the three pipelines (8-2-4) are respectively arranged below the second pipeline (8-2-3) and are in through connection with the second pipeline (8-2-3), and the third pipeline (8-2-4) penetrates through the top plate of the box body (1) and is in through connection with the corresponding connecting pipe (8-3);
and (3) opening the connection between the three-way valve (8-2-2) and the first pipeline (8-2-1) and the second pipeline (8-2-3), and allowing steam generated by the steam generator (8-1) to enter the connecting pipe (8-3) through the first pipeline (8-2-1), the three-way valve (8-2-2), the second pipeline (8-2-3) and the third pipeline (8-2-4).

The operational principle of a tuberculosis clinical sample sampling device according to claim 1, characterized in that: when in use, the universal wheel (3) is moved to a ward through the box body (1), the placing box (7-1) is drawn out, the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) is taken out, the protective sleeve (7-8) is screwed down, the threaded pipe with the adsorption sponge (7-7) is placed at the throat, the adsorption sponge (7-7) is used for wiping the throat, meanwhile, the suction force of the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) is used for absorbing phlegm at the throat, the phlegm enters the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) along with the threaded pipe, after sampling is completed, the protective sleeve (7-8) is screwed back, the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) is put back to the placing box (7-1), the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) is clamped in the rubber arc plate I (7-3), the phenomenon that the contents in the collecting needle cylinder (7-4) are polluted and discharged out of the placing box (7-1) is avoided, the placing box (7-1) is put back, after sampling is finished, the box body (1) is pushed to a test room, and the collecting needle cylinders (7-4) are taken out one by one to test sputum in the collecting needle cylinders (7-4) and secretion on the adsorption sponges (7-7); after the steam generator (8-1) is used, the steam is sent to the connecting pipe (8-3) by the communicating mechanism (8-2), and then is sprayed into the placing box (7-1) through the spray head (8-4), and meanwhile, the heating wire (7-2) is started, so that high-temperature steam sterilization can be carried out in the placing box (7-1); condensed water drops flow out of the inner bottom plate of the box body (1) through the through hole (7-1-1) and are discharged through the water outlet (1-1); the heating wire (7-2) enables the box body (1) to be dried quickly, and bacteria are prevented from breeding.
