Abstract

本发明公开了一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,包括阀体、位于阀体内的蝶板和控制蝶板转动的旋转装置;通过螺母花键摆板连接板,推动花键摆板带动蝶阀花键上轴旋转代替蜗轮蜗杆旋转,以及利用凸轮渐接触特性代替销键连接分离长时间的磨擦从而达到接开启、关闭时间快,密封面在启闭过程中无磨擦,扭矩小,不漏水,能满足双向密封要求的一种丝杆铜螺母驱动双向密封蝶阀。

一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的蝶阀一般采用蜗轮蜗杆驱动 , 上、下轴与蝶板一般采用锥销或键连接。通过上、下轴 90 度旋转对阀门进行开启和关闭。中国专利申请号 201210024793.1,《一种轨道扭转连接双向硬密封蝶阀》,解决现有轨道蝶阀启闭时间长和蝶板反向打 压漏水问题。主要包括阀体、阀体内蝶板和控制阀 板转动的旋转装置,旋转装置包括手轮、丝杆、以 及与丝杆相适配的螺母,其特征是螺母固定在阀 体的旋转套管上,旋转套管内有一个导向套与丝 杆螺纹连接,导向套只能在旋转套管内作上下平 动,在丝杆光杆的外表面有螺旋式扭转轨道,蝶板 上轴的一端通过导向轴与丝杆光杆上的扭转轨道 间隙连接,而蝶板上、下轴分别与蝶板内导向销的 一面以偏向轮相接触,这类启闭装置加工难度大,机械损耗大,蜗轮箱易开裂,使用寿命短。制造成本高。同时,开启和关闭时,密封面有不同程度长时间的磨擦,密封面久而久之失效快,易漏水,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,包括阀体、位于阀体内的蝶板和控制蝶板转动的旋转装置,控制蝶板旋转的旋转装置包括手轮、行星齿轮减速装置和设置在箱体内的对开卡环、传动丝杆、与传动丝杆相适配的铜螺母和花键摆板,所述的手轮通过行星齿轮减速装置与传动丝杆连接,传动丝杆前、后端套接对开卡环,对开卡环外部设有前挡套和后挡套,前挡套和后挡套与箱体内壁连接;所述传动丝杆的螺纹部连接铜螺母,铜螺母通过螺母连接板轴用挡圈连接螺母花键摆板连接板的一端,螺母花键摆板连接板的另一端通过花键摆板轴用挡圈连接花键摆板的一端,花键摆板的另一端连接蝶阀花键上轴。
优选的,所述的铜螺母设有个通孔,一个与传动丝杆螺纹连接,另一个套接在铜螺母导向杆上。
优选的,与传动丝杆平行处设有铜螺母导向杆,铜螺母导向杆两端通过螺钉固定在阀体内。
优选的,后挡套内设有传动丝杆尾套,传动丝杆尾套通过尾套螺母与后挡套连接。
优选的,蝶板的旋转装置上有一个显示蝶板旋转刻度指示牌。
优选的,花键上轴和下轴与蝶板连接处是凸轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、开启、关闭时间快。
2、传动丝杆、铜螺母加工精度高比蜗轮蜗杆精度高。
3、传动丝杆采用滚压工艺,制造成本低。
4、铜螺母花键摆板连接板制作成本低、速度快。
5、花键摆板和蝶阀花键上轴连接易于蝶板安装、调节灵活。
6、箱体在开启、闭过程中只受压力,不受拉力,箱体不易开裂,使用寿命长。
7、行星齿轮箱减速装置在扭矩小时可拆卸,配不同口径蝶阀灵活。
8、蝶阀花键上轴下部采用凸轮形状,开启迅间脱离蝶板密封面的磨擦,提高阀门的使用寿命,
9、密封面在启闭过程中磨擦小,不漏水。
10、开启、关闭过程中,扭矩小。
11、消除阀门密封面的磨擦,提高阀门的使用寿命。
12、阀门开启与关闭有刻度指针显式。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,包括阀体、位于阀体内的蝶板17和控制蝶板17转动的旋转装置,控制蝶板17旋转的旋转装置包括手轮1、行星齿轮减速装置2和设置在箱体15内的对开卡环3、传动丝杆5、与传动丝杆5相适配的铜螺母6和花键摆板10,所述的手轮1通过行星齿轮减速装置2与传动丝杆5连接,传动丝杆5前、后端套接对开卡环3,对开卡环3外部设有前挡套4和后挡套14,前挡套4和后挡套14与箱体15内壁连接;所述传动丝杆5的螺纹部连接铜螺母6,铜螺母6通过螺母连接板轴用挡圈7连接螺母花键摆板连接板8的一端,螺母花键摆板连接板8的另一端通过花键摆板轴用挡圈9连接花键摆板10的一端,花键摆板10的另一端连接蝶阀花键上轴11。
