Example 1: a sanitary towel, as shown in figures 1 and 2, comprises a sanitary towel body 1, wherein the sanitary towel body 1 sequentially comprises a packaging paper 2, a release paper 3, a waterproof outer layer 4, a water absorption core layer 5 and a water permeable surface layer 6 from bottom to top according to the orientation in use. Wherein, wrapping paper 2, from type paper 3, waterproof skin 4, the sandwich layer 5 that absorbs water and the surface course 6 that permeates water all are equipped with hot melt adhesive layer one (not shown in the figure), and above-mentioned hot melt adhesive layer one can adopt the EVA hot melt adhesive, from this via the fixed back of glueing pressfitting, can accomplish the preparation to whole sanitary towel body 1.
In order to increase the versatility of the sanitary napkin in use to reduce waste, the sanitary napkin further includes a leakage preventing extension 8 which can be stored separately, as shown in fig. 2. Therefore, when the menstrual period is daytime, the operator can complete daily requirements only by using the sanitary towel body 1; when the user is in the evening of the menstrual period, the operator can fixedly bond the leakage-proof extension part 8 on any one or more directions of the rear wing, the side wing or the front wing of the sanitary towel body 1, so that the length or the width of the whole sanitary towel body 1 is prolonged, and the multipurpose multi-period utilization rate of the sanitary towel is improved on the basis of ensuring that the side leakage phenomenon does not occur; but also reduces the waste caused by directly throwing away the sanitary towel.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to improve the skin-friendly performance of the entire sanitary napkin, a nonwoven fabric extension 9 is extended outward from the periphery of the water-permeable surface layer 6, a PE waterproof layer 10 is provided on the nonwoven fabric extension 9, and a triangular interlayer 11 for adhering and fixing the leakage-proof extension 8 is formed between the PE waterproof layer 10 and the waterproof outer layer 4. Because the non-woven fabric extension part 9 is in direct contact with the human skin, the non-woven fabric extension part 9 is adopted to be in direct contact with the human skin instead of the PE waterproof layer 10, so that the whole skin-friendly performance of the sanitary towel is improved, and the damp and stuffy feeling caused by poor air permeability are reduced.
In order to increase the versatility of the sanitary napkin during use, as shown in fig. 3, a second hot melt adhesive layer (not shown) is coated on the inner wall of the triangular clamping layer 11, and a second release paper 13 is arranged on the second hot melt adhesive layer. Therefore, in the daytime, an operator can slightly stretch the tail wing of the sanitary towel outwards, the two parts fixed by the hot melt adhesive are separated, the triangular clamping layer 11 is unfolded to form a plane, and then the second release paper 13 is taken down, so that the operator can use the sanitary towel as a common sanitary towel, and the sanitary towel is very convenient. At night, the operator can remove the second release paper 13 and then fix and bond the leakage-proof extension part 8 or other common sanitary napkins (used as an extension part) in the triangular clamping layer 11, so that the length of the sanitary napkin can be extended, and the diversity of the using mode of the sanitary napkin can be increased.
In order to improve the hygienic and safety performance in use, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the leakage preventing extension 8 includes a leakage preventing waterproof layer 14, a water absorbent core layer 15, and a nonwoven fabric surface layer 16. The existence of the leakage-proof waterproof layer 14 ensures the basic leakage-proof performance of the sanitary towel, and the existence of the water-absorbing inner core layer 15 improves the absorption performance of the sanitary towel; in addition, the non-woven fabric surface layer 16 plays a role in isolation, so that the firmness of connection among the non-woven fabric surface layer 16, the non-woven fabric surface layer and the non-woven fabric surface layer is improved, and the water absorption inner core layer 15 and the skin of a human body can be isolated from each other, so that the sanitation and the safety performance in use are improved.
