The preparation method of the wrapped retinol essence provided by the invention mainly has the advantages that the preparation process is simple, the irritation is low, the activity ratio and the transdermal rate are high, the wrapped retinol can resist oxidation and high temperature, the stability of the formula is greatly improved, and the compatibility is good.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care product preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a wrapped retinol essence.
Background
The retinol essence is thought to possibly help the skin to be kept in a younger state, help the generation of collagen in the skin to be increased, and enable the skin to look fresh and bright, the retinol essence used in the current market still has the defects in the using process, the irritation is large, a user is easy to have symptoms such as allergic peeling and the like, sensitive muscles need to be used carefully, the stability is poor, the retinol in the formula is easy to be oxidized, the activity is lost, the permeability is poor, the transdermal absorbability of the retinol in the common visual formula is poor, and the formula efficacy is also reduced, so that a preparation method for wrapping the retinol essence is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a preparation method of wrapped retinol essence.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the wrapping retinol essence is prepared by mixing a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is a cosmetic matrix of the wrapping retinol essence, the component A comprises water, glycerol, alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hexanediol, pentanediol, isoprene glycol, xanthan gum and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the component B is an active ingredient of the wrapping retinol essence, the component B comprises lecithin, triglyceride, retinol palmitate, retinol and tocopherol, and the weight ratio of the components B is as follows: 3-8% of glycerol, 0.1-1% of alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.5-2% of hexanediol, 0.5-5% of pentanediol, 1-5% of isoprene glycol, 0.05-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.02-0.2% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-5% of lecithin, 0.1-5% of triglyceride, 0.1-3% of retinol palmitate, 0.1-3% of retinol, 0.05-1% of tocopherol and the balance of water.
As a further aspect of the invention, the alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer is a film former that acts as a stabilizer and thickener in the encapsulated retinol serum, which is embodied as a (ester) acrylate/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
As a further aspect of the present invention, the hexylene glycol and the pentylene glycol function as a moisturizing agent and a novel preservative in the encapsulated retinol serum, and the hexylene glycol is embodied as 1, 2-hexylene glycol, and the pentylene glycol is embodied as 1, 2-pentylene glycol.
As a further aspect of the invention, the triglyceride acts as an emollient and a solvent in the encapsulated retinol serum, and is embodied as caprylic/capric triglyceride.
As a further aspect of the invention, the tocopherol is a hydrolysate of vitamin E.
A preparation method of wrapped retinol essence comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the corresponding parts of the component A, namely water, glycerol, alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hexanediol, pentanediol, isoprene glycol, xanthan gum and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate according to the parts by weight, putting the weighed component A into a stirring mechanism, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring, cooling to 40-50 ℃ after stirring until no particles exist, and preparing a transparent viscous liquid-shaped component A;
s2, weighing corresponding parts of B component lecithin, triglyceride, retinol palmitate, retinol and tocopherol raw materials according to the weight parts, then putting the weighed B component raw materials into a stirring mechanism, stirring at the temperature of 25-45 ℃, keeping the pressure at 0.5-2 MPa, homogenizing at high speed, observing the mixed microstructure of the B phase, and ensuring that the grain size of the B phase is uniform and has no obvious difference, thus preparing the B phase component;
s3, adding the prepared phase B component into the phase A component to fuse the phase A component and the phase B component, and stirring the phase A component and the phase B component to homogenize the phase A component and the phase B component;
s4, stirring the component A and the component B until the components A and B are uniform and granular, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃ for 30min, and obtaining the emulsion wrapped retinol essence after the temperature is kept;
s5, immediately cooling the prepared emulsion wrapped retinol essence to 35 ℃ after the heat preservation time is reached, then detecting the viscosity, density, pH value and appearance of the prepared wrapped retinol essence, and discharging after the detection is qualified;
s6, carrying out microbial detection on the packaged retinol essence of the discharged material, taking out the liquid after the detection is qualified, flowing into a packaging container through a pipeline according to a certain flow speed and flow, wherein the movement of fluid in the pipeline in the flowing-in process depends on the pressure difference between an inflow end and an outflow end, the pressure of the inflow end is necessarily higher than that of the outflow end, filling the packaged retinol essence, and after the filling is finished, packaging the packaged retinol essence by adopting a demand packaging mode to obtain a packaged retinol essence finished product.
As a further aspect of the invention, the agitation involved in said step S1 is 600 rpm.
