As shown in fig. 7, 10-11 and 14, a small U-shaped frame 22 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, reinforcing rods 24 are respectively fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the upper end surface of the small U-shaped frame 22, an annular plate 57 is fixedly connected to the reinforcing rods 24, and the small U-shaped frame 22 and the reinforcing rods 24 function as a fixing annular plate 57; a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the centers of the second bevel gear 21 and the third bevel gear 35 and is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the large U-shaped frame 23, bearing blocks are rotatably connected to the left end and the right end of the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 37 respectively, and the bottom ends of the bearing blocks are fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the large U-shaped frame 23 respectively; the first worm 39 and the first worm wheel 40 are respectively and rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sliding box 38, rotating shafts are fixedly connected to the centers of the first worm wheel 40 and the second disk 52 and rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sliding box 38, the first worm 39, the first worm wheel 40 and the sliding box 38 are installed as shown in fig. 11, the first rotating shaft 37 and the first worm 39 are in spline connection, the first worm 39 can slide left and right on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 37, and the first rotating shaft 37 can drive the first worm 39 to rotate when rotating; as shown in fig. 14, a rectangular groove is formed in the rear end surface of the second disc 52, the first threaded rod 54 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rectangular groove, the first slider 55 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the rectangular groove, the third handle 53 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the first threaded rod 54, and the third handle 53 is used for driving the first threaded rod 54 to rotate; the fourth slide pin 56 engages the inner wall of the annular plate 57; when the first bevel gear 20 rotates, the second bevel gear 21, the third bevel gear 35, the fourth bevel gear 36 and the first rotating shaft 37 are driven to synchronously rotate through meshing and coaxial transmission, when the first rotating shaft 37 rotates, the first worm 39 rotates and drives the first worm wheel 40 to rotate through meshing, the first worm wheel 40 rotates and drives the second disc 52 to rotate, the second disc 52 rotates and drives the fourth sliding pin 56 to circularly rotate, because the fourth sliding pin 56 is meshed with the inner wall of the annular plate 57, the annular plate 57 fixes the upper end of the bottom plate 1 and cannot move, and because the sliding box 38 is slidably connected on the large U-shaped frame 23, the corresponding first worm 39, the first worm wheel 40, the second disc 52 and the fourth sliding pin 56 can move left and right along with the sliding box 38, when the fourth sliding pin 56 circularly rotates, through meshing with the annular plate 57, the slide box 38, the second disc 52, the first worm 39, the first worm wheel 40 and the fourth slide pin 56 are caused to reciprocate left and right, and the fourth slide pin 56 also slides up and down on the inner wall of the annular plate 57; the nozzle 51 can be indirectly driven to move left and right by the left and right movement of the slide box 38, so that the nozzle 51 can move left and right while spraying cleaning liquid, and because the limb lengths of each patient are different, the third handle 53 can be rotated to drive the corresponding first threaded rod 54 to rotate, the first threaded rod 54 can drive the corresponding first slider 55 to move up and down by rotating, when the first slider 55 and the fourth sliding pin 56 move down, when the second disc 52 rotates again, the radius of the circular motion of the corresponding fourth sliding pin 56 is reduced, so that when the second disc is meshed with the annular plate 57 again, the stroke of the corresponding slide box 38 in the left and right reciprocating movement is also reduced, when the first slider 55 and the fourth sliding pin 56 move up, the description is omitted, and the stroke size of the corresponding slide box 38 can be adjusted according to the limb lengths of the patient.