In order to improve the stability of the sanitary napkin during use, the leakproof waterproof layer 14 is provided with a third hot-melt adhesive layer (not shown) on the side far away from the non-woven fabric surface layer 16. The third hot melt adhesive layer can facilitate the operator to stably bond the leakage-proof extension part 8 on the sanitary pants, and is very convenient and labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a third release paper 18 is adhered to the third hot melt adhesive layer for storage. And the existence of the release paper III 18 ensures that the sanitary towel is convenient to store in the storage process, and the normal use in the later period is not influenced, thereby being very convenient and practical.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to improve the stability of the sanitary napkin during installation, flap structures 19 are provided on both sides of the sanitary napkin body 1, and the flap structures 19 at least include flap release paper (not shown), flap surface layers 21, and flap waterproof backing layers 22. The existence of the wing structure 19 can reduce the occurrence probability of side leakage phenomenon, and can also improve the installation stability of the sanitary towel in use.
As shown in figure 2, the flap waterproof backsheet 22 is integrally formed with the waterproof outer layer 4 in order to reduce the occurrence of side leakage. In order to further reduce the occurrence of side leakage, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the sanitary napkin body 1, the leakage-proof extension portion 8 and the border therebetween are provided with guiding grooves 20, and the guiding grooves 20 are grid-shaped concave grooves, so that the liquid can flow along the arrangement direction of the guiding grooves 20, and the guiding grooves can guide the liquid from the concentration region to the periphery thereof, thereby accelerating the absorption of the liquid. Secondly, guiding gutter 20 can also restrict the flow of liquid in certain direction to a certain extent, can play the effect that prevents the edge leakage from this, very practical.
Example 2: a method for preparing a sanitary napkin for use in the manufacture of the sanitary napkin of example 1, comprising the steps of:
step one, mixing and compacting the aseptically dried wood pulp fibers and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles, fixing the mixture on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric by adopting a hot-melt adhesive layer I, and then folding, cutting and fixing to obtain the water-absorbent core layer 5.
And step two, applying glue on one side of the water-absorbing core layer 5 obtained in the step one, then coating a water-permeable surface layer 6, and applying glue on the other side of the water-absorbing core layer, and then adhering a waterproof outer layer 4.
And step three, folding the tail wing of the sanitary towel body 1, then performing glue applying and compacting treatment through the cotton core pressing grid, and cutting and forming to obtain a semi-finished sanitary towel with the triangular clamping layer 11.
And step four, gluing the waterproof outer layer 4 on one side far away from the semi-finished sanitary towel and between the triangular clamping layers 11, and respectively bonding a layer of first release paper 3 and a layer of second release paper 13.
And step five, gluing the side of the release paper I3 far away from the semi-finished product of the sanitary towel, and then adhering a layer of packaging paper 2 to obtain the primary finished product of the sanitary towel.
And step six, conveying the sanitary towel primary finished product obtained in the step five through a compression roller, and performing groove pressing treatment on the sanitary towel primary finished product to obtain the sanitary towel with the diversion grooves 20 on the surface.
And step seven, continuously conveying along with the compression roller, longitudinally folding the compression roller, and then cutting the compression roller into sections according to requirements to obtain the finished sanitary towel.
And step eight, sequentially laminating, bonding and fixing the non-woven fabric surface layer 16 and the water-absorbing inner core layer 15 on the anti-leakage waterproof layer 14, folding the periphery of the anti-leakage waterproof layer 14, coating the non-woven fabric surface layer 16 and the water-absorbing inner core layer 15 outside, performing glue applying and pressing treatment, performing glue applying treatment on the surface of the anti-leakage waterproof layer 14, and adhering a layer of release paper III 18 to obtain the anti-leakage extending part 8.
And step nine, packaging and warehousing.
The use method comprises the following steps:
in daytime, an operator can slightly stretch the tail wing of the sanitary towel outwards, the two parts fixed by the hot melt adhesive are separated, the triangular clamping layer 11 is unfolded to be a plane, then the second release paper 13 is taken down and fixed on the sanitary pants, and therefore the sanitary towel can be used as a common sanitary towel.
At night, the operator can take off the second release paper 13, and then fixedly bond the leakage-proof extension part 8 or other common sanitary napkins (used as an extension part) in the triangular clamping layer 11, so that the length of the sanitary napkin can be extended, and then the sanitary napkin can be fixed on the sanitary pants.
