Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood and vaginal discharge, and more specifically, on the surface side across the longitudinal center line in a direction substantially along the longitudinal direction. The present invention relates to an absorbent article in which a pair of embossed grooves is formed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an absorbent article such as a panty liner, sanitary napkin, incontinence pad, a liquid-impervious back sheet such as a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene sheet-laminated nonwoven fabric, and a liquid-permeable surface sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or a liquid-permeable plastic sheet There is known an intervening absorber made of cotton-like pulp or the like.
[0003]
Many improvements have been made on this type of absorbent article, and various means for preventing body fluid leakage and the like have been taken. For example, in order to prevent diffusion of body fluid in the width direction, to prevent twisting of the absorbent body, and to raise the central portion of the absorbent body to improve adhesion to the local area, the surface side is affected by heat embossing. There is a technique for forming a pair of embossed grooves.
[0004]
For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-108262, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the bottom surface portion is formed on the upper surface of the sanitary napkin by a planar shape extending in the longitudinal direction and having a narrow interval at the center portion. A technique (conventional example) has been proposed in which a pair of left and right embossed grooves 50 alternately having high-pressure parts 51 and low-pressure parts 52 are formed. In this publication, the high-pressure squeezed parts 51 having a relatively high density and the low-pressure squeezed parts 52 having a relatively low density are alternately arranged in parallel, so that bodily fluids such as menstrual blood flowing into the embossed grooves 50 are elongated in the length of the embossed grooves 50. It is possible to prevent rapid diffusion in the direction and prevent menstrual blood or the like from spreading outward from the embossed groove 50 toward the side edge of the napkin.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the embossed groove 50 according to the conventional example, since both the high-pressure squeezed part 51 and the low-pressure squeezed part 52 are continuously formed from the inner edge to the outer edge of the groove bottom part, the rigidity of the embossed groove 50. May become very high, and the sanitary napkin may lose its flexibility and deteriorate the feeling of wearing.
[0006]
Moreover, although the high pressing parts 51 and the low pressing parts 52 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the embossing grooves, diffusion in the longitudinal direction of the embossing grooves 50 can be suppressed. The body fluid that has moved to the inner edge of the embossed groove 50 due to the capillary phenomenon is in a state in which the absorber is extremely densified by the embossed groove 50, and therefore the transverse direction of the embossed groove Since it passes through the continuous high-pressure squeezed part 51 and low-pressure squeezed part 52 and reaches the outer edge of the embossed groove 50, it is still insufficient in terms of preventing diffusion of body fluid in the width direction.
[0007]
Further, when the embossed groove 50 is provided in the flow direction in the production line, the groove bottom surface portion is alternately defined by the high-pressure squeezed portion 51 and the low-pressure squeezed portion 52, so that the elongation of the surface material is increased. The margin is secured only in the width direction of the groove. As a result, there is a problem that the stress material has no escape and the surface material is torn.
[0008]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to prevent the embossed groove portion from being stiffened in the absorbent article having a pair of left and right embossed grooves on the surface side, and to disperse body fluid in the longitudinal direction of the embossed groove, and It is also intended to suppress diffusion in the direction crossing the surface and to eliminate the tearing of the surface material during embossing.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to claim 1, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable surface sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet, and the liquid-permeable surface sheet surface side. In the absorbent article in which a pair of left and right embossed grooves is formed across the longitudinal center line in a direction along the substantially longitudinal direction,
On the bottom surface of the embossed groove, a strong squeezing portion that extends from the inner edge toward the outer edge and does not reach the outer edge is intermittently formed in the groove longitudinal direction, and extends from the outer edge toward the inner edge. And the strong pressing part which does not reach the inner edge is intermittently formed in the groove longitudinal direction, and the strong pressing part formed from the inner edge and the strong pressing part formed from the outer edge are alternately arranged in the groove longitudinal direction. Placed in
The squeezed portion extends uniformly in an oblique direction at an intersecting angle of 15 to 80 ° with respect to a direction perpendicular to the inner edge and the outer edge of the embossed groove, and the inner edge and the outer edge of the embossed groove An absorbent article is provided in which the ratio of the length of the squeezed portion with respect to the distance between the side edges from the inner edge to the outer edge is 0.4 to 0.8 on the perpendicular line connecting the two .
[0010]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the strong pressing portion formed from the inner edge is stopped before reaching the outer edge with respect to the bottom surface of the embossed groove so as not to reach the outer edge. Accordingly, since the normal squeezing part other than the strong squeezing part is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the groove, it becomes possible to prevent the embossed groove part from being stiffened. In addition, the majority of the groove width within the groove width is that the relatively high-density squeezed portions and the relatively low-density normal squeezed portions are substantially alternately arranged in parallel. The body fluid such as blood can be prevented from quickly diffusing in the longitudinal direction of the embossed groove, and the strong squeezed part is interrupted in the middle, so that the body fluid moving through the strong squeezed part is difficult to reach the outer edge. The diffusion of body fluid in the width direction can be suppressed at the same time. Furthermore, since normal pressing parts other than the said strong pressing part continue in the longitudinal direction of a groove | channel, since the expansion allowance of a surface sheet comes to be ensured also in the longitudinal direction of a groove | channel at the time of embossing, stress is relieved and a surface sheet Can be eliminated at the same time.
