Abstract
The invention relates to an active air inlet grille structure of an automobile, which comprises an active air inlet grille body arranged between a front bumper and a front end frame of the automobile; an air inlet channel is arranged at the upper part of the front end frame, and a one-way valve is arranged at the outlet of the air inlet channel; the method is characterized in that: the active air inlet grille body comprises a reinforcing rib arranged in the middle, a lower blade arranged below the reinforcing rib, an upper blade arranged above the reinforcing rib, and a flow guide structure arranged above the upper blade; the air guide plates are arranged at two sides of the active air inlet grille body, and a plurality of fixing structures are arranged at the rear of the active air inlet grille body; the active air inlet grille body is connected to the front end frame in a positioning mode through a plurality of fixing structures, and the flow guide structures are correspondingly matched with air inlet channels on the front end frame. The invention can realize air inlet partition, improve the air inlet utilization rate and smooth air flow, reduce the cabin temperature, and avoid the condition of reduced performance of a cooling system caused by cabin thermal reflux.

The invention relates to an automobile engine, in particular to an automobile active air inlet grille structure, and especially relates to an automobile active air inlet grille structure with a rear engine.
Background
The active air inlet grille (Active Grille Shutter, AGS) is a device which is arranged between the front protective grille and the cooling module of the automobile, and can automatically adjust the opening of the active air inlet grille and control the cooling air flow entering quantity of the engine cabin according to the running state of the automobile (such as signals of engine air inlet temperature, water temperature, ambient temperature and the like). When the vehicle is started in winter, the active air inlet grille is closed to ensure that the engine can be quickly warmed up to an optimal working state; and when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the wind resistance of the vehicle can be effectively reduced by closing the active air inlet grille, so that the stability and the fuel economy of the vehicle are improved.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an active grille shutter structure for a motor vehicle includes an active grille shutter body 1 disposed between a front bumper 5 and a front end frame 2 of the motor vehicle; the upper part of the front end frame 2 is provided with an air inlet channel 21, and a one-way valve 22 at the outlet of the air inlet channel; the opening degree of the one-way valve can be automatically adjusted according to the strength of air flow impact, so that when an automobile runs at a low speed or is in an idle state, the opening degree of the device is smaller, the condition that cabin hot air flows to the front of a cooling module to influence the performance of a cooling system is avoided, and when an active air inlet grille blade is closed in a high-speed state of the automobile, the stronger air flow enables the opening degree of the device to be larger, and more cooling air flow is ensured to enter; the front bumper 5 is integrated with an upper front grille 51 and a lower front grille 52; the method is characterized in that:
the active air inlet grille body 1 comprises a reinforcing rib 10 arranged in the middle, a lower blade 11 arranged below the reinforcing rib 10, an upper blade 12 arranged above the reinforcing rib 10, and a flow guiding structure 13 arranged above the upper blade, wherein the flow guiding structure can guide the air flow from the front into the engine room through an air inlet channel at the top of the front end frame, so that the engine room cooling effect is achieved; the air guide plates 14 are arranged on two sides of the active air inlet grille body 1, and a plurality of fixing structures 18 are arranged on the rear of the active air inlet grille body 1; the air deflector has a smooth surface, can reduce flow resistance, guide and smooth air flow, ensure the air inlet utilization efficiency of the cooling module and improve the performance of the cooling module; the active air inlet grille body 1 is connected to the front end frame 2 in a positioning way through a plurality of fixing structures 18, and the diversion structures 13 are correspondingly matched with air inlet channels 21 on the front end frame 2.
The edge of the air deflector 14 is in interference fit with the side edges of the upper front protective grille 51 and the lower front protective grille 52 through the side sealing strips 15; the upper blade 12 is in interference fit with the lower edge of the upper front protective grille 51 through the upper sealing strip 16; the lower blade 11 is in interference fit with the upper edge of the lower front grille 52 through the lower seal strip 17. So as to realize air inlet partition, and the air inlet of the upper blade area and the air inlet of the lower blade area are independent, thereby improving the air inlet utilization rate and smoothing the air flow.

The flow guiding structure 13 is in an upward inclined slope shape; the lower blade 11 and the upper blade 12 are kept in an inclined upward posture under a stable state, and are matched with the form of the flow guiding structure 13 so as to ensure that more air flows to the upper part of the engine decorative cover 3 after passing through the lower blade and the upper blade, the cooling module and the fan. The upper blade and the lower blade of the active air inlet grille body are kept in an inclined upward state under different opening degrees (except the fully opened or fully closed state), and are similar to a slope-shaped flow guiding structure, so that more air flows to the upper and lower blades, the cooling module and the fan and then flows to the upper part of the decorative cover of the engine, and then reaches the area near the exhaust pipe to cool.
When the upper blade and the lower blade of the active air inlet grille body are in a closed state, after the air flow entering through the upper front grille is blocked by the closed upper blade, the direction of the air flow can be changed to flow upwards, the air flow is guided to the air inlet channel of the front end frame by the guide structure of the active air inlet grille body, and the air flow is impacted and opened to enter the cabin, and flows out respectively through the upper part of the engine decorative cover, the channel between the front wall plate and the exhaust pipe, so that the problems of hot air flow rising near the exhaust pipe, heating of surrounding parts by heat radiation of the exhaust pipe and the like can be effectively restrained, obvious cooling effect is achieved on the parts, and the safety is ensured.
The middle part of the rear of the active air inlet grille body 1 is connected with a collision cross beam 4. So as to support and stabilize the active air inlet grille body.
Four fixing structures 18 are arranged behind the active air inlet grille body 1 and are respectively positioned on two sides behind the active air inlet grille body, and the four fixing structures are respectively connected and fixed with the front end frame 2 through fastening nuts.

the opening degree of the one-way valve can be automatically adjusted according to the strength of air flow impact, so that when an automobile runs at a low speed or is in an idle state, the opening degree of the one-way valve is smaller, cabin hot air flow is prevented from flowing to the front of a cooling module to influence the performance of a cooling system, and when an active air inlet grille blade is closed in a high-speed state of the automobile, the opening degree of the one-way valve is larger due to stronger air flow, and more cooling air flow is ensured to enter.
