The concave part is arranged in the same shape as the leak-proof absorption strip, and the concave part can guide the liquid to flow to two sides, so that the liquid guide speed is accelerated, and the liquid is prevented from being accumulated at one position.
Due to the arrangement of the second transition part, the liquid storage capacity at the second transition part is larger, and the liquid stays at the second transition part and is more easily and fully absorbed by the leakage-proof absorption strips at the second transition part; when liquid passes through the straight line part, the liquid accumulation capacity at the part is large, and the liquid is less prone to penetrate through the leakage-proof absorption strip.
The method for forming the multi-edge leakage-proof sanitary towel based on the same inventive concept realizes high-efficiency production of the leakage-proof absorption strips, realizes adhesion of the leakage-proof absorption strips on the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer, effectively realizes simple and convenient process and improves production efficiency.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in the first embodiment, a polygonal leakproof sanitary napkin is provided, which sequentially includes a liquid permeable surface layer 1, an absorbent core layer 2 and a liquid impermeable bottom layer 3 from top to bottom, back glue 4 is disposed on two lateral sides of a bottom end face of the liquid impermeable bottom layer 3, release paper 5 adhered to the back glue 4 is disposed on the bottom end face of the liquid impermeable bottom layer 3, leakproof absorbent strips 6 are disposed on a surface of the liquid permeable surface layer 1 near a periphery of the absorbent core layer 2, the leakproof absorbent strips 6 include super absorbent fibers 61 and wrapping layer non-woven fabrics 62 for wrapping the super absorbent fibers 61, the wrapping layer non-woven fabrics 62 include hydrophilic non-woven fabrics 621 and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics 622, the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics 621 are located on a side of the leakproof absorbent strips 6 near a center of the absorbent core layer 2, and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics 622 are located on a side of the leakproof absorbent strips 6 away from the absorbent core layer 2; the leak-proof absorption strip can be glued with the liquid-permeable surface layer and is arranged around the absorption core layer. The liquid-permeable surface layer 1 can be hydrophilic non-woven fabric, the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 3 can be water-repellent non-woven fabric, and the absorption core layer 2 is made of bulky non-woven fabric added with high-molecular water-absorbent resin, which are conventional technologies and are not described herein again; the hydrophobic non-woven fabric has the advantages of no stimulation to human skin, good air permeability, good water seepage resistance and good skin affinity, and the super-absorbent fiber and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric are conventional technologies in the field and are not described herein again.
Through the arrangement of the leakage-proof absorption strips, when the sanitary towel is used for lying on one side, liquid on the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer flows from the middle part to one side, the leakage-proof absorption strips are arranged on the periphery of the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer, the liquid is stopped by the leakage-proof absorption strips in the process of flowing to one side, the leakage-proof absorption strips are close to the hydrophilic non-woven fabric on one side of the center of the absorption core layer, after the leakage-proof absorption strips are contacted with the liquid, the liquid can be absorbed by the super absorbent fibers on the inner side through the hydrophilic non-woven fabric in time, the liquid is prevented from diffusing outwards, secondary leakage is prevented, the problem that the side leakage is easy to occur under the condition of large menstrual period of women is solved, the conventional leakage-proof strips absorb the liquid in time, the leakage-proof absorption strips improve the softness of the product and the sealing property of the absorption strips and the absorption strips through an ultrasonic process, the risk of explosion after absorption is prevented, and the use experience of the product is improved at the same time, the problem of the easy uncomfortable sense of traditional both sides setting up the technology of leak protection flange is solved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the wrapping layer nonwoven fabric 62 is formed by combining a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 621 and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 622; the arrangement mode is characterized in that the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric are compounded in advance in the production and conveying process, and then the super absorbent fibers are wrapped by the compounded wrapping layer non-woven fabric, so that the production efficiency is high, and the materials are saved; during the use, because hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 is located leak protection absorption strip 6 and is close to and absorbs 2 center one sides of sandwich layer, hydrophobic non-woven fabric is fixed to hydrophilic non-woven fabric both sides complex, and this parcel layer non-woven fabric horizontal one side absorbs liquid, and top face and other parts are covered by hydrophobic non-woven fabric, and parcel layer non-woven fabric hydrophobic non-woven fabric can carry out the separation to inboard super absorbent polymer fibre, avoids super absorbent polymer fibre and skin contact, causes the shortcoming that experience sense reduces.
