Abstract

本发明公开了小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构,包括支架和聚光器,所述支架顶部设置有PCBA,所述PCBA顶部通过安装座安装有LED灯芯,所述PCBA顶部外侧设置有聚光器,所述聚光器内部胶合有光学反射镜面,所述聚光器顶部套设有导光柱。本发明相对于常规LED点亮光导的方式,新加一个聚光器,聚光器可以起到收集无法直接打入光导中的光并再次反射到光导中的作用,同时聚光器还可以减少传统的光导与LED位置关系与实际装配配合有偏差的作用,从而提高LED光学利用率,实现小功率高亮度的目的,适合被广泛推广和使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,特别涉及小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构。
背景技术
汽车大灯,也称汽车前照灯、汽车LED日行灯,作为汽车的眼睛,不仅关系到一个车主的外在形象,更与夜间开车或坏天气条件下的安全驾驶紧密联系,目前,市面上车灯内使用到的光导与LED的配合结构中。
但是现有的LED汽车灯不足之处在于:1、LED发出的光90度左右入射到光导中,与LED成一定夹角的光无法入射到光导中,2、大多数的光导与PCBA不是安装在同一个件上,而由于模具原因,无法做光导与PCBA的直接限位结构,造成实际安装好后LED与光导尺寸链大,最终实际产品安装好后LED与光导的设计位置有一定偏差,为此,我们提出小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构,包括支架和聚光器,所述支架顶部设置有PCBA,所述PCBA顶部通过安装座安装有LED灯芯,所述PCBA顶部外侧设置有聚光器,所述聚光器内部胶合有光学反射镜面,所述聚光器顶部套设有导光柱。
进一步地,所述支架顶部两端焊接有内螺纹固定管。
进一步地,所述PCBA两端开设有二号安装孔。
进一步地,所述聚光器两端开设有一号安装孔,所述聚光器为金属铜材料制成。
进一步地,所述聚光器内侧开设有定位卡槽,所述定位卡槽的数量为多个。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.通过设置PCBA、光学反射镜面和内螺纹固定管,人员将二号安装孔套在内螺纹固定管外侧,使PCBA安装在支架上,PCBA顶部通过安装座安装有LED灯芯,人员将一号安装孔套在内螺纹固定管外侧,将聚光器安装在PCBA顶部,聚光器安装后套在LED灯芯外侧,通过内侧的多个光学反射镜面对LED灯芯发出的光线进行约束、反射,人员使用螺栓通过内螺纹固定管将聚光器和PCBA固定住。
2.通过设置导光柱、定位卡槽和聚光器,将导光柱插入聚光器内并固定,聚光器内的多个定位卡槽可以对导光柱进行固定,同时可以解决实际安装中LED与光导之间的位置与设计位置有一定偏差的问题,从而提高光学利用率,聚光器由金属铜材料制成,导热性能好,可以有效进行散热。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-3所示,小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构,包括支架1和聚光器2,所述支架1顶部设置有PCBA4,所述PCBA4顶部通过安装座安装有LED灯芯5,所述PCBA4顶部外侧设置有聚光器2,所述聚光器2内部胶合有光学反射镜面6,所述聚光器2顶部套设有导光柱3。
其中,所述支架1顶部两端焊接有内螺纹固定管9。
本实施例中如图2所示,内螺纹固定管9方便聚光器2和PCBA4进行安装。
其中,所述PCBA4两端开设有二号安装孔8。
本实施例中如图2所示,二号安装孔8方便将PCBA4安装在支架1上。
其中,所述聚光器2两端开设有一号安装孔7,所述聚光器2为金属铜材料制成。
本实施例中如图3所示,一号安装孔7方便将聚光器2安装在PCBA4上,金属铜材料制成,导热性能好,可以有效进行散热。
其中,所述聚光器2内侧开设有定位卡槽10,所述定位卡槽10的数量为多个。
本实施例中如图3所示,多个定位卡槽10方便将插入聚光器2内的导光柱3固定住。
需要说明的是,本发明为小功率LED实现高亮度的光导结构,工作时,人员将二号安装孔8套在内螺纹固定管9外侧,使PCBA4安装在支架1上,PCBA4顶部通过安装座安装有LED灯芯5,人员将一号安装孔7套在内螺纹固定管9外侧,将聚光器2安装在PCBA4顶部,聚光器2安装后套在LED灯芯5外侧,通过内侧的多个光学反射镜面6对LED灯芯5发出的光线进行约束、反射,人员使用螺栓通过内螺纹固定管9将聚光器2和PCBA4固定住,将导光柱3插入聚光器2内并固定,聚光器2内的多个定位卡槽10可以对导光柱3进行固定,同时可以解决实际安装中LED与光导之间的位置与设计位置有一定偏差的问题,从而提高光学利用率,聚光器2由金属铜材料制成,导热性能好,可以有效进行散热。
