Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, incontinence pads, etc. for absorbing menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, urine, and the like. The present invention relates to an absorbent article and a method for producing the same, which prevents the increase in absorption and reversion of the blood by promoting the diffusion of blood, cages and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an absorbent article that improves fit and prevents liquid leakage has been provided by projecting a part of the absorbent body to the use surface side (hereinafter referred to as a middle-high section). As the method of forming the middle and high parts, a method of forming a middle and high part by spreading more pulp in a part of the absorbent body than other parts at the time of pulp accumulation, and after thickly and uniformly depositing the entire absorbent body, pressing And a method of forming the middle and high portions.
[0003]
Further, in order to keep the shape of the middle and high portions and to block menstrual blood and the like absorbed by the absorbent body, a concave shape is prevented by linear embossing (hereinafter referred to as fit embossing) around the middle and high portions. Forming leakage grooves has also been performed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as shown in FIG. 10, the absorber having the middle and high portions normally has a cross-sectional shape having the middle and high portions 51 of the raised height h 1 on the surface side of the standard portion absorber 50 having the basic thickness h 0. and which, if desired tentatively raised ridge height h 1 of the domed section the raised height h 2 as shown by a chain line, the total thickness H 1 of course absorber, a raised height h 2 to the basic thickness h 0 The added thickness results in an increase in the thickness of the absorber.
[0005]
Further, if there is little diffusion of menstrual blood discharged to the middle-high portion 51, a large amount of menstrual blood or the like is unevenly distributed and stays in the area indicated by hatching in FIG. At the same time, there are problems such as reversal.
[0006]
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-33054, pulp is squeezed and deformed with a fit embossed modeled on a medium-high shape of an absorbent body that is uniformly stacked, and a leak-proof groove is provided around the middle-high part. It is described. However, since the height difference between the upper surface of the middle and high portions and the bottom surface of the leakage preventing groove is increased, the surface material may be broken. Further, in order to maintain the molded shape, measures such as applying a high pressure to the entire absorber and solidifying, or melting and solidifying a part of the surface material, the absorber becomes hard, or Since a part of the surface material is cured, problems such as deterioration of the touch occur.
[0007]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that it is possible to increase the height of the middle and high portions without increasing the total thickness of the absorber, and to promote the diffusion of absorbed menstrual blood and the like to increase or reverse the absorption capacity. It is another object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article and a method for producing the same that can be prevented and that the surface material is not torn even if there is a difference in height between the upper surface of the middle and high portions and the bottom surface of the leakage prevention groove.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As the present invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem, an absorber is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impervious back sheet, and a part of the absorber is provided on the surface side. In the absorbent article having a thickened middle-high part and having a concave leakage-proof groove formed outside the middle-high part at least in the body fluid discharge part region,
The leakage prevention groove is separated from the side portion of the middle and high portion by a predetermined distance, and the separation region between the leakage prevention groove and the middle and higher portion side portion is thicker than the leakage prevention groove portion absorber and thinner than the standard portion of the absorber. There is provided an absorbent article characterized by being formed in a step shape and having a compressed absorbent region having a density lower than that of the leakproof groove absorbent and a density higher than that of the middle / high absorbent.
[0009]

Is provided.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway plan view of an absorbent article 1A according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line II-II in FIG.
[0015]
Absorbent article 1A is mainly used for applications such as panty liners, sanitary napkins, cage sheets, incontinence pads, etc., for example, as shown in FIG. Between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as a surface sheet), as shown in the figure, the absorber 4 or the absorber unit comprising the absorber 4 and the crepe paper 5 surrounding it. 6 is interposed. Around the absorber 4, the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 and the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 are bonded together by an adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive.
[0016]
The liquid-impervious back sheet 2 is made of a sheet material having at least water shielding properties, such as polyethylene and polypropylene. In addition to this, a laminated nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric on a polyethylene sheet or the like, and further a waterproof film interposed. After substantially ensuring liquid impermeability, a nonwoven fabric sheet (in this case, a waterproof film and a nonwoven fabric constitute a liquid impervious back sheet) or the like can be used. In recent years, those having moisture permeability tend to be suitably used from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness. The water- and moisture-permeable sheet material is a microporous material obtained by melting and kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin-based resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. A sheet is preferably used.