As shown in fig. 6, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 621 may also be formed into a block shape by surrounding the super absorbent fiber 61, the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 622 is formed into a block shape by surrounding the super absorbent fiber 61, a through hole 6b is formed on one end surface of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 621 attached to the middle part of the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 622, and a first water-repellent nonwoven fabric 6c is combined with the top end surfaces of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 622; during production, the hydrophilic non-woven fabric is coated with the super-absorbent fibers and formed into strips, the hydrophobic non-woven fabric is coated with the super-absorbent fibers and formed into strips, the strips formed by the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric are combined and pasted on the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the first water-repellent non-woven fabric is pasted on the surface of the strips formed by the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric; a second water repellent film 6d is arranged between the liquid permeable surface layer 1 and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622; the second water repellent film is arranged, when the anti-leakage absorbent strip is used, the bottom end surfaces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 are attached by the second water repellent film, and the super absorbent fibers can be prevented from permeating after the super absorbent fibers are absorbed by the absorbent core layers at the bottom ends of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622, so that the super absorbent fibers are prevented from permeating through the absorbent core layers at the bottom ends to influence the side absorption performance of the anti-leakage absorbent strip; between hydrophilic non-woven fabrics 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics 622, the liquid that hydrophilic non-woven fabrics one end pair absorbed the sandwich layer absorbs, and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics of the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics other end can block in the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics that super absorbent polymer fibre absorbs body fluid and spill over from one side, and the first water non-woven fabrics of refusing on hydrophilic non-woven fabrics top can avoid super absorbent polymer fibre in the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics to absorb back and skin contact, causes to experience the sense and reduces.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the shapes of the two longitudinal sides of the leakage-proof absorption strip 6 are continuous arcs, the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 is provided with a sunken concave part 1a near the leakage-proof absorption strip 6, and the shapes of the two longitudinal sides of the leakage-proof absorption strip can be replaced by straight lines or other shapes; in the actual use process, the legs of a human body can incline to a certain degree, through experimental tests, when the liquid is absorbed by the linearly arranged leakage-proof absorption strips, the liquid flows to one inclined side, when the menstrual period is large, the liquid is easy to generate accumulated liquid and diffuse outwards in the area positioned on one side of the leakage-proof absorption strips, the leakage-proof absorption strips are arranged in a continuous arc shape, when the liquid passes through the surface of the leakage-proof absorption strips, the liquid flows to one section of arc-shaped leakage-proof absorption strip due to the fact that the leakage-proof absorption strips are continuously formed in a plurality of arc shapes, the redundant liquid flows to one inclined side, part of liquid is uniformly accumulated in each section of arc shape of the leakage-proof absorption strips, and the liquid is uniformly absorbed by each section of arc-shaped leakage-proof absorption strips, so that the accumulated liquid caused by the fact that the liquid of the linearly arranged leakage-proof absorption strips easily flows to one side is avoided; when a user with a large menstrual period lies on his side, even if the leakage-proof absorption strips are arranged, part of liquid easily overflows the leakage-proof absorption strips, and the arrangement of the concave parts ensures that the liquid-permeable surface layer is close to the surfaces of the leakage-proof absorption strips and has a concave shape, so that a larger volume of liquid can be absorbed, and the problem that the liquid easily overflows and falls off due to the fact that the liquid easily overflows the leakage-proof absorption strips is solved; the continuous arc-shaped leak-proof absorption strip is made of more materials than straight lines, and has better absorption effect.
