The assisting mechanism comprises a first fixing plate 22 and a second fixing plate 2201, the first fixing plate 22 and the second fixing plate 2201 are both fixedly connected to the outer wall of the base 1, a seventh rotating shaft 23 is rotatably connected to the first fixing plate 22, a fifth bevel gear 2301, a fourth pulley 2302 and a second fan blade 2303 are fixedly connected to the seventh rotating shaft 23, an eighth rotating shaft 24 is rotatably connected to the second fixing plate 2201, and a sixth bevel gear 2401 and a third fan blade 2402 are fixedly connected to the eighth rotating shaft 24.