[0017]
The absorbent body 4 is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb and retain body fluids. In general, a fluffy pulp mixed with absorbent polymer powder is preferably used from the viewpoint of absorption function and price. Examples of the pulp include chemical fibers obtained from wood, cellulose fibers such as molten pulp, and those made of artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate. It is preferably used in terms of price. It is desirable that the absorbent body 4 is surrounded by crepe paper 5 in order to maintain the shape and quickly diffuse menstrual blood and to prevent the menstrual blood once absorbed from returning. Moreover, the planar shape of the absorber 4 may be an oval shape as illustrated, or may be a fit cut shape (a gourd shape) to soften the contact with the crotch portion.
[0018]
On the other hand, as the surface sheet 3 in the present absorbent article 1A, a non-porous or perforated nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used. Examples of the material fibers constituting the non-woven fabric include synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton. In addition, composite fibers such as a core-sheath fiber, a side-by-side fiber, and a split fiber that have a fiber having a high melting point as a core and a fiber having a low melting point as a sheath can also be suitably used.
[0019]
Regarding the processing method, a nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in terms of flexibility and drapeability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in terms of being bulky and soft. Moreover, the nonwoven fabric which consists of synthetic fibers is used suitably at the point which is easy to give embossing.
[0020]
On the surface side of the absorbent body 4, as shown in FIG. 2, with respect to a part of the absorbent body 4, the standard part absorbent body 4 </ b> A (general part other than the leakage prevention groove 8 and the compressed absorbent body region 7 described later). In addition to the middle-high portion 6 having a thickness increased further on the surface side, at least in the body fluid discharge portion region K, a concave leak-proof groove 8 is formed outside the middle-high portion 6. The leakage prevention groove 8 is spaced outward by a predetermined distance from the side portion P of the middle and high portion 6, and is thicker than the leakage prevention groove portion absorber between the leakage prevention groove 8 and the middle and higher portion side portion P. While being formed thinner and stepwise than the standard part absorbent body 4A, a compressed absorbent region 7 having a lower density than the leak-proof groove part absorbent body and a higher density than the middle-high part absorbent body is formed.
[0021]
In the present absorbent article 1 </ b> A configured as described above, since the compressed absorbent region 7 having a thinner wall than the standard absorbent body 4 </ b> A is formed in the peripheral region of the mid-high portion 6, the raised height of the mid-high portion 6 is set to the compressed absorbent body. The distance h 2 from the upper surface of the region 7 to the upper surface of the middle-high portion 6 can be set, and the dimension h from the upper surface of the standard portion absorber 4A to the upper surface of the middle-high portion 6 can be obtained without increasing the total thickness H of the absorber 4. 1 (usually, this h 1 dimension is the height of the bulge), and the middle-high portion 6 can be made to stand out.
[0022]
Further, the density of the leak-proof groove 8, the compressed absorbent region 7 and the middle-high portion 6 (fiber density of the absorbent body) is highest in the leak-proof groove 8 portion, and the absorber in the compressed absorbent region 7 portion is medium-high. It is relatively higher than the absorber of the part 6. As a result, the body fluid 9 such as menstrual blood discharged to the middle-high part 6 is diffused to the compressed absorbent region 7 side, so that the absorption capacity can be increased and the reverse movement can be prevented by the diffusion of the body fluid. . In addition, the bodily fluid 9 that has moved to the compressed absorbent region 7 by diffusion is blocked at the position of the leak-proof groove 8 and does not move further to the side.
[0023]
Further, as described later, the leak-proof groove 8 and the compressed absorbent region 7 are formed by embossing from the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 side by the pressure embossing roll 10. Since the compressed absorbent region 7 serving as an interference band exists between them, the topsheet 3 can be prevented from being broken at the same time when embossing is applied.
[0024]
The groove width S 1 of the leak-proof groove 8 is 1 to 5 mm, preferably 2 to 3 mm. When the groove width S 1 is less than 1 mm, the function of preventing the spread of menstrual blood, which is the original purpose of the leak-proof groove, and the function of preventing twisting by fixing the absorber are not exhibited. On the other hand, when the groove width S 1 exceeds 5 mm, the absorber 4 becomes hard due to the rigidity of the solid leak-proof groove 8 and the feeling of wearing is impaired.
[0025]
The width S 2 of the compressed absorbent region 7 is at least 2 mm, preferably 5 mm. Without an area of at least 2 mm or more, it becomes difficult to make the middle and high portions 6 stand out, and an actual fitting effect cannot be expected. The maximum dimension is generally less than 25mm of the width S 2, and preferably less than 20 mm.