The shape of the concave part 1a is the same as that of the leakage-proof absorption strip 6, when the concave part and the arc-shaped leakage-proof absorption strip are arranged in the same shape, and a large amount of liquid is attached to the leakage-proof absorption strip, the concave part can guide the liquid to flow to two sides after the large amount of liquid is contacted with the leakage-proof absorption strip due to the same shape of the concave part and the leakage-proof absorption strip, so that the liquid guide speed is accelerated, and the liquid is prevented from being accumulated at one part.
As shown in fig. 5, the concave portion 1a is arranged along the inner side of the leakage preventing absorption bar 6, the continuous arcs of the leakage preventing absorption bar 6 have a first transition 6a therebetween, the concave portion 1a is provided with a second transition 1b at the continuous first transition 6a, and the radius of the concave portion 1a at the second transition 1b is larger than that of the leakage preventing absorption bar 6 at the first transition 6 a; the second transition is arranged, wherein the second transition is convex, when liquid flows to one side through the second transition and is easily guided to flow through the second transition, the liquid passing through the second transition is fully absorbed, and when the radius size range of the second transition is larger than that of the first transition, the liquid storage capacity of the second transition is larger, and the liquid stays at the second transition and is fully absorbed by the leakproof absorption strips at the second transition.
A straight line 1c connected with the two second transition parts 1b is arranged between the second transition parts 1b of the concave part 1a, and the side, far away from the leakage-proof absorption strip 6, of the straight line 1c is a straight line 1c connected with the transition parts at the upper end and the lower end; because the straight line is separated from the arc middle part at one end of the concave part, when liquid passes through the straight line part, the liquid accumulation capacity at the part is large, and the liquid is not easy to permeate the leakproof absorption strip.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7, a plurality of first protrusions 101 are disposed on the surfaces of the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 and the absorbent core layer 2, four peripheral edges of the first protrusions 101 are rectangular, and four peripheral corners of the first protrusions 101 are in smooth transition. Preferably 1/4 between smooth transitions equal to the dimension of the side length of the outer periphery; the first bulge part is arranged, the contact area of the absorption core layer and the skin can be reduced by the first bulge part, so that the use is more comfortable, and when the first bulge part is rectangular, a plurality of flow guide channels are formed among the rectangles, and liquid is diffused and guided through the flow guide channels, so that the defect of easy liquid accumulation in use can be avoided; as shown in fig. 9, a deodorizing capsule 100a is arranged between the liquid-permeable surface layer and the absorption core layer; the deodorizing capsule is made of powder or liquid with resistance deodorizing function, the deodorizing capsule is easy to dissolve in water, urine or other liquid passes through the liquid-permeable surface layer, after the antibacterial deodorizing capsule meets the liquid, the deodorizing capsule is melted to release antibacterial deodorizing components, the antibacterial deodorizing side core body in the deodorizing capsule is in contact and mixed with the liquid, the contacted liquid is not easy to smell and grow bacteria for a long time, and the defects that the liquid is easy to generate peculiar smell and grow bacteria after being contacted by an absorber are avoided; the coating material in the deodorant capsule can be antibacterial essential oil or antibacterial powder, or can be replaced by other prior art, which is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of concave portions 102 are disposed on the surfaces of the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 and the absorbent core layer 2, the shape of the middle of the concave portion 102 is a cone 103, tip recesses 104 are disposed at the front and rear ends of the concave portion 108, a plurality of first convex portions 101 form a first horizontal row, a plurality of concave portions 102 form a second horizontal row, and the first horizontal row and the second horizontal row are staggered. Depressions 102 are located between first projections 101 in a first row; wherein the middle part shape is the depressed part of cone, depressed part 102 is located between the first bellying 101 of first horizontal row, the liquid of circulation will pass through the depressed part between the first bellying, the liquid that the depressed part trickle flows carries out the absorptivity better, owing to have the sunken of certain cone shape, the liquid absorbed quantity of process is bigger, and both ends are the sunken setting of point portion around the depressed part, this point portion is sunken to do benefit to the liquid of process and is carried out the water conservancy diversion, the not timely absorbent liquid of depressed part is through the sunken outflow of this point portion, it is too much to avoid the depressed part to accumulate liquid, experience when leading to using is dry and comfortable and feels and reduces.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the second embodiment is a method for forming a multi-edge leakage-proof sanitary napkin based on the same inventive concept, comprising the steps of:
