Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种可手操作的喷雾器,尤其是,涉及一种塑料挤瓶抽吸器,用来将挤瓶内粗糙雾化的物质喷射或者分配出来,而不需要单独的气孔以吸入或排出空气。
市场上的喷雾装置一般利用空气以形成气流,从而在流体从喷雾装置排到大气中之前通过使流体雾化而促进流体的排出。大部分抽吸器具有一个分配封盖,分配封盖上装有一个汲液管,它使得当瓶子被挤压时流体能够从容器的下部被输送。分配封盖上一体地成形有一个出口。汲液管与分配封盖上的面向容器的内部一侧的一个圆筒形连接孔相连接。圆筒形孔包括若干细突起,它们径向间隔开并沿着圆筒形孔的内径轴向延伸。当汲液管插入圆筒形孔时,所述突起与汲液管的外径接合,在圆筒形孔的内径和汲液管的外径之间产生间隙或者通道。当瓶子被挤压时,这些通道促使空气进入液体流。然后,随着流体与空气混合并通过封盖上的出孔排出抽吸器,导致流体的紊流。
这种方案考虑的是将流体进行充分的雾化,这就需要将空气加入到流体中。但是,有一种需要是:在流体没有雾化或者与空气混合时将它喷射出。本发明的装置旨在将流体从喷雾器中以粗糙雾化的形式排出,而没有空气混合在其中。
发明概述
本发明的一个目的是提供一种喷雾器,它没有单独的进气口,但是能够将材料从瓶子中分配出来。
本发明可以用于本领域中公知的塑料挤瓶,喷雾器使用起来既经济又方便。
根据本发明,喷雾装置包括:管状保持器、孔杯和封盖。
管状保持器包括:产品出口、柱和至少一个切线配置的孔,流体通过该切线孔而从容器内喷出。
孔杯具有一个环形混合或湍流腔,流体在通过一个排出孔而从孔杯内排出之前,来自容器内的流体在该湍流腔内发生旋涡。
汲液管从管状保持器悬挂下来,并确定了一个流体路径用于使流体从容器底部通向环形湍流腔。
当容器被挤压时,流体被迫使向上从汲液管进入混合腔,并通过孔杯上的排出孔而被排出容器。所有被导入容器内以及排出容器的空气都经过和流体相同的路径。喷雾器无须任何特别的或者单独的气孔。
通过下面结合附图所作的详细描述,本发明的其它目的、优点和新颖性的特征将变得更加清楚。

发明的详细描述
图1示出了一种真空塑料挤瓶的抽吸器10,它包括一个一般用符号20表示的封盖,该封盖具有盖180,用实线表示盖180处于打开位置,用虚线表示盖180处于关闭位置。封盖20与容器240连接并支持着一个管状保持器30。封盖20的下部230可以安装在容器240的上端,而封盖20的盖部分180可以用作一个保护盖,它可以在容器240被使用时打开。容器240一般具有一个可收缩的壁或壁部分,从而便于手挤压。
管状保持器30包括一个一体的塞子密封250或者类似物,用来紧密地密封管状保持器30和封盖20,以防止流体泄露,而无须一个密封垫片。
管状保持器30包括顶部260,顶部260上具有一个塞子密封250,所述塞子密封250从顶部260的外边缘下垂。塞子密封250的下端190被斜切以便使得保持器30易于插入容器240内。凸缘270形成于塞子密封250的上端,该凸缘与封盖20的中间部分290上的槽相配合。当装配时,凸缘270嵌入槽280中的适当地方,从而将管状保持器30紧固在封盖20内。一个管状伸出部130位于管状保持器30的中央区域并且从该处向下延伸进入容器240的内部。汲液管40的端部插入管状伸出部130内并依靠摩擦而保持在其中。
在管状保持器30的顶部260的中央,具有一个中央柱50、一个内部垂直壁100以及一个外部垂直壁110。内部垂直壁100确定出一个中央区域360,该中央区域360围绕着位于其中央的柱50。孔杯60位于中央区域360内并封闭柱50。
如图2所示,外部垂直壁110围绕着内部垂直壁100,狭槽340围绕着外部垂直壁110等间距分布。每个狭槽340对应于一个形成于管状保持器30上的突耳320。当突耳320位于狭槽340内时,封盖20不会相对于管状保持器30旋转。
位于中央区域360内的孔杯60由管状保持器30支撑着并包括一个侧壁310和一个顶部380。侧壁310的内表面300确定出一个室或者腔100。内表面300与柱50的外表面370间隔开以便在它们之间确定出环形混合或湍流腔90。在使用真空抽吸器时,为了下面更加充分的描述,来自容器240内部的流体能够被迫使进入环形湍流腔90内,从而产生湍流,使流体在从抽吸器中排出之前被细化。孔杯60的侧壁310围绕着柱50。
孔杯60的顶部380内具有一个排出孔80,其使得水雾没有障碍地离开湍流腔90。侧壁310在装置的装配过程中被应用,使得孔杯60被压入或者被向下迫使进入管状保持器30中,从而孔杯与管状保持器30连接在一起。
围绕着孔杯60的顶部380的外圆周形成有一个边沿390。边沿390有助于将发散的排出流体保持在排出孔80附近,并防止流体沿着内部垂直壁100流下。但是,如果有流体流出孔杯60的边沿部,则流体可能沿着内部垂直壁100的外表面400流下,并被保存在一个积水管410内。当孔杯60与管状保持器30相连时,环形湍流腔90围绕着柱50。
排出孔80位于孔杯60的顶部380上,并且与柱50(图1)间隔开。排出孔80的轴线与柱50的轴线重合。孔杯60的内壁倾斜地离开柱50,从而向着管状保持器30形成一个更宽的腔90。湍流腔90的更宽的部分毗邻位于管状保持器30中的流体通道140(图3和图4)。
如图3和图4所示,若干流体通道140毗邻柱50的下部而形成于管状保持器30中。这些流体通道140形成于管状伸出部130的上端并且围绕着伸出部130的内径等间距分布。管状伸出部130的一端与汲液管40连通,另一端与柱50的一部分一体地形成。柱50基本上为圆柱形,并且具有一个外表面370,但是如果需要的话,柱50也可以是截头锥形。
