Abstract
一种粒状碳酸气肥及其制造方法,其成分为轻质碳酸钙、硫酸铵、硫磺、稀土原料和粘合剂,其制法为将上述四种成分分别粉碎过筛并按比例混配、制粒,其优点是配方独特,制法简单合理,使用方便。将本气肥用于黄瓜和稻谷可大幅度增产。
Description
本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂及其制造方法,特别是一种粒状碳酸气肥及其制造方法。
目前,采用碳酸盐与稀盐酸反应制造气肥,方法1是把碳酸盐放入搪瓷或塑料盆中,然后向盆中注入稀盐酸。该方法的缺点是:1)碳酸气放出速度较快;2)需要定时专人操作;3)劳动强度大;4)所需时间长;5)劳动环境差。方法2是采用钢瓶放出碳酸气。该方法的缺点是:1)投资大;2)劳动强度大;3)所需劳力多;4)需要定时专人操作。这两种方法都不适用于稻田施用。
本发明的任务在于发明一种粒状碳酸气肥及其制造方法,这种气肥可以弥补上述产品的缺点并可适合于稻田应用。
本发明的任务可以通过下述方案来实现:
本发明的成份有轻质碳酸钙或碳酸镁、硫酸铵或磷酸铵、硫磺、稀土原料、粘合剂。其制做方法为:将上述前四种成份分别粉碎、过筛备用,需用60--150目筛。然后按比例混配,并在混料机内充分搅拌混合,其混配比例为碳酸钙或碳酸镁0.2--0.4、硫酸铵或磷酸铵0.3--0.4、硫磺0.1--0.2、稀土原料0.1,把混合好的物料通过皮带传送到造粒机中进行造粒,同时添加粘合剂,本粘合剂不包括水剂之类的和对植物生长有害的有机物质粘合剂。
本发明的产品形状为圆柱形、方柱形、菱形柱形、圆球形或椭圆形。
本发明的优点是:配方独特,制方简单合理,使用方便。将其使用在大棚黄瓜上每亩使用量在8000克,可使大棚内产生碳酸气浓度达2900ppm以上,可使黄瓜叶片厚,叶色深、消除烂瓜现象并且大幅度提高产量。将其使用在稻田上,在插秧、育苗过程中应用,可有效地增加种子的发芽率,使稻子成活率可达到100%。
下面将结合实际对本发明做进一步地详细说明。
将准备好的轻质碳酸钙、硫酸铵、硫磺、稀土原料分别粉碎,用60--150目筛过筛,然后按碳酸钙0.3、硫酸铵0.4、硫磺0.1、稀土原料0.1比例混配且搅拌均匀,使其充分混合,把混合好的物料添加粘合剂在造粒机中造粒,其颗粒大小为5×10mm圆柱,分袋封装就制出了本发明。其包装袋为双层塑料袋。
使用时,根据不同作物的生长期、按气肥用量洒在地里即可。
Claims (4)
1、一种粒状碳酸气肥,其特征在于其颗粒形状为:圆柱形、方柱形、菱形柱形、圆球形或椭圆形,其成份有轻质碳酸钙或碳酸镁、硫酸铵或磷酸铵、硫磺、稀土原料和粘合剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气肥,其特征在于其颗粒大小为5×10mm圆柱。
3、一种制造粒状碳酸气肥的方法,其特征在于其配比为:轻质碳酸钙或碳酸镁0.2--0.4、硫酸铵或磷酸铵0.3--0.4、硫磺0.1--0.2、稀土原料0.1、粘合剂;其制做方法为前四种成份分别粉碎、过筛,需用60--150目筛,然后混合并搅拌均匀,把混合好的物料通过皮带传送到造粒机中在无水剂存在下进行造粒同时添加粘合剂。
4、根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于其配比为:轻质碳酸钙0.3、硫酸铵0.4、硫磺0.1、稀土原料0.1、加少量粘合剂。