[0011]
Moreover, in the said invention, the strong pressing part formed from the inner edge of the embossing groove | channel and the strong pressing part also formed from the outer edge were arrange | positioned alternately in a groove | channel longitudinal direction. As a result, the unevenness of the surface sheet stress is reduced on the left and right sides when embossed grooves are provided, and the elongation margin is formed in the width direction.
[0012]
As the present invention according to claim 2, in the longitudinal direction line of the embossed grooves, the absorbent article of the ratio of the strong compressing portion width to the distance between adjacent strong compression portions is 0.3 to 2 claim 1 Symbol placement is Provided.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a sanitary napkin 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged plan view of a portion A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view taken along line III-III in FIG.
[0015]
The sanitary napkin 1 has a structure in which an absorbent 4 surrounded by crepe paper is interposed between a liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 and a liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 (hereinafter simply referred to as a surface sheet). It has become. Around the absorber 4, the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 and the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 are bonded together by an adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive.
[0016]
As the surface sheet 3, a perforated or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used. Examples of the raw material fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric include synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters, and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton.
[0017]
The surface sheet surface side of the sanitary napkin 1 integrates the surface sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4 to prevent displacement, and raises the blood drainage site of the absorbent body 4 to improve the adhesion to the local area. Furthermore, for the purpose of preventing the side leakage of menstrual blood, a pair of left and right embossed grooves 5 and 5 are formed across the longitudinal center line S in a direction substantially along the longitudinal direction. The embossed grooves 5 and 5 are formed in an arc shape that bulges toward the center line S in the longitudinal direction in plan view. In the illustrated example, the front and rear embossed grooves 6 and 6 are formed in arc shapes that bulge outward in a plan view in order to prevent front and rear end leakage at the front and rear ends.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the embossed groove 5 is intermittently provided in the groove longitudinal direction on the bottom surface of the strong pressing portion 12 that extends from the inner edge 10 toward the outer edge 11 and does not reach the outer edge 11. In addition, the strong pressing portion 13 that extends from the outer edge 11 toward the inner edge 10 and does not reach the inner edge 10 is formed intermittently in the longitudinal direction of the groove. In the example of illustration, the strong pressing parts 12, 12 ... formed from the inner edge 10 and the strong pressing parts 13, 13 ... formed from the outer edge 11 are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction of the groove.
[0019]
The cross-sectional shape of the embossed groove 5 is such that when the napkin thickness of the embossed groove 5 site is A with reference to the virtual napkin shape line K before the embossed groove 5 is applied, the thickness C of the strongly compressed portion 12 site is C = 0. 0.03-0.6 × A, preferably 0.05-0.3 × A, and thickness B = 0.05-0.7 × A of the normal pressing portion 14 other than the strong pressing portions 12, 13; Preferably, the thickness is 0.07 to 0.4 × A, and the thickness B of the normal pressing portion 14 site> the thickness C of the strong pressing portions 12 and 13 site. Moreover, the difference (BC) between the said normal pressing part 14 and the strong pressing parts 12 and 13 is 0.02-2 mm, Preferably it is 0.1-1.0 mm. In the illustrated napkin example, the absorbent body 4 has good adhesion to the local area, so that the central part of the absorbent body is formed to be higher than the surroundings by increasing the amount of fiber piled up or by laminating the absorbent bodies. .

Further, on the perpendicular line connecting the inner edge 10 and the outer edge 11 of the embossed groove 5, the ratio (l / L) of the strong pressing portion length l to the side edge distance L from the inner edge 10 to the outer edge 11 is It is desirable to set it as 0.4-0.8. When the ratio is less than 0.4, the liquid diffusibility along the longitudinal direction of the embossed groove 5 increases, and when the ratio exceeds 0.8, the embossed groove 5 portion has high rigidity and flexibility. Will be lost. Specifically, the distance L between the side edges of the embossed groove 5 (the bottom width of the groove) is 1 to 8 mm, preferably 2 to 6 mm.
[0021]
Furthermore, it is desirable that the ratio (b / B) of the strong pressing portion width b to the distance B between adjacent strong pressing portions on the longitudinal line of the embossed groove 5 is 0.3-2. In the case where the ratio is less than 0.3, the distance B between the strong pressing parts becomes relatively large so that the liquid diffusibility along the longitudinal direction of the embossed groove 5 becomes large, and the surface sheet 3 floats. Will become a concern. Moreover, when the said ratio exceeds 2, while the distance B between strong pressing parts becomes comparatively small, it becomes easy to produce the tear of the surface sheet 3, and the rigidity of the embossing groove | channel 5 part becomes high, and flexibility is provided. It will be lost. Specifically, the squeezing width b is 0.5 to 6 mm, preferably 1 to 4 mm.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the embossed groove 5 is formed by passing the compressed groove forming device 20 in a state where the absorbent body 4 and the topsheet 3 are laminated in the manufacturing process of the sanitary napkin 1. .