产品通道70从容器240内的某点开始延伸,通过毗邻柱50的下部的流体通道140,并到达湍流腔90内。
汲液管40适于延伸进入容器240内的液体产品内(未示出),汲液管的一端靠近容器240的底部附近,而另一端与产品通道70连通,从而提供了一个从容器240的底部向上进入湍流腔90内的流体通道。汲液管40使得产品能够容易地从容器240的内部排入湍流腔90中,而不管容器240内有多少产品。
当汲液管40的下端伸出或者浸入容器240内时,能够防止空气从容器240中逃逸出来。
为了使用根据本发明的真空塑料挤瓶的抽吸器10,使用者用一只手抓住容器240,并在大拇指和其他手指之间挤压容器240,迫使流体从容器240内的底部向上通过汲液管40,并进入湍流腔90,在湍流腔90内流体被细化并被迫使离开容器240。在湍流腔90内应用公知的旋转机械原理,其中从流体通道140中排出的产品在进入湍流腔90时发生旋转。在湍流腔90内,在孔杯60的内侧上形成有切线。当流体从湍流腔90排出、通过排出孔80、进入大气中或者到达一个目标表面上时,切线使得流体分解,并使流体成为粗糙的水雾。水雾的粒子尺寸能够通过排出孔80的尺寸而被控制。
根据现有技术,容器240的压缩造成排放,而被压缩的容器240的回复使得空气能够从大气中被抽吸进入容器240内,然后通过排出口80进入湍流腔90,在这里空气从流体通道140中分配进入容器240的内部,以便以普通的方式重新使容器240的上部充满空气。
虽然已经参照附图对本发明的特别的实施例进行了详细描述,但是应当理解,本发明并不仅仅局限于这些确定的实施例,可以对它们作出各种改变和变型。
一些可预见的替换实施例例如包括一个三件式的结构而不是这里所描述的四件式结构。这种三件式的结构是使封盖和管状保持器成为一个单一的整体而不是本实施例的两个单独件。
同样,虽然本实施例示出了盖180在位置420处以铰接的形式与封盖20相连,但是盖180可成为或不成为权利要求书中所定义的本发明的一部分,它可以使用其它类型的铰链或者连接。抽吸器10可以具有和应用一个盖180或者类似的零件。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以在不脱离附属权利要求书所确定的本发明的范围和精神的前提下进行各种改变和变型。
Claims (10)
1、一种用于具有中空内部的塑料挤瓶的喷雾装置,包括:
汲液管,其适于被安置在塑料挤瓶内的产品中,所述汲液管具有一个敞开的上端;
管状保持器,其用来支持着所述汲液管,所述管状保持器包括一个具有一个外表面的柱,所述汲液管与所述管状保持器基本保持液密性的连接;
孔杯,其由所述管状保持器支承着,所述孔杯包括一个排出孔并具有一个内壁,所述内壁的内部确定出一个腔,用来容纳所述柱,在所述内壁和所述外表面之间确定出一个与所述排出孔相连通的湍流腔;
封盖,其适于与一个塑料挤瓶相连,所述管状保持器由所述封盖支撑着;以及
通道件,其形成于所述管状保持器内,所述通道件与所述汲液管的敞开上端以及所述湍流腔连通,所述通道件提供了所述排出孔和所述塑料挤瓶内部之间的唯一连通方式;
当用手挤压瓶时,塑料挤瓶内的空气不会与从所述排出孔中排出的产品混合。
2、如权利要求1所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于:
所述柱的外表面包括一个侧表面和一个顶表面;
所述孔杯的所述内壁包括第一表面部分,其与所述柱的所述侧表面间隔开,所述孔杯的所述内壁包括一第二表面部分,其与所述柱的所述顶表面间隔开。
3、如权利要求2所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于:
在所述孔杯的所述第二表面部分和所述柱的所述顶表面之间确定出切向通道,用于为通向所述排出孔的流体产生一个旋涡路径。
4、如权种要求1所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于,
所述喷雾装置包括若干通道部分,所述通道部分位于所述柱的外表面和所述保持器的一个间隔开的内表面之间。
5、如权利要求4所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于:
所述若干通道部分围绕着所述柱彼此等距离的间隔开。
6、如权利要求1所述的喷雾装置,包括:
若干间隔开的止动件,其从所述柱向下延伸,以便与所述汲液管的上端相接合。
7、如权利要求6所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于:
在所述间隔开的止动件之间确定出若干开口,用于使所述通道件与所述汲液管的敞开上端之间连通。
8、如权利要求1所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于:
所述通道件包括若干通道部分,该通道部分位于所述柱的外表面和所述保持器的间隔内表面之间;
所述通道部分围绕着所述柱彼此之间等距离的间隔开;
若干间隔开的止动件,从所述柱向下延伸,以便与所述汲液管的上端接合;
在所述间隔开的止动件之间确定出若干开口,用于使所述通道件与所述汲液管的敞开上端连通;
所述通道部分与所述开口偏离开。
9、如权利要求1所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
一个盖,其可转动地由所述封盖支持着。
10、如权利要求1所述的喷雾装置,其特征在于,
所述管状保持器上具有间隔开的向上延伸的突耳;以及
所述封盖上形成有狭槽,用于容纳所述突耳,以防止所述管状保持器和所述封盖之间的相对转动。
