when the information acquisition module comprises an intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically sets a moving stroke according to the position of an operator, and automatically acquires the operators at different angles and the operation behaviors of the operators; the intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle transmits acquired information to the information calculation and analysis module in real time, the information calculation and analysis module analyzes the acquired information in real time, if the problem of irregular dressing or the behavior of illegal operation of an operator is preliminarily judged, an analysis result is fed back to the intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle, the intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle classifies the fed back analysis result to further confirm the specific dressing and behavior of the related operator and sends the further confirmed information to the information calculation and analysis module, and the information calculation and analysis module forms a certificate of the problem of irregular dressing or the behavior of illegal operation of the operator according to the further confirmed information and transmits the certificate to the operation field control platform.
7. The AI identification system applied to personnel management and control of a distribution network operation site according to claim 1, wherein the operation site management and control platform comprises an automatic information sending module;
under the condition that the information automatic sending module is triggered, the operation field control platform automatically sends the certificate of the dressing non-standard problem or the illegal operation behavior of the operator to the mobile end of the operator with the dressing non-standard problem or the illegal operation behavior, and automatically notifies the certificate to the upper leader of the related operator so as to conveniently supervise the operator; after the automatic sending module is triggered, the automatic sending mode of the operation field control platform cannot be manually intervened.

The AI identification system applied to personnel management and control of distribution network operation site according to claim 1, wherein the evidence of the operator wearing out of specification problems or illegal operation behavior is video or image; the job site management and control platform still includes: the system comprises a video processing module, an image processing module and an information integration module;
the video processing module extracts a section with an irregular problem or an illegal operation behavior from the video by processing the voucher video, then encodes and converts the extracted section into character information based on a deep neural network model through a video conversion module in the video processing module, and outputs the character information as a voucher which is finally transmitted to a mobile terminal through an output end of the video processing module;
the image processing module extracts a part with an irregular problem or an illegal operation behavior from the picture by processing the certificate picture, and then the picture conversion module in the image processing module performs coding processing on the extracted part based on a deep neural network model and converts the part into character information, and the character information is used as a certificate which is finally transmitted to a mobile terminal; outputting the text information as a certificate finally transmitted to a mobile terminal through an output end of the image processing module;
the information integration module integrates and outputs the character information output by the video processing module and the image processing module based on a character integration module.

The AI identification system for distribution network job site personnel management and control of claim 1, wherein the information calculation analysis module comprises an edge calculation module; the edge calculation module analyzes the image information based on an edge calculation technology;
the edge computing module removes redundant information by preprocessing a video image, so that part or all of video analysis is migrated to the edge, the requirements on cloud center computing, storage and network bandwidth are reduced, and the video analysis speed is increased.

The AI identification system applied to personnel management and control of a distribution network operation site as recited in claim 1, wherein the face recognition module comprises an evidence collection module, an evidence storage module and a collection time recording module, wherein when the face recognition module judges that the personnel entering and leaving the site are non-relevant personnel through face recognition technology, the evidence collection module collects face photos of the site, the collection time recording module records the time for collecting the face photos, and the evidence collection module transmits the collected face photos to the evidence storage module; when the demand is verified afterwards, the face photos are called from the evidence storage module and the time for collecting the face photos is called from the collection time recording module so as to verify.