图3所示,铜螺母6设有2个通孔,一个与传动丝杆5螺纹连接,另一个套接在铜螺母导向杆12上,与传动丝杆5平行处设有铜螺母导向杆12,铜螺母导向杆12两端通过螺钉固定在阀体内,可防止铜螺母6移动时移位。
图1所示,后挡套14内设有传动丝杆尾套13,传动丝杆尾套13通过尾套螺母16与后挡套14连接。
蝶板17的旋转装置上有一个显示蝶板旋转刻度指示牌。
图1所示,花键上轴11和下轴18与蝶板17连接处是凸轮。
本发明是这样使用的:
开启过程:
手轮1逆时针旋转,通过行星齿轮减速箱装置2减速,带动传动丝杆5旋转,驱动铜螺母6运行,通过铜螺母花键摆板连接板8,带动花键摆板10旋转,花键摆板10驱动蝶阀花键上轴11带动蝶板17旋转,使蝶板17快速开启。开启过程中,铜螺母6反向作用力,传递到传动丝杆5上,通过对开卡环3传递到前挡套4,从而传到箱体16上,使箱体16只受到压力,不受拉力。同时蝶阀花键上轴11、下轴是凸轮机构,蝶板垂直蝶阀花键上轴11、下轴水平移动,开启后蝶板17迅速脱离蝶阀花键上轴11、下轴,蝶板17密封面脱离,磨擦消失。随着上轴、下轴的继续旋转,蝶板17开启到位,处于全开状态。到位后,蝶板16通过蝶阀花键上轴11带动指针旋转,蝶板从刻度指针显示到位后,静止在阀体内,即使纹流状态也不会颤动。
关闭过程:
手轮1顺时针旋转,通过行星齿轮减速箱装置2减速,带动传动丝杆5旋转,驱动铜螺母6运行,通过铜螺母花键摆板连接板8,带动花键摆板10旋转,花键摆板10驱动蝶阀花键上轴11带动蝶板16旋转,使蝶板16快速关闭。关闭过程中,铜螺母6反向作用力,传递到传动丝杆5上,通过传动丝杆尾套13及尾套螺母16,传递到后挡套14,从而传到箱体15上,使箱15只受到压力,不受拉力。同时蝶阀花键上轴11、下轴是凸轮机构,蝶板16垂直蝶阀花键上轴11、下轴水平移动,开启后蝶板16逐渐接触蝶阀花键11上轴、下轴,蝶板密封面压紧,磨擦消失。随着上轴、下轴的继续旋转,蝶板关闭到位,处于关闭状态。到位后,蝶板17通过蝶阀花键上轴11带动指针旋转,蝶板17从刻度指针显示到位后,静止在阀体内,即使纹流状态也不会松动。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,包括阀体、位于阀体内的蝶板和控制蝶板转动的旋转装置,其特征是:控制蝶板旋转的旋转装置包括手轮、行星齿轮减速装置和设置在箱体内的对开卡环、传动丝杆、与传动丝杆相适配的铜螺母和花键摆板,所述的手轮通过行星齿轮减速装置与传动丝杆连接,传动丝杆前、后端套接对开卡环,对开卡环外部设有前挡套和后挡套,前挡套和后挡套与箱体内壁连接;所述传动丝杆的螺纹部连接铜螺母,铜螺母通过螺母连接板轴用挡圈连接螺母花键摆板连接板的一端,螺母花键摆板连接板的另一端通过花键摆板轴用挡圈连接花键摆板的一端,花键摆板的另一端连接蝶阀花键上轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,其特征是:所述的铜螺母设有个通孔,一个与传动丝杆螺纹连接,另一个套接在铜螺母导向杆上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,其特征是:所述与传动丝杆平行处设有铜螺母导向杆,铜螺母导向杆两端通过螺钉固定在阀体内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,其特征是:后挡套内设有传动丝杆尾套,传动丝杆尾套通过尾套螺母与后挡套连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,其特征是:蝶板的旋转装置上有一个显示蝶板旋转刻度指示牌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀的驱动装置,其特征是:花键上轴和下轴与蝶板连接处是凸轮。
