-down polishing mechanism 23 further includes a rotating frame 239 and a sixth motor 2391 disposed on the rotating frame 239, and, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the rotating frame 239 is fixedly connected with a corresponding positioning disc 215 on the travelling mechanism 21; a sixth motor 2391 is drivingly connected to the base 237, the sixth motor 2391 being capable of driving the base 237 to rotate. In use, the sixth motor 2391 is caused to rotate the base 237, the base 237 rotates with the upper cross plate 231 and the lower cross plate 232, and the top sanding plate 233 and the bottom sanding plate 235 also rotate together, thereby adjusting the positions of the top sanding plate 233 and the bottom sanding plate 235.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 16 to 19, the maintenance device of the present invention further includes a collection mechanism 26 disposed below the traveling mechanism 21 and connected to the traveling mechanism 21, the collection mechanism 26 including a collection tank 261 that is telescopically adjustable and a cleaning wheel 262 rotatably disposed at a mouth of the collection tank 261; a connection port 2611 is provided at the rear of the collection tank 261.
The negative pressure pipe is connected to the connection port 2611, and is connected to an external negative pressure device, which can be installed on the ground, and the negative pressure device forms negative pressure in the collection box 261 through the negative pressure pipe, and cooperates with the cleaning wheel 262 rotating at the mouth of the collection box 261 to collect the sundries such as welding slag and rust ground inside the U-shaped rib 10. The negative pressure device and the negative pressure pipe are arranged, so that the collecting box 261 has the function of a dust collector.
After being placed in the U-shaped rib 10, the maintenance device of the present invention has the mouth of the collection box 261 attached to the surface of the bottom plate 102 of the U-shaped rib 10. As shown in fig. 19, an inclined shovel portion 2612 is provided at the mouth of the collection box 261, and the shovel portion 2612 is in contact with the surface of the bottom plate 102 so that the ground residue enters the collection box 261. The shovel 2612 is preferably made of rubber.
As shown in fig. 16 to 19, a holder 2613 is provided at a position near the mouth of the top of the collection box 261, and a drive motor 2621 provided corresponding to the cleaning wheel 262 is mounted on the holder 2613, and the drive motor 2621 is connected to the cleaning wheel 262 in a driving manner so as to drive the cleaning wheel 262 to rotate.
The fixed frame 2613 is connected with a limit rail 264, and as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the connecting disc 213 at the front part of the travelling mechanism 21 is connected with a connecting frame 266, the connecting frame 266 is provided with a guide rail seat 265 corresponding to the limit rail 264, the guide rail seat 265 is provided with a limit slideway matched with the limit rail 264, and the limit rail 264 is partially penetrated in the limit slideway and can play a role of limit guiding through the cooperation of the limit slideway and the limit rail 264. The bottom of the guide rail seat 265 is connected with a third telescopic driving piece 263, the end part of the third telescopic driving piece 263 is connected with a fixed frame 2613, the third telescopic driving piece 263 can drive the fixed frame 2613 and the collecting box 261 to stretch together through stretching, after the partition board of the U-shaped rib 10 is polished, the third telescopic driving piece 263 is started to drive the collecting box 261 to move forward, and welding slag at the partition board is collected.
The maintenance device of the present invention polishes while walking inside the U-shaped rib 10, and the collection mechanism 26 simultaneously collects sundries such as welding slag.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 11, and 13 to 15, the maintenance apparatus of the present invention further includes a spraying mechanism 24 that is telescopically adjustable at the side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, the spraying mechanism 24 including a telescopically adjustable spraying frame 241, a spray head 242 that is provided on the spraying frame 241, and a protective cover 243 that is provided at the corresponding side polishing mechanism 22 and upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23 and covers the spray head 242; the spraying frame 241 is telescopically adjustable and arranged on the corresponding side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23; the opening of the protective cover 243 is provided with a plurality of fan-shaped end covers 2431.
The spray coating frame 241 is adjusted in a telescopic manner, so that the spray head 242 extends out of the protective cover 243, the spray head 242 is used for spraying anti-corrosion materials to the inner part of the U-shaped rib 10, the inner surface of the U-shaped rib 10 is polished and cleaned through the side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, the high cleanliness and the high smoothness can be achieved, and the adhesive force and the anti-corrosion performance of a spray coating are improved.