firstly, inputting a liquid-tight bottom layer 3, compounding an absorption core layer 2 on the liquid-tight bottom layer 3, and compounding the liquid-tight bottom layer 3 and a liquid-tight surface layer 1;
secondly, inputting the leak-proof absorption strips wrapped with the super absorbent fibers, adhering glue to the periphery of the absorption core layer on the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer 1, and adhering the bottom end faces of the leak-proof absorption strips to the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer 1;
thirdly, forming concave parts 1a at the inner sides of the leakproof absorption strips at the two transverse sides of the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 by rolling a press roller,
a fourth step of preforming the continuous disposable absorbent article; and then a single disposable absorption article is formed by cutting, cutting and folding.
As shown in fig. 10, the first usage status of the leakage-proof absorption strip is made by inputting hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622, combining the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric to form a wrapping layer non-woven fabric, folding two side edges of the wrapping layer non-woven fabric for conveying, filling super absorbent fibers on the surface of the wrapping layer non-woven fabric, hot-pressing and sealing two side edges of an opening at the top end of the wrapping layer non-woven fabric, cutting off redundant hot-pressed edges by using the existing cutting equipment, hot-pressing the front and back of the wrapping layer non-woven fabric at a set interval, and cutting off the hot-pressed part of the wrapping layer non-woven fabric to form the leakage-proof absorption strip; this preparation technology mode is simple, only need in the production process compound hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, it carries to stereotype compound hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, fill into behind the super absorbent polymer fibre in compound hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics again, seal compound hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics top opening, the front and back opening seals, cut off continuous hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics again, can compound on liquid permeability surface course surface, production efficiency is faster, in the time of the use, product experience feels good.
As shown in FIG. 11, the second usage status of the leak-proof absorbent strip is to fold the two sides of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric in half and then to transport the two sides of the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric in half, to fill the superabsorbent fibers in the surfaces of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, to prick a plurality of through holes on the end surface of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric far away from the absorbent core layer by a roller-pricking device, to prick a plurality of through holes on the end surface of the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric near the absorbent core layer by a roller-pricking device, to combine and transport the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric wrapped with the superabsorbent fibers, coating glue on the top end faces and the bottom end faces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, then compounding the water-repellent non-woven fabrics on the top end faces and the bottom end faces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, carrying out hot-pressing on the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics at a set distance from the front to the back, and then cutting off the hot-pressing positions of the front and the back leakage-proof absorption strips to form leakage-proof absorption strips; this production mode is earlier two absorption strips to hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics parcel super absorbent nature fibre preforming, then merges through pricking hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, and the non-woven fabrics is refused to last upper and lower complex, and this mode production speed is fast, when promoting the leak protection absorption strip and absorbing and use experience, compromises production efficiency.