[0026]
Further, the height difference h 3 bottom and with the compressed absorbent body region 7 the upper surface of the anti Momizo 8, preferably 0.1 to 3.0 mm, 0.3 to 1.0 mm is more preferable. When the height difference h 3 is less than 0.1 mm, the boundary between the leak-proof groove 8 and the squeezed absorbent body region 7 becomes unclear, and only the function of concentrating the middle-high part 6 and the function of diffusing the body fluid can be performed. . Further, if the height difference h 3 exceeds 3.0 mm, the surface sheet 3 may be torn during embossing, which is not preferable.
[0027]
Width of the domed portion 6, taking into account the average size of the crotch width of the female, the upper surface width D U of the domed section 6 15 to 40 mm, a bottom width D L of the domed portion 6 to the 20~60mm Good.
[0028]
In order to form the said leak-proof groove 8 and the compression absorber area | region 7 in the absorber 4, as FIG. 3 shows, the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 is provided on the upper surface side of the absorber 4 conveyed on a line. After the lamination, it is desirable that the pressure embossing roll 10 and the anvil roll 11 are simultaneously formed by passing through an embossing device 12 arranged opposite to each other with a predetermined gap therebetween.
[0029]
As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the pressurization embossing roll 10 is a pressurization in which one or a plurality of convex portions 13 corresponding to the shapes of the leak-proof groove 8 and the compressed absorbent region 7 are formed on the roll surface. A roll is used. In this case, the convex portion 13 is formed by integrally forming a leakage preventing groove forming convex portion 13A and a compressed absorber region forming convex portion 13B adjacent to each other. The temperature of the pressure embossing roll 10 depends on the melting point and pressing time of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, but is preferably 50 to 200 ° C. under the condition that the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 does not melt and solidify. Preferably it is 60-150 degreeC.
[0030]
Further, the longitudinal shape of the leakage preventing groove forming convex portion 13A may be a planar convex portion along the leakage preventing groove direction as shown in FIG. 5 (A). As shown, it may be uneven, and an uneven pressing difference may be provided on the bottom surface of the leak-proof groove 8. In the case of providing an uneven pressing difference, the body fluid that has flowed through the top sheet 3 and has flowed into the leak-proof groove 8 is quickly absorbed from the high-pressure pressing portion side having a high density.
[0031]
On the other hand, the embossing position makes the middle and high portions 6 stand out, and in order to prevent the absorbent body of the middle and high portions 6 from being cured, as shown in FIG. the domed section I side edge R I of the body region forming projection 13B, in the state of the product繊後absorber, an outer than the domed section 6 top, and the position of the inclined surface of the domed portion 6 It is desirable to give embossing together. Further, the domed section of the I side edge R I an outer than the domed section 6 top, and may be given an embossed in accordance with the lower end position of the inclined surface.
[0032]
In the above example, the leak-proof groove 8 and the squeeze absorber region 7 are formed in a step shape. However, as shown in FIG. 7, the leak-proof groove 8 is continuously inclined from the bottom of the leak-proof groove 8, that is, on the middle-high portion 6 side. You may form so that an absorber thickness may be gradually increased toward it. In this case, as the convex shape 13 ′ of the pressure embossing roll 10, the shape shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B is used. In the figure, (A) is a convex shape when the compressed absorbent region 7 is formed in an inclined shape continuously from the bottom of the leak-proof groove 8, and (B) is a convex-concave shape along the embossing direction. It is a convex part shape in the case of providing a difference.
[0033]
By the way, in the example of the said absorbent article, although the compression absorber area | region 7 was formed in the both sides of the middle-high part 6 and the substantially equal width along the longitudinal direction, as FIG. 9 shows, the bodily fluid discharge part area | region K is formed. You may make it form the compression absorber area | region 7 only in the side part area | region to include. Since the other structure of the absorbent article 1B shown in FIG. 9 is the same as that of the absorbent article 1A of FIG.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it is possible to increase the height of the mid-high portion without increasing the total thickness of the absorber, and to promote the diffusion of absorbed menstrual blood and the like, It becomes possible to prevent reversal. Furthermore, even if there is a height difference between the upper surface of the mid-high portion and the bottom surface of the leak-proof groove, the squeeze absorber region formed in the middle becomes an interference band and has the advantage that the surface material is not torn.