As shown in fig. 11-13, a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the centers of the fourth pulley 42 and the first disk 45, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the supporting arm 43; the supporting arm 43, the arc-shaped rail plate 44, the arc-shaped sliding block 49, the first supporting plate 50, the first disk 45, the second sliding pin 46, the first crowbar 47 and the third sliding pin 48 are arranged and shaped as shown in FIGS. 12-13; when the first worm 39 rotates, the belt connection and coaxial transmission can make the corresponding third belt wheel 41, fourth belt wheel 42 and first disc 45 rotate synchronously, the rotation of the first disc 45 can drive the second sliding pin 46 to do circular motion, the circular motion of the second sliding pin 46 can make the first pry bar 47 swing back and forth under the engagement with the short key groove, the back and forth swing of the first pry bar 47 can engage the third sliding pin 48 to move back and forth, because the third sliding pin 48 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped slide block 49, the arc-shaped slide block 49 is connected with the inner wall of the arc-shaped rail plate 44 in a sliding way, when the first pry bar 47 swings back and forth, the corresponding third sliding pin 48 and the arc-shaped slide block 49 can be driven to slide back and forth on the inner wall of the arc-shaped rail plate 44, when the arc-shaped rail plate 44 slides back and forth, the corresponding first support plate 50 and nozzle 51 can be driven to slide back and forth, so that the nozzle 51 can slide back and forth along the inner wall of the arc-shaped rail plate 44 to scan and spray the limb of the patient, the arc-shaped track of the arc-shaped track plate 44 is an arc made by taking the upper end of the middle part of the fixed box 6 as a central point, and aims to realize more accurate scanning and cleaning of the limbs of a patient by the nozzle 51 sliding along the inner wall of the arc-shaped track plate 44 when the limbs of the patient are fixed on the fixed box 6; the first support plate 50 and the nozzle 51 are installed as shown in fig. 13, and the nozzle 51 is clamped on the inner wall of the first support plate 50, belongs to interference fit and is detachable.
A third motor 76 is fixedly connected to the middle of the rear side of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, a fifth belt pulley 77 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the third motor 76, a sixth belt pulley 78 is connected to the upper end of the fifth belt pulley 77 in a belt manner, a first crank 81 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the rear end of the sixth belt pulley 78, a second threaded rod 83 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the first crank 81, a second slider 84 which is slidably connected to the first crank 81 is connected to the outer surface of the second threaded rod 83 in a threaded manner, a first connecting rod 86 is hinged to the rear end of the second slider 84, a push rod 87 is hinged to the lower end of the first connecting rod 86, a pressurizing barrel 89 is mounted at the rear end of the third motor 76, a piston plate 88 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the pressurizing barrel 89, and the piston plate 88 is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the push rod 87; pressurization bucket 89 lower extreme inner wall left side pipe connection has three-way valve 90, pressurization bucket 89 lower extreme inner wall right side and nozzle 51 pipe connection, three-way valve 90 right side pipe connection has first liquid bucket 79, three-way valve 90 left side pipe connection has second liquid bucket 80.
As shown in fig. 16-20, a first liquid container 79 and a second liquid container 80 are respectively and fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, the first liquid container 79 and the second liquid container 80 are respectively used for containing cleaning liquid and disinfectant, and the inner walls of the upper ends of the first liquid container 79 and the second liquid container 80 are respectively provided with a rubber cover, as shown in fig. 17; a rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the inner walls of the sixth belt pulley 78 and the first crank 81, a long supporting plate is rotatably connected with the outer surface of the rotating shaft, the bottom end of the long supporting plate is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, and a pressurizing barrel 89 is fixedly connected with the rear end surface of the long supporting plate, as shown in fig. 18; a rectangular groove is formed in the inner wall of the first crank 81, as shown in fig. 19, the second threaded rod 83 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rectangular groove, and the second sliding block 84 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the rectangular groove; a fourth handle 82 is fixedly connected to the surface of the left end of the second threaded rod 83, and the fourth handle 82 is used for driving the second threaded rod 83 to rotate; the inner wall of the upper end of the pressurizing barrel 89 is fixedly connected with a four-claw frame, the push rod 87 is connected to the inner wall of the four-claw frame in a sliding manner, and the four-claw frame is used for limiting the push rod 87 to only slide up and down; a hole ball 92 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the three-way valve 90, a fifth handle 91 rotatably connected with the three-way valve 90 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the outer surface of the hole ball 92, the structural diagram of the hole ball 92 is shown in fig. 20, an L-shaped through hole is formed in the