As shown in fig. 12, the structure of wrapping the super absorbent fibers with the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is adjusted, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is filled with the first hydrophilic fibers 60a at intervals, the super absorbent fibers in the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric are arranged between the first hydrophilic fibers, the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric are arranged with the second hydrophilic fibers 60b, and the second hydrophilic fibers are filled in the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric; due to the arrangement of the first hydrophilic fibers, part of liquid can permeate the first hydrophilic fibers in the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and can be absorbed by the super absorbent fibers in the hydrophobic non-woven fabric; the second hydrophilic fiber is arranged between the hydrophobic non-woven fabric and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, when the super-absorbent fibers in the hydrophilic non-woven fabric absorb enough liquid, redundant liquid and liquid penetrating through the first hydrophilic fibers attract the liquid through the second hydrophilic fibers, and the liquid is absorbed by the super-absorbent fibers in the hydrophobic non-woven fabric through the second hydrophilic fibers due to the fact that the second hydrophilic fibers are close to the hydrophobic non-woven fabric, so that the hydrophobic non-woven fabric can absorb the redundant liquid in the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the liquid penetrating through the first hydrophilic fibers; the width of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric is smaller than that of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, the absorption capacity of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric is limited, and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric with small width has the advantage of saving super absorbent fiber materials while keeping certain absorption performance.
As shown in fig. 13, the roll-punching means 7 includes a punching roll 701 for punching a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 621 and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 622, a plurality of punching needles 702 provided outside the punching roll 701, a roll-pressing means 703 provided on the other side of the punching roll 701, and a support plate 704 provided at a bottom end of the punching roll 701; the output end of the roller needling device 7 is provided with a shaping device 8 for shaping the shapes of the leak-proof absorption strips 6, the shaping device 8 comprises two input rollers 80, a convex roller 81, a concave roller 82, a bottom plate 83 arranged at the bottom ends of the convex roller 81 and the concave roller 82 and a top plate 84 arranged at the top ends of the convex roller 81 and the concave roller 82, a plurality of convex protrusions are arranged on the outer side of the convex roller 81, and a plurality of concave recesses corresponding to the convex protrusions are arranged on the concave roller 82, so that the leak-proof strips are rolled to form continuous curve shapes; the bottom plate 83 is arranged in parallel with the top plate 84, and the bottom plate 83 and the top plate 84 are covered with the input roller 80, the male roller 81 and the female roller 82; the top end surface and the bottom end surface of the leakage-proof strip can be shaped in the conveying process, and are extruded by the two input rollers 80, the convex roller 81 and the concave roller 82 to form a strip shape, so that the leakage-proof strip is favorably formed.
Through the arrangement of the roller-pricking device, one side surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and one side surface of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 which pass through the roller-pricking device can be pricked to form through holes, and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric can be efficiently conveyed; the setting device is arranged, wherein after the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 are output by the roller needling device, the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 are combined through the two input rollers, and because the upper end and the lower end of each input roller are provided with the top plate and the bottom plate, the heights of the upper end face and the lower end face of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 can be limited, and meanwhile, the position deviation of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 or the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 in the combining process is avoided; after the combination and the input, the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 are rolled by the convex roller 81 and the concave roller 82 to form an arc shape, so that the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 are efficiently produced, and the batch production of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 621 and the hydrophobic non-woven fabric 622 is facilitated.

A multilateral leak-proof sanitary towel is characterized by sequentially comprising a liquid-permeable surface layer, an absorption core layer and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer from top to bottom, wherein back glue is arranged on two transverse sides of the bottom end face of the liquid-impermeable bottom layer, release paper adhered to the back glue is arranged on the bottom end face of the liquid-impermeable bottom layer, leak-proof absorption strips are arranged on the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer close to the periphery of the absorption core layer and comprise super-absorbent fibers and wrapping layer non-woven fabrics for wrapping the super-absorbent fibers, the wrapping layer non-woven fabrics comprise hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics, the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics are positioned on one side, close to the center of the absorption core layer, of the leak-proof absorption strips, and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics are positioned on one side, far away from the absorption core layer, of the leak-proof absorption strips;

secondly, inputting the leak-proof absorption strips wrapped with the super absorbent fibers, positioning the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer at the periphery of the absorption core layer, adhering glue, and adhering the bottom end faces of the leak-proof absorption strips to the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer;
thirdly, rolling the leakproof absorption strips on the two transverse sides of the surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer at the inner side by a press roller to form a concave part;