Further, a fourth telescopic driving member 244 is connected to the bottom of the spraying frame 241, the fourth telescopic driving member 244 is connected to the base 224 of the corresponding side polishing mechanism 22 and the base 237 of the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, the fourth telescopic driving member 244 can be telescopically adjusted, and further can be telescopic with the spraying frame 241, the spraying mechanism 24 disposed on the side polishing mechanism 22 can extend rearward out of the nozzle 242, and the spraying mechanism 24 disposed at the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23 can extend forward out of the nozzle 242. Preferably, the fourth telescopic drive 244 is an electric cylinder, or a drive cylinder.
In order to improve the stability of the telescopic adjustment of the spraying frame 241, a limit guide rod 245 is connected to the upper part of the spraying frame 241, a guide sleeve 246 is arranged at the side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, the limit guide rod 245 is inserted into the guide sleeve 246, and the limit guide rod 245 can move along the guide sleeve 246, so that the effect of providing limit guide for the telescopic adjustment of the spraying frame 241 is realized.
The protective cover 243 is fixed at the corresponding side polishing mechanism 22 and upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, and the spraying frame 241 can be sleeved on the protective cover 243, so that the spraying frame 241 can move outside the protective cover 243 when the telescopic movement is adjusted. The plurality of fan-shaped end caps 2431 arranged at the opening of the protective cover 243 are made of rubber, so that the spray head 242 can be conveniently extended and retracted. The cover 243 protects the spray head 242.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 12, the maintenance apparatus of the present invention further includes a camera 25 provided at the side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, which is telescopically adjustable, and a shield 251 provided to cover the camera 25; an openable and closable baffle 2511 is provided at the opening of the shield 251.
The shield 251 is provided to protect the camera 25, and the baffle 2511 is a rubber baffle.
Further, the device further comprises a fifth telescopic driving piece 252 connected to the corresponding side polishing mechanism 22 and the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23, wherein the end part of the fifth telescopic driving piece 252 is connected with the camera 25, the camera 25 can be carried by telescopic adjustment to carry out telescopic adjustment, the camera 25 can shoot the inside of the U-shaped rib after extending out of the shield 251, video data are formed, and the video data are displayed through a display so that a worker can conveniently check the inside condition of the U-shaped rib. The camera head 25 on the side grinding mechanism 22 may be extended rearward and the camera head 25 on the upper and lower grinding mechanisms 23 may be extended forward. Preferably, fifth telescoping drive 252 is an electric cylinder, or a drive cylinder.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a battery 27 is provided on the protective cover 2132 of the travel mechanism 21, and the battery 27 is electrically connected to the first drive assembly 212, the second drive assembly 217, the first power mechanism 223, the second power mechanism 234, the third power mechanism 236, and the telescoping drive member to provide electrical power to each power assembly.
The operation of the service steel bridge U-rib internal service apparatus of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1 to 19, a ceiling window is opened in the bottom plate 102 of the U-shaped rib 10 to be serviced, the wheel frame 214 of the service device is folded, the side polishing plates 222 on the side polishing mechanisms 22 are adjusted to be in a vertically arranged state, then the service device is put into the U-shaped rib 10 from the skylight opening, the upper and lower polishing mechanisms 23 are located at the front part in the traveling direction, and the side polishing mechanisms 22 are located at the rear part in the traveling direction.
Then, the second driving assembly 217 drives the wheel frame 214 to be in an open state, the travelling wheels 211 are attached to the side plates 101 of the U-shaped ribs 10 and the bottom of the bridge deck 11, the side polishing plates 222 of the side polishing mechanisms 22 are adjusted to be attached to the side plates 101, the top polishing plates 233 are arranged upwards to be attached to the bridge deck 11, and the bottom polishing plates 235 are arranged downwards to be attached to the surface of the bottom plate 102. The side polishing disc 222, the top polishing disc 233 and the bottom polishing disc 235 are started to polish at the corresponding positions, the first driving assembly 212 is started to drive the travelling wheels 211 to travel, the polishing is performed along the U-shaped rib 10 while walking, and the collecting mechanism 26 collects the polished residues.
