When moving the cigarettes to the collecting hopper 4 direction through the manipulator 7, the pneumatic suction cup 52 is fixed below the driving arm 51, and the driving arm 51 is fixed on the piston rod of the fourth control cylinder 50, when the piston rod of the fourth control cylinder 50 is controlled to stretch, the driving arm 51 and the pneumatic suction cup 52 can be driven to control up and down, the pneumatic suction cup 52 can be far away from the fourth control cylinder 50 through the driving arm 51, and the fourth control cylinder 50 can rotate on the base 42 through the rotating mechanism 53, so that the pneumatic suction cup 52 can rotate and displace through the rotating mechanism 53 after grabbing the cigarettes, and the specific embodiment is as follows: when the manipulator 7 is in a state of grabbing, a piston rod of the fourth control cylinder 50 is in an extending state, the distance between the pneumatic suction cup 52 and the base 42 is greater than the height of the cigarettes, when the second control cylinder 16 pushes the cigarettes to the bottom and contracts and resets, the fourth control cylinder 50 starts to contract, the pneumatic suction cup 52 moves downwards to contact with the top surface of the upper shell of the divided cigarettes and adsorb and grab the cigarettes under negative pressure, then the rotating mechanism 53 rotates outwards and extends out through the piston rod of the fourth control cylinder 50 to move the cigarettes towards the collecting hopper 4, so that the upper part and the lower part of the shell of the cigarettes are unfolded, when 10 packets of cigarettes in the packaging shell automatically drop into the collecting hopper 4 according to gravity in the outward rotating process of the cigarettes, the cigarettes are automatically separated from the packaging shell, meanwhile, in order to avoid the cigarettes adhering to the packaging shell, after the pneumatic suction cup 52 is positioned on the collecting hopper 4, the rapid lifting of the fourth control cylinder 50 can also form a shaking effect, so that the cigarettes can effectively fall out of the packaging shell.
Meanwhile, the rotating mechanism 53 includes an angle rotating motor 44 disposed below the base 42, a rotating shaft 48 disposed between the angle rotating motor 44 and the fourth control cylinder 50, and a bearing seat 49 disposed between the rotating shaft 48 and the base 42, and the fourth control cylinder 50 rotates by the rotation of the rotating shaft 48 driven by the angle rotating motor 44.
When the fourth control cylinder 50 is rotated by the rotating mechanism 53, the fourth control cylinder 50 is firstly controlled by the angle rotating motor 44, so that the fourth control cylinder 50 can rotate at any angle, the control is more convenient, the angle rotating motor 44 and the fourth control cylinder 50 are connected through the rotating shaft 48, the rotating shaft 48 is connected with the bearing seat 49 between the base 42, the rotating shaft 48 can rotate more flexibly, and the fourth control cylinder 50 can rotate more conveniently.
The further improvement is that the collecting hopper 4 comprises a tobacco pipe 5 for placing single cigarette packs and a shell 6 for placing cigarette packaging shells, and the cigarettes grabbed by the pneumatic suction cups 52 are rotated to the position above the tobacco pipe 5 to drop and store the single cigarette packs, and then the packaging shells are rotated to the position above the shell 6 to be discarded.
Because the collecting hopper 4 comprises a tobacco pipe 5 for placing single cigarette packs and a shell pipe 6 for placing cigarette packaging shells, when cigarettes rotate through the pneumatic suction cups 52, the cigarettes can fall into the tobacco pipe 5 to be collected, and when the cigarette packaging shells without the cigarettes rotate to the position above the shell pipe 6 through the rotating mechanism 53, the pneumatic suction cups 52 are loosened to be collected, so that the whole cigarette can be automatically separated from the shell through the rotating mechanism 53 in the rotating process, an operator does not need to pick up the shell manually any more, and even if the cigarettes with single cigarette packs fall into the shell pipe 6 occasionally, the working efficiency is not influenced any more.
The further improvement is that, the transverse cutting mechanism 3 comprises a limiting block 36 arranged at the discharge end of the knife rest body 11, a second knife body 34 arranged on the limiting block 36, a sliding block 8 arranged at the bottom of the limiting block 36, and a first control cylinder 33 arranged at the lower end of the base 42 and used for controlling the sliding block 8 in a front-back manner, wherein the sliding block 8 and the limiting block 36 are arranged in an L shape, the base 42 is provided with a sliding groove 2, the sliding block 8 is arranged in the sliding groove 2 in a sliding manner, a first point contact switch 35 is arranged at the inner side of the limiting block 36, the first control cylinder 33 is pushed forward by the contact of the first point contact switch 35, the base 42 is further provided with a second point contact switch 15 used for controlling the contraction of the first control cylinder 33, and the first control cylinder 33 is contracted and reset after being contacted with the push plate 14 through the second point contact switch 15.
When the cigarette is cut by the transverse cutting mechanism 3, the limit block 36 is arranged on the base 42 in a sliding manner through the slide block 8, and the limit block 36 blocks the discharge end of the limit groove 9, when the cigarette is moved to one end to be contacted with the limit block 36 by the propelling mechanism 17, the first control cylinder 33 drives the limit block 36 and the slide block 8 to rapidly slide to one side by the cigarette after the cigarette props against the first touch switch 35, so that the second cutter body 34 on the limit block 36 realizes the cutting of the cigarette, and when the limit block 36 moves to one side, the discharge end of the limit groove 9 is just opened, meanwhile, the slide groove 2 on the base 42 is filled through the slide block 8, so that the cigarette can smoothly move forwards in the propelling process, because the first touch switch 35 only sends out an extending instruction to the first control cylinder 33, the limit block 36 cannot shrink in the cigarette moving forwards, can effectually avoid stopper 36 to produce the striking to cigarette, and adopt the point touch control, can make its accurate degree of cutting when the cutting higher, and to the shrink control of first control cylinder 33 then control through the second point touch switch 15 with the push pedal 14 contact after reseing, can guarantee that stopper 36 security is better when the shrink, and to the cutting control process of whole horizontal cutting mechanism 3, single-file control mode, can avoid stopper 36 striking cigarette or operating personnel's phenomenon to appear, and adopt automatic control, it is more convenient to make people when the operation, need not to carry out solitary key control, the security is also higher.

Because the side edge of some cigarette packaging cases is irregular, if a structure with two perpendicular surfaces is adopted, cigarettes are not accurately cut at 1/2 when being cut, therefore, a groove 10 penetrating through a limiting groove 9 is arranged on the inner side of a knife rest body 11, so that the cigarettes can realize the purposes of left-right limiting and up-down limiting in the pushing process, the irregular side surfaces are corrected, the cigarettes are accurately separated when being cut by a first knife body 1, and because the width of the limiting groove 9 is consistent with the width of the cigarettes, in order to avoid the problem that one end cannot enter the limiting groove 9 in the pushing process by a pushing mechanism 17, an inclined guide surface 12 is respectively formed at the feeding end of the knife rest body 11, the feeding end of the limiting groove 9 between two knife rest bodies 11 forms a horn-shaped opening structure through the guide surface 12, so that the cigarettes can be automatically corrected and classified in the advancing process.
