1. The hawthorn, rhizoma polygonati and Chinese wolfberry juice beverage for relieving physical fatigue is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight:
dried hawthorn or fresh hawthorn fruit 2-10 parts;
3-20 parts of a sweetening agent;
0.03-0.3 part of thickening agent;
0.5-1.5 parts of rhizoma polygonati;
0.5 to 1.5 portions of medlar;
0.02-0.15 part of water retention agent;
0.1-0.5 part of sour agent;
the balance of water.
2. The beverage of claim 1, which is prepared from the hawthorn, the sealwort and the medlar juice, and is characterized in that:
the sweetener comprises one or more of white granulated sugar, maltitol, xylitol and composite sugar alcohol (comprising erythritol, sorbitol and xylitol);
the sweetener may also include one or more of the non-nutritive sweeteners AK-sugar, sodium cyclamate and aspartame.
3. The beverage of claim 1, wherein the beverage is prepared by mixing the hawthorn fruit, the rhizoma polygonati and the medlar juice;
the thickening agent comprises one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum and pectin;
the moisture retention agent comprises one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate;
the sour agent comprises one or more of citric acid and malic acid.
4. A preparation method of the hawthorn, rhizoma polygonati and medlar juice beverage for relieving physical fatigue as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of extracting juice from dried or fresh hawthorn, rhizoma polygonati and fructus lycii, adding various obtained juices into residual components and residual water in a formula, and performing constant volume mixing to obtain mixed feed liquid;
and adjusting the sugar-acid ratio of the mixed material liquid, heating, homogenizing, filling and sterilizing to obtain the hawthorn, rhizoma polygonati and Chinese wolfberry juice beverage capable of relieving physical fatigue.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step of extracting juice from dried hawthorn, the method comprises:
adding softened boiling water into dried hawthorn, soaking, and naturally cooling, wherein the weight ratio of the dried hawthorn to the water is 1 (3-4);
the soaking time is 10 hours in summer and 12 hours in winter;
filtering, adding softened boiling water for secondary soaking, wherein the weight ratio of the dried hawthorn to the water is 1: (2-3), leaching for 10 hours in summer and leaching for 12 hours in winter, and filtering;
mixing the two soaking solutions to obtain the stock solution of fructus crataegi juice.

cutting fresh fructus crataegi into half pieces or slightly pressing into flat shape without crushing, and extracting juice by the same method as the above method to obtain fructus crataegi juice stock solution.
