本发明属于针织物结构技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种立体针织物及生产工艺。
背景技术
针织物是指用织针将纱线构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成的织物,通用布料织物是其中一种,可以被广泛的应用于多场景中,具有遮阳隔热和调节光线的功能;基于现有技术,现有的针织物布料,尤其是应用于遮挡环境中,在长时间使用时容易积灰,大都需人员手持物件对本体进行反复拍打才能将积灰清洁去除,反复多次的拍打动作,较为费力繁琐,再者,由于竖向的顶端部分较高,不方便拍打,间接影响清洁不全面的问题,此外在拆卸织物本体清洗时,大都需登高操作,拆卸操作较为不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种立体针织物及生产工艺,以解决现有的针织物布料,尤其是应用于遮挡环境中,在长时间使用时容易积灰,大都需人员手持物件对本体进行反复拍打才能将积灰清洁去除,反复多次的拍打动作,较为费力繁琐,再者,由于竖向的顶端部分较高,不方便拍打,间接影响清洁不全面的问题,此外在拆卸织物本体清洗时,大都需登高操作,拆卸操作较为不便的问题。
本发明一种立体针织物及生产工艺的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种立体针织物及生产工艺,包括:外层布料组;所述外层布料组包括布环,所述外层布料组的面料为纯棉编织而成,面料为60支,细腻且薄,且外层布料组内侧布面的顶端部分上等距间隔缝制编织有一排布环,此一排布环上挂撑有一处内侧布料组;四排所述装饰条与外层布料组互相间隔,其之间具有间距,且内侧布面上的两排装饰条上均设置有印花;四排所述装饰条上均开设有一处布缝,且皮筋穿过此布缝向外拉伸,四排装饰条上的布缝方便伸入双手对皮筋进行撕扯拽拉;所述内侧布料组包括金属挂钩,所述内侧布料组的面料为纯棉编织而成,面料为30支,且内侧布料组的最顶端等距间隔固定有一排金属挂钩,一排金属挂钩对应与一排布环钩挂配合;所述外层布料组的最顶端缝制有一排挂环组,此一排挂环组用于挂置遮挡物,且外层布料组的内外两面上呈上下对应缝制有四排等距间隔的装饰条;所述外层布料组还包括皮筋,所述外层布料组的内外两面上呈上下对应连接有四排等距间隔的皮筋;固定贴,所述外层布料组内侧布面的最顶端部分上等距间隔缝制编织有一排固定贴;四排所述皮筋遮挡隐藏位于四处装饰条的内侧,其中内侧上部的一排皮筋首端与一排挂环组的尾端段连接固定在一起;所述挂环组包括定位贴,一排所述挂环组的首端直接与外层布料组外侧布面的顶端部分缝制连接在一起,且一排挂环组的尾端连接设置有一排方形定位贴;一排所述固定贴与一排定位贴通过魔术贴粘黏固定在一起,一排固定贴与一排定位贴可活动拆卸分离,这为一排挂环组的打开以及织物本体的站地取卸提供了便利;所述内侧布料组的内部中间层中填充有一层2mm的保温海绵,此保温海绵层的正反两面与内侧布料组之间布设有呈经纬编织的凯夫拉纤维网(芳纶-1414);包括外层布料组的面料制备工艺及内侧布料组的制备工艺,外层布料组的面料生产包括以下的工艺步骤:

02.纺纱,将以上原料首先纺成为600~850捻/m、S捻向的单束绢纱,然后再聚合绢纱,然后再合股成捻度为650~7450捻/m、Z捻向的115支双股绢纱;
03.烧毛,将以上纱线用烧毛机进行去毛,去除多余的毛羽;
04.编制,将以上烧毛后的纱线为原料纱线,并用针织机生产绢丝针织物,编织密度系数为0.95~1.05mm;
内侧布料组的面料生产包括以下的工艺步骤:
01.首先,将两处凯夫拉纤维网分别贴附于保温海绵层的正反两面上;
02.然后将两片用于制造内侧布料组的面料与保温海绵层的正反两面贴靠配合;
03.最后将两片织物本体面料以及保温海绵层缝制在一起形成完整的内侧布料组,将制备好的内侧布料组及外层布料组单独归纳进行后续工艺处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明中,通过双手内外扯拉四排皮筋,可使内外对应的两处皮筋回弹振荡较为全面彻底的去除外层布料组上的积灰,使织物本体的去灰清洁操作方便快捷;
2、通过内侧上部的一排皮筋,可大力拽拉将定位贴与固定贴撕扯分离将挂环组打开,使人员站立地面上就可将一排挂环组打开,省去人员登高脱钩一排挂环组才能将织物本体取下的麻烦,使织物本体的取卸操作简单省力;
3、四处装饰条印有花样有助于提升织物本体织物的美观性,且四处装饰条并非直接吸附贴靠于外层布料组上,其与外层布料组之间保持有间隔空间,能够营造丰富的立体观赏效果,进一步提升了织物本体织物的美观性,且四排装饰条可将四排皮筋遮挡隐藏,避免影响织物本体织物的视觉统一性;
4、在冬天通过一排布环可加装挂撑较厚的内侧布料组,提升织物本体织物整体的保温性能,适用冬天低温的环境,扩展了织物本体织物的功能,使其应用较为广泛。

