本发明的目的是提供一种能够自动补偿磨损,保证足够压紧力的自补偿密封圈,包括密封圈本体,密封圈本体的静密封侧开设有储油槽、动密封侧向两侧各设置有两道密封唇边,密封唇边的端部与被密封件抵靠密封,两道密封唇边、密封圈本体以及被密封件外壁吻合成储油腔,密封唇边上套设有胀圈,胀圈胀紧密封唇边的端部压紧被密封件。上述方案中,胀圈具有一定的预伸长量,依靠产生的弹性变形对密封区域产生压紧力,使密封唇边与被密封件更紧密贴合,即使密封唇边有摩擦损耗,胀圈提供的弹力驱使密封唇边发生形变用以磨损产生的间隙,使得密封唇边的端部始终压紧被密封件,杜绝泄露的情况发生。

自补偿密封圈
技术领域
本发明涉及密封技术领域,具体涉及一种自补偿密封圈的结构改进。
背景技术
轮毂电机是近年来研究热度较高的项目,由于安装在汽车轮毂内,电机定、转子之间的密封圈需要起到防止路面积水、杂质进入电机的作用。因为没有油液环境,当车轮转动时,电机定、转子之间的密封圈将直接与被密封面接触,摩擦产生的热量导致密封圈膨胀,与被密封件的接触压力进一步增加,摩擦现象加剧。而且,密封圈是软体材质,与被密封面的相对运动导致密封圈表面磨损,逐渐退化甚至丧失密封能力,严重影响轮毂电机工作可靠性。现有旋转密封多采用单唇形密封圈,依靠旋转轴与密封唇之间的流体形成油膜,既能隔离密封唇与轴表面,避免发生磨损,又能依靠油膜内部的流体动力学压力阻止密封圈两侧流体发生泄漏。但是,对于轮毂电机这种无流体润滑存在的工况,只能依靠密封唇与轴表面的空气形成空气膜,然而,由于空气膜具有很大的可压缩性,在密封区域内很难建膜,所以,经常在密封区域出现混合摩擦状态,导致密封唇在旋转轴高速转动下很快发生磨损。
为了解决上述问题,名称为《一种储油的双唇边密封圈》(申请公布号:CN112113131A)的中国专利申请公开了以下技术方案:如图1所示,包括密封圈本体6及设有密封圈本体6一侧的密封唇边5,密封唇边5设有上下布置的两条,密封圈本体6设有密封唇边5的一侧为动密封侧,另一侧为静密封侧,所述的静密封侧与动密封侧之间设有连通的导油孔。上述方案中,双唇边可实现双向密封,储油腔内可用于储存润滑油,在动密封侧建立油膜,减小被密封件高速接触造成的摩擦磨损。油膜虽然可以减小摩擦损耗问题,但是却不能完全消除摩擦损耗问题,即密封唇边与被密封件长时间接触摩擦,密封唇不可避免的会磨损从而无法对密封区域产生足够压紧力,甚至会产生的间隙,造成泄露的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够自动补偿磨损,保证足够压紧力的自补偿密封圈。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种自补偿密封圈,包括密封圈本体,密封圈本体的静密封侧开设有储油槽、动密封侧向两侧各设置有两道密封唇边,密封唇边的端部与被密封件抵靠密封,两道密封唇边、密封圈本体以及被密封件外壁吻合成储油腔,密封唇边上套设有胀圈,胀圈胀紧密封唇边的端部压紧被密封件。
上述方案中,胀圈具有一定的预伸长量,依靠产生的弹性变形对密封区域产生压紧力,使密封唇边与被密封件更紧密贴合,即使密封唇边有摩擦损耗,胀圈提供的弹力驱使密封唇边发生形变用以磨损产生的间隙,使得密封唇边的端部始终压紧被密封件,杜绝泄露的情况发生。

