the cleaning mechanism comprises a fixed pipe (4), a fixed ring (5), a lifting pipe (6), a connecting ball (7), a first one-way valve (8), a second one-way valve (9), a filter screen (10) and four reset components, wherein a mounting hole is formed in the top plate (1), the fixed pipe (4) is vertically arranged, the top end of the fixed pipe (4) is inserted into the mounting hole, the fixed pipe (4) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the mounting hole, each roller (3) is uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the fixed pipe (4) as the central circumferential direction, the lifting pipe (6) and the fixed pipe (4) are coaxially arranged with the fixed pipe (4), the fixed ring (5) is positioned in the fixed pipe (4), the fixed ring (5) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the fixed pipe (4), the distance between the plane where the top of the fixed ring (5) and the top plate (1) is larger than the ball diameter of the connecting ball (7), the lifting pipe (6) penetrates through the fixing ring (5), the lifting pipe (6) slides and is connected with the fixing ring (5) in a sealing mode, the ball center of the connecting ball (7) is located on the axis of the lifting pipe (6), the ball diameter of the connecting ball (7) is smaller than the inner diameter of the fixing pipe (4), the connecting ball (7) is arranged on the top end of the lifting pipe (6) in a sealing mode, the connecting ball (7) is located above the top plate (1), the first check valve (8) is installed in the lifting pipe (6), the second check valve (9) and the filter screen (10) are installed in the fixing pipe (4), the first check valve (8) and the filter screen (10) are located below the lifting pipe (6), four air holes are formed in the lifting pipe (6), the air holes and the reset assembly correspond to the idler wheels (3) one by one, and are located between the connecting ball (7) and the first check valve (8), the air hole is positioned above the top plate (1), the reset assembly is arranged at the bottom of the fixing ring (5), and the reset assembly is connected with the lifting pipe (6);
