Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-allergic formula with high retinol content, a high-content visual Huang Chunhua cosmetic and a preparation method thereof. The antiallergic formula retinol is prepared by dispersing and coating retinol or water-soluble and coated retinol; the weight portions are as follows: oil dispersion encapsulates retinol: 0.5-2.5; or water-soluble encapsulated retinol: 0.5-3; the anti-allergic component comprises: a first anti-allergic component and a second anti-allergic component; the first anti-allergic component comprises dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: 0.05-0.25; allantoin: 0.05-0.25; the second anti-allergic component is SENS' FLOWERSD-SC,100 or
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-allergic formula with high retinol content, a high-content visual Huang Chunhua cosmetic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Social development has so far, from ancient rouge blush to the present cosmetics gradually become daily necessities of people, people never stop the pace of beauty pursuit, but are anti-aging, undoubtedly the permanent principal angle therein.
Currently, there are several major main streams of anti-aging cosmetics classified from functional substances, namely collagen, peptide, retinol, antioxidants and some plant extracts. Retinol inhibits tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting melanin production; can promote metabolism of cells, make aged cutin peel off more quickly, and make skin fine and smooth; can resist photoaging and avoid free radical damage caused by ultraviolet rays; meanwhile, the composition can act on fibroblasts and strengthen elastin fibers in human bodies, and has the anti-wrinkle effect. Because of the outstanding efficacy of retinol, in the anti-aging field, retinol always exists as a lever of the anti-aging world.
However, generally, highly active functional substances often have pain points that are difficult to overcome. Retinol has two recognized pain points, respectively:
1. stability of
The structure according to Huang Chunhua has more unsaturated bonds, can resist photoaging, and the structure and efficacy determine that the stability of retinol is not good. Thus, in terms of structure, more of the commercial retinol is present as a retinol modification, retinol ester, thereby improving the stability of retinol. Regarding the problem of light stability, the protection of retinol is mainly carried out in the market in a wrapping mode, and the wrapping modes can be divided into water-soluble wrapping modes, oil-soluble dispersing modes and the like according to different wrapping modes.
2. Irritation (irritation)
Since a large mechanism of action of retinol is the conversion of retinol to retinoic acid on the skin via a series of processes, the metabolism of keratinocytes is promoted, which is supposed to be highly irritating although the efficacy of retinol is good.
In order to reduce the irritation of retinol in the market at present, two general treatment methods exist, namely, firstly, the consumption of retinol is reduced (the common consumption of retinol is about 0.02 percent calculated by single retinol), but the method is likely to lead the added retinol to not reach the effective amount, thereby greatly reducing the efficacy of the product; second, long-term use of retinol products, and gradually increasing the amount of retinol, allows the skin to build up immune tolerance.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application aims to provide an anti-allergic formula with high retinol content, a cosmetic with high retinol content and a preparation method thereof.

patch test data:
as can be seen from the comparison results of comparative examples 1 and 2, the conventional anti-allergic system cannot inhibit the irritation of retinol, and the analysis reasons are that dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin have a single matching target point because the action mechanisms of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin are both used for inhibiting skin inflammation so as to inhibit allergy.
As is clear from the comparison between the results of example 1 and example 2, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin and SENS 'FLOWER SD-SC can well inhibit the irritation of retinol, and the analysis is that SENS' FLOWER SD-SC can act against pain receptors (TRPV 1) in addition to the anti-inflammatory mechanism, thereby reducing our pain and itch feeling, and thus can well inhibit the irritation of retinol. However, it can be seen from example 2 that the water soluble encapsulated retinol is more irritating than the oil dispersed encapsulated retinol.
As can be seen from a comparison of examples 2, 4, 6, the addition ofFurther suppresses the feeling of pain and itching, and can well suppress the irritation of high-concentration water-soluble coated retinol.
As can be seen from examples 1,3 and 5, the combination of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin and SENS' FLOWER SD-SC can meet the irritation of oil-dispersed coated retinol with low concentration to high concentration, and only the dosage of retinol with particularly high concentration is required to be compounded to a small extent100。
To sum up: anti-allergic systems that simply inhibit inflammation are generally not very resistant to retinol irritation, whereas licorice in the present applicationDipotassium acid, allantoin and SENS' FLOWER SD-SC anti-sensitization system can meet anti-sensitization requirements of retinol formulations and even high-content retinol formulations, if retinol is continuously added, the system can be added appropriately for cost consideration100 or->Thereby achieving better anti-allergic effect.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present application by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