具体实施方式
为了便于说明,首先有必要对以下几个概念进行定义:所述静密封侧是指密封圈与轴B接触的表面,轴B上开设有安装槽,动密封侧是指密封圈与被密封件A接触的表面。
如图2、图3所示,一种自补偿密封圈,包括密封圈本体10,密封圈本体10的静密封侧开设有储油槽11、动密封侧向两侧各设置有两道密封唇边12,密封唇边12的端部与被密封件A抵靠密封,两道密封唇边12、密封圈本体10以及被密封件A外壁吻合成储油腔13,密封唇边12上套设有胀圈20,胀圈20胀紧密封唇边12的端部压紧被密封件A。密封圈本体10两道密封唇边12的端部与被密封件A接触实现双向密封,储油槽11与外界的供油/脂接口连通,存储有润滑油/脂,润滑油/脂持续地进入储油腔13内,在动密封侧建立油膜,减小被密封件A高速接触造成的摩擦损耗问题,油膜虽然可以减小摩擦损耗问题,但是却不能完全消除摩擦损耗问题,也就是说长期以往,密封唇边12不可避免的会磨损从而无法对密封区域产生足够压紧力,因此在密封唇边12上套设有胀圈20,胀圈20具有一定的预伸长量,依靠产生的弹性变形对密封区域产生压紧力,使密封唇边12与被密封件更紧密贴合,即使密封唇边12有摩擦损耗,胀圈20提供的弹力驱使密封唇边12发生形变用于补偿磨损产生的间隙,使得密封唇边12的端部始终压紧被密封件A,保证密封效果,杜绝泄露的情况发生。
为了安装胀圈20,所述的密封唇边12的悬置端外侧朝向密封圈本体10方向翻设有辅助唇边14,胀圈20设置在密封唇边12与辅助唇边14连接位置处的夹角内。胀圈20卡置在该夹角内,胀圈20不会怎样都不会脱落,而且胀圈20提供的弹力正好作用于密封唇边12的端部,一方面提高密封效果,另一方面延长整个密封圈的使用寿命。
进一步的,密封唇边12与辅助唇边14的夹角为锐角,两侧的密封唇边12与辅助唇边14构成整体呈W形的结构,即呈对称结构,但看密封唇边12的话,呈V形,胀圈20在开口处,这样的结构密封稳定性更好。
为了能够更加可靠的固定胀圈20,密封唇边12与辅助唇边14连接位置处设置有卡槽,卡槽的轮廓与胀圈20的轮廓吻合,这样胀圈20正好卡在卡槽内,杜绝脱落风险。
具体的,所述的胀圈20为弹性金属卡圈,弹性金属卡圈具有预伸长量,依靠产生的弹性变形对密封区域产生压紧力,增强密封唇边12与被密封件A的贴合程度。
密封唇边12与辅助唇边14连接位置处的密封面a为平面,增强密封唇边12与被密封件A的贴合程度。
为了实现储油槽11中的润滑油/脂能够持续的进入储油腔13内,所述的储油槽11和储油腔13均为连续的环形槽状,且储油槽11的槽底上开设有连通储油腔13的过油孔15。
进一步的,所述的过油孔15沿槽底的圆周方向均匀、间隔布置有多个,这样储油槽11能够在圆周方向均匀的进入储油腔13内,进而保证动密封侧油膜的均匀性。
如图所示,这里的所述的静密封侧包含3个表面,静密封侧的储油槽11与轴B上的安装槽位置对应,且安装槽的轴向尺寸小于静密封侧密封圈本体10的轴向尺寸,这样可保证本实施例在安装后存在一定的预压缩量,能够使静密封侧与安装槽紧密贴合,既可以提升静密封性能,又能增加静密封侧与安装槽之间的静摩擦力,防止二者之间出现相对滑动。

Claims (9)

1.一种自补偿密封圈,包括密封圈本体(10),密封圈本体(10)的静密封侧开设有储油槽(11)、动密封侧向两侧各设置有两道密封唇边(12),密封唇边(12)的端部与被密封件(A)抵靠密封,两道密封唇边(12)、密封圈本体(10)以及被密封件(A)外壁吻合成储油腔(13),其特征在于:密封唇边(12)上套设有胀圈(20),胀圈(20)胀紧密封唇边(12)的端部压紧被密封件(A)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:所述的密封唇边(12)的悬置端外侧朝向密封圈本体(10)方向翻设有辅助唇边(14),胀圈(20)设置在密封唇边(12)与辅助唇边(14)连接位置处的夹角内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:密封唇边(12)与辅助唇边(14)的夹角为锐角,两侧的密封唇边(12)与辅助唇边(14)构成整体呈W形的结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:密封唇边(12)与辅助唇边(14)连接位置处设置有卡槽,卡槽的轮廓与胀圈(20)的轮廓吻合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:所述的胀圈(20)为弹性金属卡圈,弹性金属卡圈具有预伸长量。
6.根据权利要求2所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:密封唇边(12)与辅助唇边(14)连接位置处的密封面(a)为平面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:所述的储油槽(11)和储油腔(13)均为连续的环形槽状,且储油槽(11)的槽底上开设有连通储油腔(13)的过油孔(15)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:所述的过油孔(15)沿槽底的圆周方向均匀、间隔布置有多个。
9.根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封圈,其特征在于:所述的静密封侧包含3个表面,静密封侧的储油槽(11)与轴B上的安装槽位置对应,且安装槽的轴向尺寸小于静密封侧密封圈本体(10)的轴向尺寸。
