本发明涉及汽车装饰技术领域,具体是一种汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法。
背景技术
汽车装饰指通过增加一些附属物品以提高汽车表面和内室的美观性,所增加的附属物品称作装饰品,汽车内饰即设置于汽车内部的装饰。
现如今汽车内部的麻内饰品在生产过程中大多掺加有化学品,这使得麻饰品的环保性能不够好,不仅容易危害身体健康,而且对环境也有负面影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)按照重量份组分准备天然纤维和PP粘合料作为原料,其中,天然纤维的组分量为50~70%,PP粘合料的组分为30~50%;
(2)将天然纤维和PP粘合料混合后一同加入破碎机中进行破碎,再将破碎后的物料加入研磨机中进行精细研磨,得到粉料,将粉料过200~220目筛,得到料A;
(3)对料A进行高速梳理,形成网状的薄层,对薄层进行多层叠加后再一起进过多道针刺使之上下紧密结合,即可得到标准半成品料B;
(4)在料B上下面通过雾化喷头各喷洒一层胶粘剂;
(5)随后在料B上下面各增加一层透明并且带有粘合作用的材料后进行高温加热至充分软化,冷却后再迅速压至定型厚度,使得表面光整平齐。
在进一步的方案中:步骤(1)中的天然纤维的组分量为55~65%,PP粘合料的组分为35~45%。
在进一步的方案中:步骤(1)中的天然纤维的组分量为60%,PP粘合料的组分为40%。
在进一步的方案中:步骤(3)中对薄层进行多层叠加的层数为70~80层。
在进一步的方案中:步骤(4)中的胶粘剂由乙烯、醋酸乙烯、树胶和蒸馏水。
在进一步的方案中:乙烯、醋酸乙烯、树胶和蒸馏水的质量比为1:1:5:200。
在进一步的方案中:胶粘剂的制备方法为:首先将乙烯、醋酸乙烯和树胶按照比例混合,混合后加入搅拌器中,并向搅拌器中加入蒸馏水搅拌均匀,撇去上层浮沫后转移至反应釜中在高温高压下进行共聚反应,即可得到胶粘剂。

1.本发明的汽车内饰用原生麻主要由天然纤维和PP粘合料组成,形成的麻纤维作为一种性能优异的基础材料,资源丰富,具有强度高、韧性好的特点;另外,麻纤维还具有绿色环保、原料可再生、低污染低能耗、使用后自然降解等特点,可以作为一种性能优异的天然新材料;
2.本发明的汽车内饰用原生麻在制作过程中使用到胶粘剂,不仅可以使得原生麻的质量得以提升,而且胶粘剂自身的原料配比以及制作方法也使得胶粘剂具有强环保性能,所以可以在提升原生麻质量的同时不影响原生麻的环保性能。

对表1数据进行分析,可以得出,实施例1~5所制得的原生麻的烟尘排放浓度、二氧化硫排放浓度和二氧化硫排放浓度均远远低于国家规定大气污染限制排放标准。

其中,胶粘剂的制备方法为:首先准备质量比为1:1:5:200的乙烯、醋酸乙烯、树胶和蒸馏水作为原料,将乙烯、醋酸乙烯和树胶按照比例混合,混合后加入搅拌速率为110r/min的螺旋螺带式搅拌器中,并向搅拌器中加入蒸馏水搅拌均匀,撇去上层浮沫后转移至反应釜中在高温高压下进行共聚反应,即可得到胶粘剂。
对比例2

对对比例1~3所制得的原生麻的环保性能进行测试,测试方法为:取一块面积为1m2的原生麻进行燃烧,用仪器测试原生麻燃烧至尽产生的烟尘排放浓度、二氧化硫排放浓度和二氧化硫排放浓度,并将测试结果记录于表2。

对表2中的数据进行分析,可以得出,相较于实施例3来说,对比例1和对比2的环保性能有小幅度的下降,对比例3的环保性能有显著下降,因此,本发明的汽车内饰用原生麻具有更强的环保性能。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)按照重量份组分准备天然纤维和PP粘合料作为原料,其中,天然纤维的组分量为50~70%,PP粘合料的组分为30~50%;
(2)将天然纤维和PP粘合料混合后一同加入破碎机中进行破碎,再将破碎后的物料加入研磨机中进行精细研磨,得到粉料,将粉料过200~220目筛,得到料A;
(3)对料A进行高速梳理,形成网状的薄层,对薄层进行多层叠加后再一起进过多道针刺使之上下紧密结合,即可得到标准半成品料B;
(4)在料B上下面通过雾化喷头各喷洒一层胶粘剂;
(5)随后在料B上下面各增加一层透明并且带有粘合作用的材料后进行高温加热至充分软化,冷却后再迅速压至定型厚度,使得表面光整平齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的天然纤维的组分量为55~65%,PP粘合料的组分为35~45%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的天然纤维的组分量为60%,PP粘合料的组分为40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中对薄层进行多层叠加的层数为70~80层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的胶粘剂由乙烯、醋酸乙烯、树胶和蒸馏水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,乙烯、醋酸乙烯、树胶和蒸馏水的质量比为1:1:5:200。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,胶粘剂的制备方法为:首先将乙烯、醋酸乙烯和树胶按照比例混合,混合后加入搅拌器中,并向搅拌器中加入蒸馏水搅拌均匀,撇去上层浮沫后转移至反应釜中在高温高压下进行共聚反应,即可得到胶粘剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,搅拌器的类型为螺旋螺带式搅拌器,搅拌速率为100~120r/min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中的透明并且带有粘合作用的材料为PP材质的100g透明膜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用原生麻的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中进行高温加热的温度为200~220℃。