实施例一:如附图1至附图9所示:外层布料组1;外层布料组1包括布环101,外层布料组1的面料为纯棉编织而成,面料为60支,细腻且薄,且外层布料组1内侧布面的顶端部分上等距间隔缝制编织有一排布环101,此一排布环101上挂撑有一处内侧布料组4;外层布料组1的最顶端缝制有一排挂环组2,此一排挂环组2用于挂置遮挡物,且外层布料组1的内外两面上呈上下对应缝制有四排等距间隔的装饰条3;挂环组2包括定位贴201,一排挂环组2的首端直接与外层布料组1外侧布面的顶端部分缝制连接在一起,且一排挂环组2的尾端连接设置有一排方形定位贴201;一排固定贴103与一排定位贴201通过魔术贴粘黏固定在一起;

Claims (10)

1.一种立体针织物及生产工艺,立体针织物其特征在于:包括:外层布料组;所述外层布料组包括布环,所述外层布料组的面料为纯棉编织而成,面料为60支,且外层布料组内侧布面的顶端部分上等距间隔缝制编织有一排布环,一排布环上挂撑有一处内侧布料组;
所述外层布料组的最顶端缝制有一排挂环组,一排挂环组用于挂置遮挡物,且外层布料组的内外两面上呈上下对应缝制有四排等距间隔的装饰条。
2.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:所述外层布料组的内外两面上呈上下对应连接有四排等距间隔的皮筋;
还包括有固定贴,所述外层布料组内侧布面的最顶端部分上等距间隔缝制编织有一排固定贴。
3.如权利要求2所述立体针织物,其特征在于:四排所述皮筋遮挡隐藏位于四处装饰条的内侧,其中内侧上部的一排皮筋首端与一排挂环组的尾端段连接固定在一起。
4.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:所述挂环组包括定位贴,一排所述挂环组的首端直接与外层布料组外侧布面的顶端部分缝制连接在一起,且一排挂环组的尾端连接设置有一排方形定位贴。
5.如权利要求2所述立体针织物,其特征在于:一排所述固定贴与一排定位贴通过魔术贴粘黏固定在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:四排所述装饰条与外层布料组互相间隔,其之间具有间距,且内侧布面上的两排装饰条上均设置有印花。
7.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:四排所述装饰条上均开设有一处布缝,且皮筋穿过此布缝向外拉伸。
8.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:所述内侧布料组包括金属挂钩,所述内侧布料组的面料为纯棉编织而成,面料为30支,且内侧布料组的最顶端等距间隔固定有一排金属挂钩,一排金属挂钩对应与一排布环钩挂配合。
9.如权利要求1所述立体针织物,其特征在于:所述内侧布料组的内部中间层中填充有一层2mm的保温海绵,此保温海绵层的正反两面与内侧布料组之间布设有呈经纬编织的凯夫拉纤维网。
10.如权利要求1-9任一所述的立体针织物的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括外层布料组的面料制备工艺及内侧布料组的制备工艺,外层布料组的面料生产包括以下的工艺步骤:
01.原料精选,采用规格为6~9CM的纤维丝并经脱胶处理后、含丝胶量<5.5%的棉条为原料;
02.纺纱,将以上原料首先纺成为600~850捻/m、S捻向的单束绢纱,然后再聚合绢纱,然后再合股成捻度为650~7450捻/m、Z捻向的115支双股绢纱;
03.烧毛,将以上纱线用烧毛机进行去毛,去除多余的毛羽;
04.编制,将以上烧毛后的纱线为原料纱线,并用针织机生产绢丝针织物,编织密度系数为0.95~1.05mm;
内侧布料组的面料生产包括以下的工艺步骤:
01.首先,将两处凯夫拉纤维网分别贴附于保温海绵层的正反两面上;
02.然后将两片用于制造内侧布料组的面料与保温海绵层的正反两面贴靠配合;
03.最后将两片织物本体面料以及保温海绵层缝制在一起形成完整的内侧布料组,将制备好的内侧布料组及外层布料组单独归纳进行后续工艺处理。
