OH) scavenging experiment and the superoxide anion (O2-. are carried out according to the activity measurement of the dendrobium huoshanense, specifically see the experimental examples 1-5:
experimental example 1
Weighing 20 g of pregelatinized starch, 5 g of lactose, 0.5 g of citric acid, 3.5 g of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 30 g of microcrystalline cellulose and 1.0 g of magnesium stearate, respectively adding 20 g, 30 g, 40 g, 50 g and 60 g of dendrobium huoshanense extract as comparative examples 1-5, and carrying out sensory evaluation on the dendrobium huoshanense chewable tablets prepared in the comparative examples 1-5, wherein the sensory evaluation results are shown in a table 3:
TABLE 3
The added amount of the extract per gram Taste and flavor Hardness of Tissue state Total score
20 3 4 2 9
30 6 5 5 16
40 8 7 8 23
50 8 7 7 22
60 7 8 6 21
The influence of the addition amount of the dendrobium huoshanense extract on the quality of the dendrobium huoshanense chewable tablet is analyzed by table 3, and when the addition amount of the dendrobium huoshanense extract is 20 g and 30 g, the chewable tablet is loose in texture and poor in taste and flavor; when the adding amount of the dendrobium officinale extract in the Huoshan is 40 g, the chewable tablet is compact in texture and good in taste and flavor; but when the content is increased to 50 g and 60 g, the chewable tablets have no obvious difference and have poor flavor, so the optimal addition amount of the dendrobium huoshanense extract is 40 g.
Experimental example 2
Weighing 20 g of pregelatinized starch, 5 g of lactose, 3.5 g of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 30 g of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.0 g of magnesium stearate and 40 g of dendrobium huoshanense extract, respectively adding 0.5 g, 1 g and 1.5 g of citric acid as comparative examples 6-8, and carrying out sensory evaluation on the dendrobium huoshanense chewable tablets prepared in comparative examples 6-8, wherein the sensory evaluation results are shown in table 4:
TABLE 4
Citric acid addition/g Mouthfeel (acidity)
0.5 Has good taste and acidity
1.0 Basically harmonious sour and sweet and strong sour taste
1.5 Over-obvious sour taste and over-high acidity
As can be seen from table 4, since the taste and acidity were better when the amount of citric acid added was 0.5 g, the optimum amount of citric acid was determined to be 0.5 g.
Experimental example 3

TABLE 5
Magnesium stearate/g Radius of cone/cm Height/cm of cone Average angle of repose/(°)
0.5 5.03 2.47 28.4
1.0 5.43 2.17 22.6
1.5 5.53 2.17 22.3
As can be seen from Table 5, as the amount of magnesium stearate as a lubricant is increased, the angle of repose gradually decreases, but when the amount of magnesium stearate is increased to 1 g, the angle of repose is 22.6 degrees, and the decrease in the angle of repose is insignificant when the amount of magnesium stearate added is increased, so that the amount of magnesium stearate is finally determined to be 1 g, taking the test requirements and the production cost into consideration.
Experimental example 4

D=[(Ao-As)]/Ao×100%,
in the formula, D is the clearance rate of free radicals, Ao is the absorbance of a blank tube, and As is the absorbance after the dendrobium huoshanense chewable tablet solution is added.
Experimental example 5

The clearance was calculated as follows.
Clearance (%) ([ Ao- (A-As) ]/Ax100
In the formula: ao is the absorbance of the sample solution replaced by distilled water;
a is the absorbance of the sample set;
as is the absorbance of the sample solution itself, and distilled water is used to replace the absorbance of pyrogallol.
The process is simple and convenient, the practicability is strong, and according to the optimal formula: 20% of pregelatinized starch, 5% of lactose, 0.5% of acidity regulator, 3.5% of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 30% of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.0% of lubricant and 40% of dendrobium huoshanense extract, and the prepared dendrobium huoshanense chewable tablet is proper in sweetness and sourness, smooth and fine in mouth and strong in chewiness; also has good antioxidant activity.
