碘糖,是以食用蔗糖为载体,以食用碘酸钾为添加剂制成的,碘糖中碘的含量为5-50mg/kg。生产工艺为:先按需量称取碘酸钾,而后研磨成粉,过筛后,或先溶于蒸馏水中,均匀喷雾湿法加干燥得产品入糖中。或先干法,即直接一次性拌入糖中,或先拌入少量糖中制成母糖,再将母糖均匀拌入糖中得产品。本发明碘糖中碘的含量参考了国家有关技术标准。碘糖不仅可直接食用,还可用于生产各类含碘食品,饮品,饮料等,增加人们摄碘的渠道。

碘糖
本发明涉及一种含碘的食糖。
碘是人体必需的微量元素之一,环境缺碘,居民摄碘不足时,不仅发生地方性甲状腺肿、地方性克汀病等病情复杂、危害严重的地方病,还可以引起妇女不孕、流产、早产、死胎、畸形、新生儿及婴幼儿死亡率高,儿童体格和智力发育落后、运动障碍、听力和语言障碍甚至聋哑等。碘缺乏还是目前已知的导致人类智力损害的最主要、最多见的原因。因此,碘缺乏已成为当今世界上发展中国家严重的公共卫生问题之一。为解决碘缺乏的问题,现在已生产出碘盐、碘油进行碘补充。
食糖是人们常用食品之一,特别是对新生儿、婴幼儿其比盐更重要。另外众多的食品、饮品、饮料中也必须加入食糖。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种含碘的食糖。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的,碘糖,是以食用蔗糖为载体,以食用碘酸钾为添加剂按下述生产工艺制成的,碘在碘糖中的含量为5-50mg/kg。生产工艺为:先按碘在碘糖中的要求量称取所需的碘酸钾,而后将碘酸钾研磨成粉,过100目筛后用湿法或干法加入:
湿法:将碘酸钾先溶于蒸馏水中,然后均匀喷雾至糖中,干燥得产品,
干法:一次性将碘酸钾直接均匀拌入糖中:或先将碘酸钾先均匀拌入少量糖中制成母糖,再将母糖均匀拌入大量糖中得产品。
本发明碘的含量确定是根据国家技术监督局《技监国标由(1994)201》号文中关于碘盐加碘的含量而确定的。范围定为5-50mg/kg,是根据食糖的用处,发病地不同而采用不同的碘含量,有一系列产品以满足不同的需要。
本发明的碘糖不仅可直接食用,而且可用于含碘生产各类食品、饮品、饮料等,增加人们摄碘的渠道,对防治碘缺乏病的发生将起积极推进作用。

1、碘糖,其特征是以食用蔗糖为载体,以食用碘酸钾为添加剂按一述生产工艺制成的,碘在碘糖中的含量为5-50mg/kg,生产工艺为:按碘在碘糖中的要求量称取所需的碘酸钾,而后将碘酸钾研磨成粉,过100目筛后用湿法或干法加入:
湿法:将碘酸钾先溶于蒸馏水中,然后均匀喷雾至糖中,干燥得产品,
干法:一直性将碘酸钾直接均匀拌入糖中,或先将碘酸钾先均匀拌入少量糖中制成母糖,再将母糖均匀拌入大量糖中得产品。
