步入新时代,美甲时尚漂亮,深受广大女性的欢迎和喜爱,目前市场上卸除清理美甲上LED-UV甲油胶经LED-UV光照射后固化后形成的薄膜,多为甲油胶卸甲水和甲油胶卸甲包,这两种卸除清理LED-UV甲油胶光固化后形成的薄膜方式,操作不方便,气味大而释放性强,且使用过程中包裹整个手指头不透气易腐蚀刺痛皮肤、易致皮肤过敏等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种甲油胶卸甲膏及其制备方法,本发明甲油胶卸甲膏可以自身快速成膜,免去了包扎手指,溶剂刺激皮肤的缺点,简化卸甲步骤。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:17-30wt%成膜物、57-82.6wt%溶剂、0.1-1wt%营养液、0.1-6wt%流变助剂;所述成膜物为热塑性聚合物与聚氨酯型流变增稠剂的混合物;所述营养液为维生素C、维生素B5、维生素E、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
本发明在卸甲膏的配方中加入热塑性聚合物,在卸甲膏的成膜过程中不会发生进一步的交联,在常温下即可自干凝固成具有韧性的薄膜,流变助剂防止薄膜流挂、破裂,使薄膜包裹溶剂和营养液,渗透、溶胀甲油胶、破坏甲油胶的分子结构,使甲油胶失去附着力,从而达到卸除甲油胶的目的,同时营养液会渗入指甲表面,流变助剂会润湿和促进指甲角蛋白吸收营养液,促进角蛋白的生长。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述热塑性聚合物为热塑性聚合物A和热塑性聚合物B的混合物。其中热塑性聚合物A的性能参数如下:热塑性聚合物A为白色粉末,采用SO-3682检测标准检测酸值<3.0mgKOH/g,密度为1.15~1.22g/cm3,熔融温度140℃,拉伸强度为14~52MPa,洛氏硬度为R31~116。热塑性聚合物B为白色粉末,采用SO-3682检测标准检测酸值<1.0mgKOH/g,密度为1.13g/cm3,熔融温度160℃,采用ASTM D-2857检测标准检测得特性粘度(IV)为0.67-0.75,采用ISO-3251检测标准检测得含水率<1.0%。
热塑性聚合物A的制备方法如下:(1)将1.5%甲基丙烯酸、6.95%丙烯酸丁酯、20.5甲基丙烯酸甲酯、20.5苯乙烯及0.4%的过氧化苯甲酰搅拌均匀得到混合液1;(1)将22.5%醋酸丁酯和22.5%甲苯加到反应釜中,然后加热升温到110℃,得到混合液2然后在搅拌状态下将混合液1均匀滴加到混合液2中得到混合液3,滴加时间为2.5~3h;(3)将2.5%醋酸丁酯、2.5%甲苯和0.15%的过氧化苯甲酰搅拌均匀得到混合液4,然后均匀滴加到混合液3中,采用ISO-3682检测标准,当酸值含量<3.0mgKOH/g时,降温即得热塑性聚合物A。
热塑性聚合物B的制备方法如下:(1)将1.5%甲基丙烯酸、6%丙烯酸丁酯、12.05甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30%甲基丙烯酸丁酯及0.4%的过氧化苯甲酰搅拌均匀得到混合液1;(2)将45%醋酸丁酯加到反应釜中,然后加热升温到110℃,然后在搅拌状态下将混合液1均匀滴加到醋酸丁酯中得到混合液2,滴加时间为2.5~3h;(3)将5%醋酸丁酯和0.15%的过氧化苯甲酰搅拌均匀得到混合液3,然后均匀滴加到混合液2中,采用ISO-3682检测标准,当酸值含量<1.0mgKOH/g时,降温即得热塑性聚合物B。
聚氨酯流变增稠剂属于非离子型增稠剂,通过缔合提供优异的流变性能,具有极佳的增稠效果,能有效该改善低中剪切粘度,增稠效果不受pH值的影响。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述流变助剂为毕克化学的BYK410。BYK410是低分子量含脲/氨基甲酸酯官能团的聚合物溶液,能在体系中形成三维网状结构,从而为体系提供较强的触变性,具有优异的防沉、防流挂性能。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述成膜物的质量百分含量为17-20wt%,所述溶剂的质量百分含量为76-79.8wt%。上述配比下的组分具有更高的卸甲率。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述成膜物的质量百分含量为17wt%,所述溶剂的质量百分含量为79.8wt%。上述配比下的组分具有最高的卸甲率。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述溶剂为丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、碳酸丙烯酯、乙醇、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇中的至少一种。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述溶剂为丙酮、乙酸乙酯、碳酸丙烯酯、乙醇、乙酸丁酯中的至少一种。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述甲油胶卸甲膏还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:0.1-5wt%填料、0.1-1wt%香精。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏的优选实施方式,所述填料为气相二氧化硅。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将原料按比例置于容器中,在500-2000rpm的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
作为本发明甲油胶卸甲膏制备方法的优选实施方式,所述转速为800-1200rpm。
在上述转速下获得的甲油胶卸甲膏具有更好的稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明甲油胶卸甲膏涂在美甲表面,能够快速成薄膜,包裹溶剂、营养成分等,薄膜在美甲表面不会流挂以及破裂,5-10分钟即可用美甲工具卸甲清理,不腐蚀、刺痛指甲,降低皮肤刺激,从而不会因腐蚀刺激皮肤而出现过敏现象,减少了美甲师卸甲的操作步骤,操作便捷。

本发明所使用的组分信息如下:
实施例1
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:15wt%热塑性聚合物B、7.1wt%热塑性聚合物A、5wt%的聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、30wt%丙酮、12wt%乙酸乙酯、8wt%碳酸丙烯酯、8wt%乙醇、5wt%乙酸丁酯、5wt%甘油、2.9wt%气相二氧化硅R-972、0.1wt%香精、0.2wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在500的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:16wt%热塑性聚合物B、7.7wt%热塑性聚合物A、5wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、40wt%丙酮、10wt%乙酸乙酯、5wt%碳酸丙烯酯、3wt%乙醇、5wt%乙酸丁酯、5wt%甘油、3.9wt%气相二氧化硅R-974、0.1wt%香精、0.8wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在2000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:12wt%热塑性聚合物B、5wt%热塑性聚合物A、3.5wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、55wt%丙酮、8wt%乙酸乙酯、5wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、3wt%甘油、2.9wt%气相二氧化硅H-18、0.5wt%香精、1.0wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在800的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例4