[0023]
The pressing groove forming device 20 is a device comprising a pressing groove forming pressure roll 21 having embossed groove forming protrusions 22, 22... On the peripheral surface, and an anvil roll 23 that receives pressure, and the sanitary napkin 1. By passing the narrow space between the pressing roll forming pressure roll 21 and the anvil roll 23, the groove forming protrusion 22 squeezes the absorbent body 4 together with the top sheet 3 from the top sheet 3 side, and the embossed groove 5. 5 are formed. In consideration of the melting point of the topsheet 3 and the pressing time, the temperature of the pressing groove forming pressure roll 21 is desirably in the range of 50 to 200 ° C. In this case, when the hot melt adhesive is interposed between the top sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4 and squeezed under heating, the compressed shape is stabilized by the adhesive force of the hot melt adhesive, or the absorbent body. When the heat-fusible fiber is mixed in 4 and squeezed under heating, adhesion of the heat-fusible fiber is promoted by heat, and the squeezed shape can be stabilized. 2, the embossed groove forming protrusion 22 corresponding to the embossed groove 5 shown in FIG. 2 has a strong pressing portion forming convex portion 24 on the contact surface along the longitudinal direction from both side edges. The cross-sectional shape is alternately formed.
[0024]
As mentioned above, although the strong pressing part 12 formed from the inner edge 10 was explained in full detail in the bottom face of the embossing groove | channel 5, it can form on the same conditions also about the strong pressing part 13 formed from the outer edge 11. FIG. Moreover, the strong pressing parts 12 and 13 can be formed in the same manner for the front and rear embossed grooves 6.
[0025]
By the way, although the said strong pressing parts 12 and 13 may be extended in parallel with the perpendicular direction which ties the inner edge 10 and the outer edge 11 of the embossing groove | channel 5 like the example mentioned above, Preferably FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, it is desirable that the first electrode extends in a direction crossing the perpendicular direction. In this case, the crossing angle α is preferably about 15 to 80 °. When the strong squeezed portions 12 and 13 extend in an oblique direction, the squeezed portions 12 and 13 do not become a resistance against the force in the width direction applied from the crotch root, and the wearing feeling is improved. Moreover, since the strong squeezing part length l of the strong squeezing part 12 is longer than the parallel case by an inclination, the permeation distance when the body fluid permeates the strong squeezing part 12 is increased, and the diffusion of the body fluid is more effectively performed. Can be prevented.
[0026]
[Reference form example]
Various forms other than the above-described examples are conceivable as the formation mode of the strong pressing parts 12 and 13. For example, in FIG. 7A, a plurality of strong pressing parts 12 formed from the inner edge 10 are intermittently formed in the groove longitudinal direction, two in the illustrated example, and one strong pressing part 13 formed from the outer edge 11 is formed. FIG. 7B shows a pattern example in which the pattern is sequentially repeated in the longitudinal direction of the groove, and FIG. 7B shows a strong pressing portion 12 formed from the inner edge 10 and a strong pressing portion 13 formed from the outer edge 11 symmetrically formed. FIG. 7C shows a pattern example in which only the strong pressing part 12 formed from the inner edge 10 is formed.

【Example】
A sanitary napkin is obtained by using a 35 g / m 2 polyethylene / ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film as a top sheet, a 35 g / m 2 polyethylene film as a back sheet, and an absorbent of 300 g / m 2 of pulp surrounded by crepe paper. A pair of left and right embossed grooves with different patterns of the strong squeezed portions 12 and 13 is formed on the surface side of the sanitary napkin, and visually evaluated for floating and tearing of the surface sheet, and wearing feeling during use And sensory evaluation was performed about liquid diffusibility.
[0028]
In the napkin specimen, the strong squeezed portion of the embossed groove is inclined 45 ° obliquely from the perpendicular direction (aspect of FIG. 6), the distance L between the side edges is 3 mm, the strong squeezed portion width b is 1 mm, The distance B between the strong pressing parts was 1 mm, and the length 1 of the strong pressing part was variously changed as shown in Table 1. In addition, what formed the strong pressing part which crossed the groove width continuously and made the same the distance L between the side edge parts and the strong pressing part length l, and made it the comparison object.
[0029]
The wearing feeling evaluation during use was evaluated by the number of respondents who answered that it was good, with 20 monitors wearing for 2 hours or more, and carrying out the wearing feeling at that time in a good / bad two-stage evaluation. In addition, the liquid diffusibility evaluation was conducted by injecting 3 cc of artificial blood into the central part equidistant from the left and right embossed grooves for 1 second and leaving it for 3 minutes. A two-stage evaluation was performed, and the number of people who answered that it was good was evaluated.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, in an absorbent article in which a pair of left and right embossed grooves are formed on the surface side, stiffening of the embossed groove portion can be prevented and body fluid diffuses in the longitudinal direction of the embossed groove. At the same time, diffusion in the direction crossing the embossed groove can be suppressed at the same time. Moreover, it becomes possible to eliminate the tearing of the surface material during embossing.
