本发明公开了一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸及其制备方法,墙纸包括原纸基底,所述原纸基底顶部粘接有吸附层,且吸附层顶部粘接有无纺布层;墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将多层原纸相互粘接形成的原纸基底发送至生产装置内,原纸宽度约为565MM,基重为100g,横向浸水伸长率不大于百分之1.5。本发明通过由经炭纤维和纬炭纤维相互间隔交织形成的吸附层能够抗菌、除臭和吸甲醛的作用,且由经棉纤维和纬棉纤维相互紧密交织形成保温层能够使得墙体的保温隔热效果更好;通过无纺布层和涂料层能够提高墙纸的耐磨性和阻燃性能,通过硅胶电热片能够加热除潮湿,避免墙纸长时间使用后产生霉菌,通过粘接的活性炭板,方便对装饰件进行拆卸更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙纸领域,尤其涉及一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸也称为壁纸,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。材质不局限于纸,也包含其他材料。壁纸分为很多类,如覆膜壁纸、涂布壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。具有一定的强度、韧度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能。
但是当前市场使用的墙纸多不具备抗菌、除臭和吸甲醛的功能,而抗菌、除臭和吸甲醛一般需要利用活性炭进行吸附,但是在长期使用过程中活性炭会失去原有的吸附作用,且墙纸在使用过程中易潮湿发霉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,包括原纸基底,所述原纸基底顶部粘接有吸附层,且吸附层顶部粘接有无纺布层,所述无纺布层顶部涂有涂料层,且无纺布层顶部粘接有若干个均匀分布的硅胶电热片,所述硅胶电热片粘接固定有装饰件,且装饰件包括活性炭板和装饰贴,所述装饰贴粘贴在活性炭板顶部,所述吸附层包括经炭纤维和纬炭纤维,且吸附层由经炭纤维和纬炭纤维相互间隔交织形成,所述吸附层形成有若干个均匀分布的空隙,且空隙内壁通过纱线缝制有保温层。
优选地,所述保温层包括经棉纤维和纬棉纤维,且保温层由经棉纤维和纬棉纤维相互紧密交织形成。
优选地,所述无纺布层包括短涤纶纤维和长涤纶纤维,且无纺布层3由短涤纶纤维和长涤纶纤维经过热粘形成纤网结构。
优选地,所述涂料层包括PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂,且PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂通过比例100:60:75::3:15:12:12混合制成涂料。

S1:将多层原纸相互粘接形成的原纸基底发送至生产装置内,原纸宽度约为565MM,基重为100g,横向浸水伸长率不大于百分之1.5;
S2:将原纸基底顶部涂抹粘连剂,并将吸附层粘连在原纸基底1 顶部;
S3:将吸附层顶部涂抹粘连剂,并将无纺布层粘连吸附层顶部;
S4:将由PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂通过比例100:60:75::3:15:12:12混合制成涂料,利用涂布刀均匀的涂在无纺布层顶部;
S5:利用加热器,通过热风循环系统对涂料层进行干燥处理;
S6:利用风冷系统的循环冷却水通过冷却托锟对墙纸进行冷却处理;
S7:采用不同图案的印刷轮和循环油墨,在墙纸表面印刷不同的壁纸图案;
S8:再利用加热器,通过热风循环系统对墙纸表面每次印刷的壁纸图案进行干燥处理;
S9:利用陶瓷和石英管制成的加热面罩对墙纸进行加热,使其软化,再通过压花轮压迫墙纸形成相应的压花纹路;
S10:再一次通过利用风冷系统的循环冷却水通过冷却托锟对墙纸进行冷却处理;
S11:在压花纹路上涂抹粘连剂,并将与之纹路一致的硅胶电热片粘在压花纹路上,再将纹路一致的活性炭板粘连在硅胶电热片顶部。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过由经炭纤维和纬炭纤维相互间隔交织形成的吸附层能够抗菌、除臭和吸甲醛的作用,且利用由经棉纤维和纬棉纤维相互紧密交织形成保温层能够使得墙体的保温隔热效果更好;
2、通过无纺布层和涂料层能够提高墙纸的耐磨性和阻燃性能,通过硅胶电热片能够加热除潮湿,避免墙纸长时间使用后产生霉菌,通过粘接的活性炭板和装饰贴,方便对装饰件进行拆卸更换。

1.一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,包括原纸基底(1),其特征在于,所述原纸基底(1)顶部粘接有吸附层(2),且吸附层(2)顶部粘接有无纺布层(3),所述无纺布层(3)顶部涂有涂料层(4),且无纺布层(3)顶部粘接有若干个均匀分布的硅胶电热片(13),所述硅胶电热片(13)粘接固定有装饰件(5),且装饰件(5)包括活性炭板(6)和装饰贴(7),所述装饰贴(7)粘贴在活性炭板(6)顶部,所述吸附层(2)包括经炭纤维(9)和纬炭纤维(8),且吸附层(2)由经炭纤维(9)和纬炭纤维(8)相互间隔交织形成,所述吸附层(2)形成有若干个均匀分布的空隙,且空隙内壁通过纱线缝制有保温层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,其特征在于,所述保温层(10)包括经棉纤维(11)和纬棉纤维(12),且保温层(10)由经棉纤维(11)和纬棉纤维(12)相互紧密交织形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,其特征在于,所述无纺布层(3)包括短涤纶纤维和长涤纶纤维,且无纺布层(3)由短涤纶纤维和长涤纶纤维经过热粘形成纤网结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,其特征在于,所述涂料层(4)包括PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂,且PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂通过比例100:60:75::3:15:12:12混合制成涂料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,其特征在于,所述活性炭板(6)底部涂有粘连剂,且活性炭板(6)底部通过粘连剂粘在硅胶电热片(13)顶部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸,其特征在于,所述原纸基底(1)包括多层原纸,且原纸基底(1)有由多层原纸相互粘接形成。
7.一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将多层原纸相互粘接形成的原纸基底(1)发送至生产装置内,原纸宽度约为565MM,基重为100g,横向浸水伸长率不大于百分之1.5;
S2:将原纸基底(1)顶部涂抹粘连剂,并将吸附层(2)粘连在原纸基底(1)顶部;
S3:将吸附层(2)顶部涂抹粘连剂,并将无纺布层(3)粘连吸附层(2)顶部;
S4:将由PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、安定剂、钛白粉、降粘剂和阻燃剂通过比例100:60:75::3:15:12:12混合制成涂料,利用涂布刀均匀的涂在无纺布层(3)顶部;
S5:利用加热器,通过热风循环系统对涂料层(4)进行干燥处理;
S6:利用风冷系统的循环冷却水通过冷却托锟对墙纸进行冷却处理;
S7:采用不同图案的印刷轮和循环油墨,在墙纸表面印刷不同的壁纸图案;
S8:再利用加热器,通过热风循环系统对墙纸表面每次印刷的壁纸图案进行干燥处理;
S9:利用陶瓷和石英管制成的加热面罩对墙纸进行加热,使其软化,再通过压花轮压迫墙纸形成相应的压花纹路;
S10:再一次通过利用风冷系统的循环冷却水通过冷却托锟对墙纸进行冷却处理;
S11:在压花纹路上涂抹粘连剂,并将与之纹路一致的硅胶电热片(13)粘在压花纹路上,再将纹路一致的活性炭板(6)粘连在硅胶电热片(13)顶部。