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:12wt%热塑性聚合物B、5wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、62wt%丙酮、5wt%乙酸乙酯、3wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、2wt%甘油、1.9wt%气相二氧化硅T-40、0.5wt%香精、1.5wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1200的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例5
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:8wt%热塑性聚合物B、8wt%热塑性聚合物A、4wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、65wt%丙酮、2wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、3wt%甘油、2.9wt%气相二氧化硅M5、0.3wt%香精、0.7wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例6
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:10wt%热塑性聚合物B、4wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、68wt%丙酮、3wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、2.8wt%甘油、1.9wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、0.3wt%香精、0.9wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例7
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:20wt%热塑性聚合物B、7wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、45wt%丙酮、3wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、3wt%甘油、5wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、1wt%香精、6wt%BYK410、1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例8
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:10wt%热塑性聚合物B、4wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、68wt%丙酮、3wt%乙酸乙酯、4wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、1.7wt%甘油、1.1wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、0.1wt%香精、1wt%BYK410、0.1wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例9
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:10wt%热塑性聚合物B、4wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、68wt%丙酮、3wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、2.7wt%甘油、1.9wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、0.3wt%香精、0.9wt%BYK410、0.2wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
对比例1
对比例1为市售卸甲包,品牌为JW,型号为美甲卸甲包。
对比例2
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:15wt%热塑性聚合物B、15wt%热塑性聚合物A、5wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、36wt%丙酮、3wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、3wt%甘油、6wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、2wt%香精、7wt%BYK410、2wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
对比例3
本发明提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:16wt%热塑性聚合物B、4wt%热塑性聚合物A、3wt%聚氨酯型流变增稠剂、60wt%丙酮、5wt%乙酸乙酯、2wt%碳酸丙烯酯、2wt%乙醇、2wt%乙酸丁酯、5.8wt%甘油、0.05wt%气相二氧化硅R-976、0.05wt%香精、0.05wt%BYK410、0.05wt%营养液。
本发明还提供了一种甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料按比例置于容器中,在1000的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
实施例10
测试实施例1~9和对比例1~3所述甲油胶卸甲膏的卸甲效果,测试结果如表1所示。
测试方法:随机在360位女性刷涂3000个指甲上,分为12组,每组30人300个指甲,12组女性做完美甲保持2周后,美甲表面用砂条轻轻打磨,然后用实施例1~9所述甲油胶卸甲膏和对比例1~3卸甲包卸除美甲,观察美甲的卸甲效率、卸甲会不会刺痛腐蚀皮肤和损伤指甲情况。

由表1可以看出,实施例1~9所述甲油胶卸甲膏和对比例1卸甲包、对比例2~3所述甲油胶卸胶膏相比,相同时间内,对比例1卸甲包的卸甲效果很好,但卸甲包对指甲和皮肤的腐蚀性大,给体验者不好的体验。而实施例1~9所述卸甲膏的卸甲效果和对比例1相比,效果差不多,但卸甲膏不会腐蚀刺痛皮肤指甲,说明本发明在卸胶膏中添加热塑性聚合物在5-15秒内成膜,溶剂含量越高,卸甲效果越好。对比例2~3的卸甲膏卸甲效果不如实施例1~9的卸甲膏。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者同等替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:17-30wt%成膜物、57-82.6wt%溶剂、0.1-1wt%营养液、0.1-6wt%流变助剂;所述成膜物为热塑性聚合物与聚氨酯型流变增稠剂的混合物;所述营养液为维生素C、维生素B5、维生素E、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述成膜物的质量百分含量为17-20wt%,所述溶剂的质量百分含量为76-79.8wt%。
3.如权利要求2所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述成膜物的质量百分含量为17wt%,所述溶剂的质量百分含量为79.8wt%。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、碳酸丙烯酯、乙醇、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丙酮、乙酸乙酯、碳酸丙烯酯、乙醇、乙酸丁酯中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1-3任一项所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述甲油胶卸甲膏还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:0.1-5wt%填料、0.1-1wt%香精。
7.如权利要求6所述甲油胶卸甲膏,其特征在于,所述填料为气相二氧化硅。
8.一种权利要求6-7任一项所述甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将原料按比例置于容器中,在500-2000rpm的转速下搅拌均匀,即得所述甲油胶卸甲膏。
9.如权利要求8所述甲油胶卸甲膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述转速为800-1200rpm。