inner wall of the hole ball 92, and the first liquid containing barrel 79 and the second liquid containing barrel 80 which correspond to each other can be controlled to be respectively communicated with the pressurizing barrel 89 by rotating the fifth handle 91; the inner wall of the left end of the pressurizing barrel 89 is fixedly connected with a liquid inlet one-way valve, the inner wall of the right end is fixedly connected with a liquid outlet one-way valve, and the one-way valve belongs to the prior art and is not described again; by starting the third motor 76, the third motor 76 drives the fifth belt pulley 77, the sixth belt pulley 78 and the first crank 81 to synchronously rotate, the first crank 81 rotates to drive the corresponding second threaded rod 83 and the second sliding block 84 to do circular motion, the second sliding block 84 performs circular motion to pull the upper end of the first connecting rod 86 to perform circular motion, the lower end of the first connecting rod 86 pulls the push rod 87 and the piston plate 88 to slide up and down on the inner wall of the pressurizing barrel 89, when the piston plate 88 slides up and down, liquid on the inner wall of the corresponding first liquid containing barrel 79 or the corresponding second liquid containing barrel 80 can be extracted and pushed to the nozzle 51, so that the nozzle 51 sprays, washes or sterilizes the focus of a patient; because the wound of each patient is different in degree of re-injury, the flow rate of the liquid in the nozzle 51, that is, the amount of the ejected water pressure, can be adjusted by rotating the fourth handle 82, and by rotating the fourth handle 82, the corresponding second threaded rod 83 can be driven to rotate, the second threaded rod 83 can be rotated to enable the second slider 84 to move left or right through the threaded connection with the second slider 84, when the second slider 84 moves right, the radius of the circular motion can be reduced when the corresponding first crank 81 continues to rotate and the second slider 84 does the circular motion again, so that the stroke of the corresponding push rod 87 and the piston plate 88 moving up and down can be reduced, the water pressure ejected by the nozzle 51 can be reduced, when the second slider 84 moves left, the water pressure ejected by the corresponding nozzle 51 can be increased, and the description is omitted.
A second motor 59 is fixedly connected to the surface of the front end of the collecting box 58, a driving belt pulley 60 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second motor 59, a driven belt pulley 61 is connected to the rear end of the driving belt pulley 60, an L-shaped rotating shaft 94 is fixedly connected to the center of the driven belt pulley 61, an extension shaft 69 is rotatably connected to the other end of the L-shaped rotating shaft 94, a planetary bevel gear 65 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the outer surface of the extension shaft 69, a constant star bevel gear 64 is meshed to the upper end of the left side of the planetary bevel gear 65, and the fixed star bevel gear 64 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the collecting box 58; the telescopic shaft 69 comprises a first outer cylinder 66, a first inner rod 67 and a third spring 68, the first inner rod 67 is connected to the inner wall of the first outer cylinder 66 in a sliding manner, and the third spring 68 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of the first outer cylinder 66; the lower sides of the inner walls of the front end and the rear end of the collecting box 58 are respectively connected with small sliding blocks 72 in a sliding mode, the inner side surfaces of the two small sliding blocks 72 are fixedly connected with a sliding rod 71, the outer surface of the sliding rod 71 is connected with a square cylinder 70 in a sliding mode, the upper end surface of the square cylinder 70 is rotatably connected with a sixth bevel gear 74, the right end of the outer surface of the first inner rod 67 is fixedly connected with a fifth bevel gear 73 meshed with the sixth bevel gear 74, and the cleaning brush 75 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the upper end of the sixth bevel gear 74.

When the nursing device is used, a patient can press the corresponding contact buttons to move downwards when the patient is placed on the two fixing boxes 6 through the limbs needing nursing, and the corresponding two clamping rods 11 can move upwards, so that the limbs of the patient can be clamped and fixed, the situation that the limbs vibrate due to discomfort and pain caused by the patient during cleaning, medicine application or dressing can be prevented, and secondary injury can be avoided; by starting the third motor 76, the corresponding nozzle 51 can spray cleaning liquid or disinfectant, the adjustment can be carried out according to the actual use condition, and the water pressure or the liquid flow rate sprayed by the nozzle 51 can be adjusted according to the injury degree of the focus of the patient by rotating the fourth handle 82; when the first motor 17 is started, the corresponding nozzle 51 can move left and right and slide along the arc-shaped rail plate 44, so that large-area scanning washing, disinfection and the like can be performed on the focus of a patient, mechanical washing is performed, the labor intensity of medical personnel is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced; when the second motor 59 is started, the cleaning brush 75 can be driven to rotate and slide along the inner wall of the collecting box 58, so that the bloodstains on the inner wall of the collecting box 58 can be cleaned by manpower, and the workload of medical workers is reduced.
