The second conveying belt 21 conveys the material block storage disc 3 with discharged material blocks to the left, and then the manipulator 4 drives the suction mechanism to grab the material blocks, so that the material blocks are far away from operators to grab the material blocks, and the operators are prevented from falling and injuring the operators.
As shown in fig. 1, the suction mechanism comprises a mounting frame 23 and a second suction cup 24, the mounting frame 23 is connected with the output end of the manipulator 4, and the second suction cup 24 is fixed at the lower end of the mounting frame 23; a negative pressure pump is arranged in the mounting frame 23, and negative pressure is generated at the second suction cup 24 through the negative pressure pump.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, positioning posts 25 are disposed on two sides of the mounting frame 23, positioning grooves 26 are disposed on two sides of the block storage tray 3, and the positioning posts 25 are engaged with the positioning grooves 26, so that the second suction cup 24 can be engaged with the block storage tray 3 with accurate positioning.
As shown in fig. 1, the blocking plates 27 for positioning the end parts of the material blocks are arranged in the block storage tray 3, the blocking plates are symmetrically distributed from side to side, the gaps between the blocking plates are just the width of the material blocks, and the positions of the end parts of the material blocks are positioned through the blocking plates and the inner wall of the block storage tray 3, so that the gaps between the material blocks are ensured to be staggered.
